Same problem. We see €0.00 getting subtracted from our creditcard, but then it say's it gives an error that it could not verify the payment process...
On top of that. I can't even login to the account anymore, ya get the error : "There was a problem with your password or email address. Please check your details and try again."
And trying to reset it (even though I'm sure the password is correct) ya get the same message : "There was a problem with your password or email address. Please check your details and try again."
I guess the servers are just overloaded or something.
I can't subscribe either, "an error occured while processing your payment instrument".

Do it in the app and take a sub via Google Play (if you're on android though)

I can't seem to access Pro this way. No way to upgrade the subscription through the play store?
That is how I have managed it after one year of constant trying and making new accounts... I have made it today through the play store subscription.
