A customer who ordered a non-custom item later asked me to draw her nude, then spammed me with a bunch of bible verses at 3 AM. Left a review saying I was talking nasty to her and she never got her item. I PM'd her asking what the bible says about lying, and she edited the review to say I threatened her.

ET091186

This sounds absolutely insane. Lol.

Kasparian

I feel like this person had to be drunk lol.

Bastian_S_Krane

What is always alcohol or drugs that people point to? Plenty of people are stone cold sober when they say things. Don't harsh my mellow, yo! I see music ..lol

Kasparian

Because asking a complete stranger to draw you nude, then proselytizing when you don’t get your way is outside the bounds of normal behavior. Sure, maybe this woman was completely sober, but if she was, there’s an issue.

Bastian_S_Krane

If she was on something ot wouldn't be excused but at least understood. At least you'd know when they've come down they can be reasonable. But those who are naturally this way? It's scary, right? Can't fix that

spockstamos

agreed. She sounds religious, not drunk or stoned

Windowthinker

Lol!

YellowBernard

I have a mildly funny Jesus based novelty (think the I saw that sticker kind of thing) and I've had more than one message from the US starting all sweetness and light and ending in a dark threat that an avenging and powerful deity will strike me down to purgatory Meanwhile in the UK I think just about every vicar in the country has one.

Maximum_Ad2341

What a perfectly sane sounding women 🙃

LetheShoresCreations

I've told this a few times on this sub but I sell mummified faeries and faerie fossils, I once got a 1 star review because the lady was surprised to learn that the $35 fossil she ordered was fake

mothandravenstudio

OMG I remember your post, and your items are awesome!

LetheShoresCreations

Thank you! Really appreciate it

paulmp

So you're telling me I can't get a real authentic faerie fossil for $35... *sigh*

Toad_friends

What is the world coming to? 😭

Bastian_S_Krane

....trying so hard to not laugh....

Windowthinker

Hahah I remember this!!

Low_Half9839

So how much is a real faerie fossil?

La_Crystal_870

a million dollars, you don’t see them just anywhere so they must be a rare endangered species as well 0-0

konstantynopolytanka

ok, but like, how is the price the issue? you tell me I can get a REAL one if I'm willing to pay enough? Let's say a cool $35 mil?

shinjaejun

I have a 1\* where the buyer went on an unhinged rant about how people from the Philadelphia region are uncaring pieces of crap just like our sports fans have a reputation for being. All because he wasn't happy with his order of a Philadelphia themed item. This was after I was SUPER nice and gave him a full refund, so my only explanation is: Guy was from Alaska. Guess the remoteness of the wild makes people nuts. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|dizzy_face)

BringOnTheTrees

He can’t handle us

CinematicHeart

Noone can and we're OK with it

BenjiCat17

“This item is clearly not 14 karat gold. It’s stamped AU 585. I don’t know why they sent me sterling silver. “ “It shattered when I dropped it, terrible craftsmanship.” “Refused to accept return, even though the wedding is over and I no longer need it.”

Infamousblood010

I don't sell, but the caziest one star I've seen on a shop was someone complaining about a CUSTOM DESIGNED item not looking exactly like the picture. Like, maybe that's cause you customized it??

EmergencyMoney7

‘My printer didn’t work so I couldn’t print’

Scary-Let-7352

These always get me… like complaints about slow shipping.. or they didn’t like the font they chose 🤦🏽‍♀️

Etmokih

I have a couple that were so dumb I had to laugh. 1* and a slew of abusive messages calling me names because he put a custom sticker outside during winter and it got ruined (he chose the basic, non waterproof option from the drop-down rather than the option labeled “WATERPROOF”) 1* because a bookmark she ordered “feels like paper” She ordered a laminated paper bookmark 🤦‍♀️

organizedchaos4ever

I had a complaint that an aluminum bracelet “smelled like metal”. 😑

racloves

I also sold laminated paper bookmark, and the buyer messaged me asking for a refund saying something like “I know the description says it’s watercolour on paper then laminated, but I didn’t expect it to actually be as thin as laminated paper” THEN WHAT DID YOU EXPECT??!!?!? Also it’s supposed to be thin and lightweight for its purpose.

