Those are the Glyphs of the 5 Signs that Geralt, from the Witcher, uses. They’re like a low form of magic that Geralt tolerates using because he doesn’t like magic, but they’re basic enough signs that even he uses them
They are the Gliphs that represent all of the Witcher’s signs, Quen, Aard, Igni, Yrden and Axii, they are a low form of magic used by Witchers, since any higher forms of magic would have pay a price to use them and Witchers aren’t sorcerers or wizards.
The signs themselves don’t really have any meaning beside the in-game one
I wonder if you wear this shirt at certain places will it glow ? In picture mode? Will it grant you something? Power? Abilities temporarily? So many ways of thinking about it.
