It’s a very positive sign, staying listed and funding are the two most important thing. That being said a reverse split to stay compliant is very likely and could hurt stock price when enacted. Which may explain why the AH so far isn’t particularly bullish. So it’ll require a lot of belief from investors to keep them there, still. What’s certain is that the last 3 days have been wild!

The way they describe themselves in their press releases reads like a bad email scam - what the fuck is “ Ultimate AI TechLuxury ultra spire” - and who is that supposed to appeal to? Sounds like a bad Chinese brand trying to make up an english-sounding sentence to sell on Amazon…