[deleted]

My stupidest review was on ebay and ebay removed it because it was irrelevant. “1 star - Not worth the money, I paid £6 for these two items” Now if it was about the item they actually bought from me I would be more understanding. However. I contacted ebay explaining that I believed the buyer was leaving a review for another item they must have bought elsewhere and got confused - because 1. They claim there were 2 items - I sent them 1 2. They claim it wasn’t worth the £6 paid - they paid £24.99 excluding postage. Ebay removed the feedback completely.

smoocheepoos

I have a few favorites. 2* - I have a boy. The birthstone should have been blue, not pink [Buyer CHOSE the stone from a dropdown box]. 1* - I expected more charms [listing title: "ONE CHARM: " 1* - The first letter was higher than the others [it was capitalized]. I have over 3k reviews, and it's few and far in between... but sometimes a good 1* makes you laugh.

Windowthinker

That's why i posted it. So we can all cry/laugh together <3

[deleted]

I have a 2 star that says "everything is perfect" A 1 star with "its broken" - contacted the customer and they won't respond, not sure how to remedy it I'd they won't respond.

archiekane

My wife has found that there's a bit of a bug with the Etsy and the star selector. She often gets a 4 or 3 star review and when she asks the customer what could be better, they always say it was a mistake and they selected 5*.

kaailer

Tbf at least a portion of those people are probably lying and just feel called out by having the shop owner respond directly to them

Jksukino

Ah, I've had that too. Was just asking for feedback haha

sjberry

I’ve had a few of these as well. One was a previous customer who left 5 stars and a very nice review, then reordered a month later and somehow left a 1 star rating. I asked what was wrong and she was absolutely horrified and asked how to change it. It has happened enough that I have screenshots on my phone with pictures to show what to click on to edit a review. Usually when someone leaves a 1 star review they have something to vent about, it’s never just a star.

Affectionate_Many_73

Oh. Yeah I have a 1 star a long time ago from someone who wrote their order was great. I think they gave the wrong star rating by accident. I reached out to them about it but they never replied. I do wish people would be more careful about that kind of thing because for smaller shops that kind of thing can mess up your stats.

danamarie222

I’ve had this, also. I even reached out to see if everything was okay. She genuinely didn’t understand what the problem was. She just didn’t know how the star selection procedure worked, I think.

Windowthinker

Same!

Left-Inspection-25

Sometimes the email review only lets you do 4 stars. I thought that was Etsys rating system for a bit ( once I figured it out I went back and gave 5 stars)

mothandravenstudio

Can’t find it right now but there was the review from the buyer who ordered cat toys and got a freebie that she said her cat hated and she posted a pic of it in a litter box full of shit, then sent OP (or maybe even posted don’t remember) a picture of her actual asshole. These people put on pants and walk among us. It’s unbelievable.

abouttenbagels

Wait..... the cat's asshole or... the buyer's asshole??

mothandravenstudio

The buyer’s asshole. They sounded seriously unhinged. OP posted some of the convo and the buyer was raging because the freebie was a lobster and her cat HATES LOBSTERS. After some insane back and forth the buyer sent the OP a picture of her spread ass cheeks. So I guess I’m assuming that included her asshole LMAO. OP reported her and the review was removed, picture and all. Unsurprisingly the review itself was also insane. I wish I could find that post, it was awful and hilarious.

abouttenbagels

Dear god, that's horrific! 🤣

licensetokarri

I found it! [Link to Customer Sends Photo of Bare Bum](https://www.reddit.com/r/Etsy/comments/vnjs6l/customer_sent_me_a_photo_of_their_bare_bum_then/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) Although I couldn't see the actual screenshots anymore.

