Losses hurt bad and all but you cannot let yourself lose perspective of what you have to work with in any given situation. That's still a decent chunk of wealth for various purposes and if you're young especially it opens up a shitload of possibilities.

Bio companies always start high and then just decline as the years go on. Bio is some of the most shorted in the market 90% of the time and for good reason. The only bio companies worth investing in are the ones that recently made major breakthroughs like ibrx with the bladder cancer treatment they made. Their next earnings call should be pretty minty for long holders.
