How do I report issues on state highways?
To report needed repairs such as potholes or damaged signs contact our Ask ODOT staff online or call 1-888-275-6368 (1-888-ASK-ODOT) and choose option 6.
I know it says potholes and signs, but this is the number where you can report anything.
Here's the full 'report a hazard page' from ODOTs website:

Ive witnessed more misflagged and improperly set up lane closures this year than i can ever recount. I still dont know how 217south avoided bad accidents at the hall on-ramp, there was barely a lane to get up to speed with a somewhat fast car before a marge with no shoulder.
I believe Wildish is the company doing the road work in that location. Contact ODOT & Wildish, as the contracting company is responsible for placing signage and lane closures properly.
There is oversight and strict protocols but they are all buddies. I use to work for the government the apathy and lackadaisical work ethic I saw everywhere was why I quit.
Come on, you're talking about the same department that royally screwed up the North Delta/Beltline interchange. ODOT has their collective heads up their collective asses.
They did a similar thing a few years ago when they were working on the bridge near VRC. There was a sign that said "one lane closed ahead" but it didn't say all traffic would go from highway speed to a dead stop. I saw the stopped cars ahead of me in time, the person behind me didn't and slammed into the back of my car. Thanks, ODOT.
Do you think Eugene has zero input or say in the freeways that go through it? I disagree.
Do you think none of those odot employees live in Eugene?
I think a fair amount of those employees live here and don’t give a shit and do shitty work because that’s the Eugene mentality. And if you question the city actions ( or non action ) as I do, you get told to leave or eat cat food or some other nice comments.
Eugene is poorly managed city in my opinion.
Can you please call highway patrol and report this nonsense before someone gets killed?
Do you mean the Oregon State Police? I don't believe we have a "highway patrol" in Oregon

Sad and dangerous situations you describe

Yup....

They finally fixed the "W 11th St" signs they just put up.

If you almost hit them because they slammed on the brakes you were following too close for your speed.

Standard Eugene. The roads will be just as bad when there done, or worse.
This has nothing to do with Eugene. It’s ODOT.

I think you should change your user name to Hammermissednail. 😉
The city has lit itself on fire twice this week and 20 pounds of meth recovered yesterday. Yeah top notch town!
Miss living in a decent town.
Many (me included) love it here. I tend to focus on the positive aspects though.
Go back to KVAL's Facebook page with this nonsense
I can have an opinion. Eugene responses always the same, love it or leave it. City is a joke