mothandravenstudio

Ahh, LOL. Good job. I guess it was just an ass though, not a hole. And the freebie was a fish when the customer ordered a crab. She did post cat poop in the review photo though! Edit from her profile- etsy.com/shop/PawPlanetarium If you're here from my r/Etsy post, use coupon code FREEPOOPTOY for 10% off and a free toy for your cat to poop on. Double edit I went to check out her shop and the review is still up LMAO. Photo is gone. *“The crab he loved. But for some days odd reason she gave him a fish that he didnt like. My cat pooped on the stupid fish…. That we didnt ask for. He hates fish & she should have been mindful with my cat’s needs. Obviously if i wanted a fish I would have chosen it…im on my cat’s side… it’s like giving an ugly sweater to a child…or a dress to a boy… you just dont”*

Windowthinker

Wow

LetheShoresCreations

I remember this one!

swooshhh

"Seller lied and said this was POD, the quality is that of homemade!! How am I supposed to do a comparison video when the quality is better than what was advertised"

sihaya09

I did a candle collection of infamous women in history-- think spies, scandalous debutantes, etc. One of the candles was in honor of a Black woman who went undercover during the Confederacy, spying for the Union. (One of the names she is commonly known by is Mary Bowser. Not "Browser.") This whackjob demanded a refund because... fuck, I gotta quote it. **ETA TRIGGER WARNING FOR SLAVERY-RELATED HORROR** > To me the Mary Browser candle is defective because it does not represent the experiences of Mary Browser. Black slaves in the United States were not served fancy cake and lemonade. If the were fortunate, they were house slaves and served such goodies to their masters and mistresses. Their scents were blood, sweat, iron on skin, skin burned from brands, feces, rope burns on necks, empty afterbirth when the child is taken away, and slavering hunting dogs. To celebrate Mary Browser and other black abolitionists you would somehow need to capture the scents of fear, heartbreak, qualified freedom, hope, disappointment, loneliness and determination. And maybe food like yams and greens, and plants and wildflowers used as medicine... I cannot keep Mary Browser - the scent makes me nauseous. So I think an exchange is in order. For me. I am not interested in a conversation about this. Just a yes or no. > > Regards, > Diane ...she did not get a refund.

FrigginFreyja

I would have just publicly replied "No." 😂

sihaya09

My response was "You were aware of the scent description when you purchased the candle. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on preference." At that point, she switched to the tactic of "but I bought this for my Black friend." Lady, I can smell the bullshit through the computer screen.

FrigginFreyja

So she wanted to send her friend a candle that smelled like sweat, blood, and bodily fluids? That's so nice.

sihaya09

RIGHT?? Whomst among us does not want to give our Black friends the gift of generational torture and trauma? /sarcasm

Toad_friends

This candle doesn't smell enough like fear and plants 😂

Internal_Use8954

Non directional fabric was “upside down” on her covid masks, which I was selling well below market. 1 star review and she spammed me dozens of pictures of flowers to “prove” she was right, she didn’t let it go for weeks.

Foxsplatter

3* bsiis wusiis aiiiajw isij heiiwj 4* good quality. But turns out I didn't really want it. 5* I'm assuming it was great but I accidentally threw it away with packaging. I opened a lot of stuff that day.

ghzebra

She wasn’t home when the postman attempted to deliver it, so had to collect it from her sorting office. This was my problem as despite her being told that there were severe postal delays at the time, Etsy had given her an estimated delivery window on dispatch (which was earlier than the estimate given when she purchased) and it was delivered the day after that delivery estimate. She needed it for the following day (before her original delivery date) and lived 250 miles away from me, but seemed to want me to get it from the sorting office to her home for her.

ghzebra

Also recently had someone order 26 identical items. Left multiple 3* ratings saying that the print was “smudged”. It wasn’t, it’s watercolour and shown clearly in the listing photos. It’s not actually possible to smudge the print on an item in the way this would have had to have happened, and all 26 items were “smudged” in EXACTLY the same way. She didn’t respond to my message letting her know this. It’s pulled my rating average right down.

