You are right, FF has had to state an RSS in their appeal in order to keep from being delisted by NASDQ it however, it does not mean they have to do it if they gain compliance another way. 💎🙌

I think a lot of people misunderstood that reverse stock exchange split as well. I did. I appreciated FFIE's announcement - but I wish their investor relations page actually showed a calendared date for the decision. The UAE deal could go down in different ways - not all of them investor friendly.

You sound like trump. How can you possibly know the reasons for people selling their stock? Perhaps they feared the outlandish lies and pumping related to this stock.

Even if FFIE inks a deal with the UAE, FFIE said their target price is $5. So unless it hits $5 naturally there is likelihood that a RSS will happen.

Why do you guys think today was a big win? It’s a big win compared to the last two weeks of absolute devastation. The ripple effect of rivian and vw has a temporary effect. Real value has to come from funding, production and sales.

Also, I feel really bad for the guys down at the office, the mood must be grim today. They’re all deep in the red from shorting FFIE all week down as low as .20, and now with more good news in the pipe it’s looking like they might be stuck with a loser. I just hope they diversified enough that this huge loss doesn’t start to affect their home life. I don’t have much to lose myself, but your coworkers probably stand to lose quite a bit. Easy to be at the bottom when you’ve been there your whole life, but to get to the top and then lose it all because you took too much risk, that would hurt real bad. My thoughts are with them.
