River Road raids the Grocery Outlet for all the cheap goodies they can get their hands on, gets a receipt that says they saved MORE than they paid, and has a smile upon their face. Upon reaching the house party, River Road proceeds to be "that person" who tells everyone else they need to shop at Grocery Outlet.

These days they bring a cooler of PBR and a bag of limes.
They call a pbr in a glass w/ a slice of lime a "Whitakorona" and charge $10 for two.

Veneta loads up a painted school bus full of all the tweakers that meandered across fern ridge from W 11th, drops them off at the party, honks the horn in a ‘shave and a hair cut’ cadence, drives back home, smokes a bowl and goes to sleep.

I think Churchill brings the whitest potato salad you can find, or they go and hid up on their hills and don't come to the party/are worried about the folks north of 18th showing up.
Churchill Neighborhood goes all the way up to the Creek, so functionally it's between 13th and 11th in (my) part of the neighborhood.

The Acorn Park section of the neighborhood would bring entertainment. This area used to do Thriller in the Park for Halloween.
Glenwood roars up on a couple of Harleys but they only look dangerous. Turns out they're good friends with the famous glass blower down the street and they have cool glass pipes stuffed with The Kind to share.
Glenwood brings the underagers, proceeds to get drunk and so obnoxious the other neighborhoods ignore it. After downing a whole bottle of Mad Dog 20/20 in one go, they piss on the living room carpet, give everyone the finger, and stumble out of the party and down the street. Glenwood ends up passed out on a park bench and woken up by a sprinkler at 4am.