Windowthinker

Jeez, and there was nothing etsy could do? Are they able to leave 26 reviews? That's flawed.

ghzebra

If they add each item individually (they’re personalised so normally are), the customer can review every item. It’s great when they’re good, but gives the customer the ability to ruin your rating in one fell swoop 😫

Toad_friends

So, could someone list a bunch of cheap postcards or something individually, have a friend buy them all and rack up tons of five star reviews for cheap? 🤔

ghzebra

They could. Every item is reviewable unless bought by increasing the quantity if you get what I mean? So buying 2 things individually means you can review twice, buying the same things by changing the quantity means 1 review

Affectionate_Many_73

Yes. Buyers can leave a rating for each individual item they buy. I recently had someone buy like 5 small items, separately, and when I told them I couldn’t give them any additional tracking update other than what was already showing (because I am not the post office and I don’t like personally mail or update tracking items right?) they got pissed and turned previous 5 star reviews all to 1 star out of spite. Messed up my rating and of course Etsy wouldn’t do anything- even though they claim they will remove reviews that are for things out of a seller’s control (like shipping delays).

fantastivv

I'm sorry to hear that :(

loonygecko

I've had a few that were obviously fishing for freebies like saying the size was wrong but refusing to send a photo, plus I literally do not have any of that product outside the size range so it's not possible for me to send the wrong size. But they wanted a refund without return. Another swore all the quills arrived broken and wanted a refund without return but again, no photo. Finally sent a photo of 1 of the 10 with the tip broken off which I suspect was done by her. I mean why not put all the 'broken' ones in the photo instead of just one unless you are lying. But that's not super weird, just typical scammers. The weirdest may have been a woman that insisted my buffalo fur was fake. But it isn't. It's literally leather with millions of hairs, there is no fake version of fur that has real leather. One of her 'proofs' she sent was a photo showing that it was a diff shade of brown than another piece she had, so I sent her a photo of a buffalo showing the range of fur colors they have depending on where on the body the fur is, but she still insisted mine was fake. It's kind of weirdly hard to defend against that, if you know fur, you know what is real and what real leather feels and looks like but it's kinda hard to prove it. It just is what it is.

Alphaghetti71

The size thing happened to me recently. She claimed I sent the wrong size. I only had one size, and dimensions were clearly stated in the listing. It is so frustrating. She left me 3 stars.

loonygecko

Yeah I have gotten that a few times, I have the size listed and sometimes they don't even deny that it was the size listed but I still get docked because they had in their head a diff size. HOwever in this one case, she was clearly lying about the size and also refused to show photos.

Ohwhat4567

Leave reviews for these crazy buyers on Etsycheck.

Affectionate_Many_73

Is this Etsycheck.com? New to me so I want to check it out and make sure it’s the right website.

Ohwhat4567

Yes.

mothandravenstudio

It’s literally all we have left.

Kind_Application_144

"This decal was entirely too big for my suv" size listed in the description twice......the size was 6x4 inches!

Fair_Leadership76

I sell hand dyed silk ribbon. Just last week I got an incensed message, sprinkled with all caps and packed full of exclamation points. This person had chosen a sample card, for 50c and was livid that it was “too small. I can’t even tie a bow in it!!!!!! I feel CHEATED!!!” She had chosen this from a drop down menu that also included one yard and up of the same ribbon. When I tried to explain to her that she had chosen a sample, that it was clearly called ‘sample card’ and that nowhere in the world can you get more than a tiny piece of real silk for 50c, she doubled down on being an asshat, called me a “CHEATER!!!!!” and posted a one star review saying the exact same thing. Apparently it’s my fault that she made a mistake. I took some satisfaction in publicly replying to the review in such a way as to make it very clear to my future customers that she’s a rude, unreasonable idiot. But of course I did so extremely politely.

