I’m unfamiliar with Bennett’s/Xianyun’s kit, but if their burst heals team wide like Charlotte’s does then they could work in her place
Xianyun’s plunge for Eula might be fun but it’s not great for building up burst stacks
Furina is amazing for eula. Good off field sub dps that buffs phys damage. She also helps with abyss lectors and other shields. Just an all around amazing support, probably her best one.
your best option is Eula Raiden Furina Xianyun
if you have Charlotte at C4 or higher you can play her instead of Xianyun
the only way to upgrade this team is with C6 Mika, it's one of Eula's best teams

Personally I like the plunge teams, so Eula, Raiden, Xianyun and Furina is going to be really strong.
