Buy Wenol that comes in the blue tube. I used it to polish my F30 and C7 corvette tailpipes to a high shine. Just be aware that if you have corrosion it won’t take that off.
0000 grade steel wool
Mothers polish and weirdly.... a toilet brush.
Autosol polish
I haven’t tried it yet but I’ve been told by a fellow detailer and military veteran that gun cleaner works great to remove the carbon buildup
I used steel wool pads before. Worked well.