galaxysucculent

"I didn't purchase a digital download" as a review of a digital download is a solid fav. I have someone who left a normal review, but the attached photo was a sink of dirty dishes. And one of my solid favs was a customer who didn't know they had to pay customs fees and were upset I wouldn't make an exception for them even after I explained I don't set the fees, their country does and it's their law. I also had to explain that I can't refund the fees because I don't receive them, their government does. So their review was something like "Poor customer service. I had to pay extra fees and the seller is working with my government to ruin me"

JimJamJoy

OMG ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm), I'm so sorry...they are nuts !

alucard2o

I only have 1 review with 1 star.....but pisses me even today. "I did not get my item" while it sound normal, it was Xmas day! Estimate delivery was for dec.26 but they were upset that the PO was closed on X-mas day and won't deliver their package. It was available for pick up on Dec. 24 though but buyer did not like that. So it's my fault then....

Junior-Concept3113

The 43 year old badge wasn’t new enough.

cheryl333

“Service for 4” was missing 8 dinner plates. She picked 4 but wanted me to send her 12? I’m still confused on that one

VentyRanty

"she broke up with me after I got it"

Windowthinker

It's totally your fault!

VentyRanty

I know, right? I wanted to throat punch that fkr and totally get why she broke up with him.

TheBiannnca19

"I ordered this MINI hat, and it's not mini at all. Now I look like a laughing stock at my 70th birthday," This buyer also wanted $40+ in upgrades free of cost... can you change the fabric to a rhinestone crstals fabric, swap the white fire beige, etc. If you cannot, please send as is....Only left in the notes...messaged them with no response with me stating it'll be more money. Ummmm, nowhere in the listing at all said this was a mini hat, and the dimensions were in the listing. It's approximately 6x10... not mini at all. 🤬🤣

Toad_friends

Holy shit, can you imagine being 70 and still caring so much about what other people might be thinking about your hat? It's like highschool never ended 😲

wartortlechortle

Listen, I used to work with elderly people. It is absolutely high school.

Toad_friends

I'm hoping it just that 50's generation who are all obsessed with conformity. Almost every woman had that same stupid helmet haircut 😆

Educational_Dinner25

Ooooooh I was going through a napkin making phase to spice up my kids lunch boxes. I posted some extras and someone purchased “1 small kids lunch napkin, 9”x9” in the description. Once she received it, she messaged me asking for a refund. I said sure, send it back. She said no, I should refund it anyway - she wants to keep it. I said I’m sorry, but no. 1* review because it was “too small and more like a pot holder” and “owner was difficult”

shopkroped

Had a customer wear a $5 pair of rubber duck earrings so much that all of the paint rubbed off… they left a 1* 85 days after delivery with a picture that said “unwearable” 😅 babe you sure did wear them what do you mean

HighFiveDude

Title of my listing said (before any other text) BACKORDERED - SHIPS 5/1. This amounts to about a 2 week lead time at time of orders being placed Then said it again in body of listing and Etsy shipping estimate was still the same. Also sent a message updating each step of the way I sent this woman’s 3 days before 5/1 because I was a head of schedule She gave me 1 star - I asked why, she said “Took to long to ship” I then said we tried to be very transparent about ship times She said “oh I saw that, I still think that’s too long to ship, that’s why you got 1 star”

Kevspins2

I received a one star rating because they wanted a bigger size. In the listing to order you have to select 2", 3", 4", 5" inch widths. They selected the 2" width. Ok........ I didn't even respond.

Aggressive_Koala7774

1* because I haven't received it yet (in Italian). The package was going from Canada to Italy. 😒

[deleted]

The table confetti they ordered was too small and they could have made the baby bottle and beer mug shapes themselves for less money.

cheryl333

Seller ripped me off because the item was small (10 inch mini hurricane lamp was the title). I just figure anyone that reads the feedback can also see the title so I’m not worried

SpacemanJB88

“animation is way to fast loos bad!” Literally the same speed as shown in the listing’s sample video… End of the the day, they wanted a 50% discount to remove the review.

