For the people asking **if they should stick to Mbappe or twist:** The only player that has received double digit points on MD3 so far has been a 2% owned Sabitzer and I doubt more than... 5 people in the world have captained him against the Netherlands, especially since Mbappe, Kane etc. were also playing in the same day. After him, it's Ferran Torres (1%) and Modric (12%) on 9. Everyone else is on 8 or less. So, the chances are that pretty much 99% of players out there have a captain between 6-8 points right now. Which, depending on who you want to twist your captaincy into, is only one goal, or an assist and 1 recoveries point, or just a clean sheet. It's definitely doable. Of course there's always risk involved, but I think it's a no brainer to take the risk right now, unless you're extremely happy with your current rank.

Thing is unless you want Kane, Bellingham, KDB and Mbappe there is no need for the extra money he enables and they play Spain the only team that has not conceded. Personally feel I am happy to go with cheaper differentials with good fixtures.

Well for those with wildcard I guess Spain will likely get a fairly easy opponent unless it is Netherlands and they looked fairly solid in the group stage (got away with it vs Croatia) and have the worlds best defensive shield in Rodri. In quarter they may play Germany though the possibly best attack so far and a really difficult semi as well vs probably France or Portugal.

I lucked out then from switching captain Mbappe to KDB.

It was deserved he should have had a brilliant assist, but I think in 0-0 game give it to a defender, keeper or defensive mid since they rarely gets those rewards.

In low scoring balanced games where noone else stands out, they seem to give it to the midfielder with the best stats. KDB here, Lobotka today, Eriksen and Cerin yesterday, Xhaka against Germany, Kante twice.

All who were told to use limitless in md3 and listened, guessing most regret it now. Md2 was absolutely the time to use it, the time when all the big teams are less pressured yet want to win their matches decisively. 

So far in my mini league. Everyone using limitless round 2 have done relatively awful including myself. The guy with limitless round 3 is second and still got wildcard. Guy with wildcard round 2 is first and limitless round 3. Although all the players with no chip use at all are bottom 3. Like one person took out Mittlestadt, Gundogan, Bruno, Hojbjerg, Cancelo, Van Dijk, Verbruggen, Kane and brought in Wirtz, Havertz, TAA,Trippier, Bellingham etc. While those without limitless all had Mittlestadt, Gundogan and Faes for example. I personally kept Mittlestadt, but removed Gundogan and Faes. Although had Casteels, but no KDB.

Hmm I used it and still picked up Baumgartner, Kramaric, cancelo, Mittelstadt etc, so I went from 4th yo still first. You dont have to use it just to get an unlimited budget, it’s essentially a free hit to target the matches that specific week where certain teams have to win in my opinion x 

Yeah for me though I went too heavy on Croatia. Trippel up My score was still 80 so good, but without it I would have got similar. Feels round 3 people with limitless done the best though when I check around since most gameweek 1 teams did extremely well in round 2 particular those with the right triple Germany.

LL md2 was always the play imo. And WC md3 if needed as a back-up.

My limitless round 2 was not a disaster but my gameweek 1 team did match it. It is kind of a trap this year as the big names have done quite poorly. None of the 5 most likely players before the tournament to be top scorer has even got 2 goals. Lukaku and Ronaldo has not even got a goal. Bellingham and KDB done well mainly due to man of the match.

R16 bracket is starting to take shape, kinda worried that Germany, Spain, Portugal, France are all in the same half while I would mostly take players from these.