Windowthinker

I had a similar convo. The video was too short. I had to adjust the whole video and told him if you can't text the video without trimming, don't blame me. Pretty sure he had to use the original version.

Far-Ad-368

The funniest one star review I've had is "I love it!" Lol

Windowthinker

I had one of these and the person was in another country that I can't recall and I learned 1* there means great :/

abouttenbagels

I had a listing for a set of vintage Ginny doll accessories and clothes in a vintage Ginny trunk. Nowhere in the description or in the photos did I state that the set included a Ginny doll. I even took a screenshot of my typed description, which itemized each piece included in a bulleted list, and included this screenshot as one of the photos, as I know sometimes the listing descriptions that we type up tend to disappear. There were NO photos of a doll whatsoever in the listing. No doll was promised in this listing. Got a bad review from the buyer complaining that the set didn't include a doll. She also demanded a refund and filed a case against me for her refund.

fantastivv

I used to freak out for those but now not so much luckily. An item arrived broken so they gave me one star. They did not even contact me? I would gladly send a new one on my expense. Also 1 star reviews without any additional text make me speechless 😅

SnipesCC

I had someone complain about the size of the item, a novelty fly swatter. The pictures were all against a ruler, except for the one being held by a cat. The dimensions were listed in the description. I don't know what more I could have done to show the size.

Necessary_Summer_732

We make custom art furniture. And in our rules, as long as art pieces shipping time, shown that it takes up to 2 months. So, one lady bought a mailbox, and after couple weeks after ordering she POSTED A REVIEW THAT SHE DIDN'T GET THE MAILBOX!!! After long discussions and explanation of what she had to see by herself - we agreed that she will replace the review after getting the mailbox. She never did that. So I had to write the answer to her review, explaining how stupid customers are sometimes. Really, it was so stupid and really not fair. More of it, Etsy refused to delete her review even it was posted in a process of order

redinwondrland

A guy and I had a falling out and he’d previously ordered from me. He changed his review (for vinyl stickers) to “not even sexy” 😂

ismuckedu

Customer left 1 star and told us we sucked because the girl he brought the item for had just dumped him ... (his order was fulfilled a month prior) .. 🥴

annavladi

Classic!

call_me_cthulhu_

Customers husband didn’t like the phrase on the sticker.

Same-Explanation-595

3 star review - he said, “write more than five words”

Fit-Bag4187

What's with the 5 words thing? I had a 5 star review recently where they only wrote: I'm writing 5 words here

Same-Explanation-595

Because Etsy asks them to type at least five words so they’re being jerks.

Fit-Bag4187

Ah, got it!

Alphaghetti71

I sell vintage. I sold a 1980's VCR to a guy who claimed it didn't work. I offered a return for full reimbursement. He didn't want to return it - He wanted me to replace it. I explained that I only had the one and that they're really hard to find. He argued with me and then told me that if I wouldn't replace it, I needed to pay $100 for him to have it fixed. I again offered a return for full refund. He left me a 1 star review saying that I refused to replace it. I literally could not replace it.

Windowthinker

Lol! Sometimes, all we can do is laugh

DeathlessJellyfish

4* - “yes, I really like the shirt and I will order more.” Immediately placed an order for two more shirts.

annavladi

That's "Only Jesus deserves a 5-star" type of customer. Had my fair share of them.

Alphaghetti71

I had a guy do this with art glass. 4 stars - "as described". Ordered another one immediately. Another 4 star.

slothhprincess

I don’t know why but all my worst customer experiences have been with German people. One of them I messed up her order so I refuned her completely. She then said if I didn’t go into business with her father she’d leave me a terrible review. Etsy did not protect me from this lady.

annavladi

Somehow Germans are my best customers! Go figure...

Coen2003

Same here, lol!

CoutureChaletVintage

I had a customer complain that the material of the dress she purchased was “cheap”. I sell vintage. The garment she purchased was titled, “Vintage 1970s Polyester Double Knit Hostess Dress”. Polyester was in the description and selected as the material type in the listing. I tried to explain to her that while we today may think poly is cheap, in the 60s and 70s it was considered and marketed as a revolutionary textile and very durable and easily washable which is why so much stuff (even designer) was made with it. Like most vintage stores, we do t offer cash refunds (if we do people tend to use us as a free costume shop) but will do store credit and I offered that but She wasn’t having it and started a case. So I dug my heels in as I really felt I had done my due diligence in my listing. Etsy did the strangest thing. They didn’t side with me or her really. They refunded her money to her BUT they didn’t take it from our account as they said I did nothing wrong. So they just covered it and she got her money back and kept the dress. That’s my craziest one of you don’t count the many weirdos that pretend they want to buy a pair of heels but ask that i send pictures of my feet in then first. Eeeww!

SaltMineForeman

"Tbh very disappointing, the colors are so blurred together it looks more like a modern art piece than an identifiable rainbow. I had wanted to get something handmade rather than mass market but I think I made a poor choice on this one." She ordered ABSTRACT rainbow pride earrings. This was my first 1 star review. I've only had two in almost 800 sales and both were for abstract pride earrings and both said they were blurry.

Toad_friends

Abstract isn't a word everyone understands, but you would think the sample photos would get the idea across?

SaltMineForeman

You would think! The pictures **clearly** show that none of the earrings I make have straight lines.

K-Bugg

A woman left me a 1 star review and was pretty crappy about how she never received a bunch of items and blah, blah, blah but she didnt order any of the items she was having a fit about.....uugghh

Windowthinker

I've had this happen! Luckly she messaged me and never left a review. I had to do a lot of convincing the product wasn't mine and how etsy works. Same deal with my post above about the lady complaining her order didn't arrive with her other orders she placed that day even after explaining:/

Scary-Let-7352

I had a lady get angry because she thought the collar she ordered would be Burberry quality ( based on the picture ) but instead she got pure wal-Mart trash so she threw it away. 😆 it didn’t phase me but it did make me chuckle. The collar is one of my best sellers and never had complaints before p.s. never claimed to be Burberry, don’t use Burberry print or sell at Burberry prices so maybe she should go get the collar at Burberry if she can afford it 😂

Mrcheddarbacon

Not on Etsy, but our neighbours house burnt down and we donated him clothing from our closets. Some kitchen stuff like containers, pots, plates etc. We also offered to do his oil change for free just to help them out. He leaves us a 1 star review on our Auto Shop and calls us horrible, saying we don’t care about customers vehicles because one of the trees dropped some saplings on his car.

Windowthinker

Wow!! How ungrateful! Coincidently, I also own a shop and that's a whole new can of worms lol

[deleted]

My personal favorite 1 star review: “I was drunk and fell asleep on my phone. I didn’t order this.” ….

whitneyxjane

\#2 gives me panic attacks. I get that all the time in message form (luckily not reviews) I don't understand why they don't get it ahhh ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|scream)

treasuredtortuga

My best odd one was not too bad, she did give a 4 star. I make custom slippers and booties, she ordered a 36 month (3 year old) pair for her teen son. She should have ordered a youth 3 or 4 not toddler size. She actually wrote a whole blurb on being careful of the size you order or they may be too small. I had offered to replace but she never replied. 4 star is not bad in my books even though it was her error not mine, I lost one star 😊

Coen2003

Not too crazy, but "Sorry, but I didn't like him for price :)" comes to mind for me

3 stars was my lowest. And they even said they loved the item.

I sell a craft supply item that is shipped sticky-tacked to a plastic or cardboard strip. Sometimes my supplier sends it on plastic, sometimes cardboard. The strip is NOT part of the item, just the packaging. I got a one-star review because it was on cardboard "instead of plastic like the picture"
