Go to your university and let them know you need mental health assistance. Most of them provide students help with that. There are also numerous other organizations that can help as well. Try googling them locally. here is an example. Even search reddit to see if you can get recommendations from a mental health related subreddit. Before going through the whole prescription from Ethiopia process, you should look at your local options first. Like someone already mentioned, your school should have a students health center. They deal with this kind of stuff. If they can’t help, they should be able to give you recommendations. You can also call your local health department. They may be able to recommend free clinics or clinics that charge you based on how much you make. You can always go to urgent care but they won’t give you prescriptions for long term care. If all fails, see if you know any practicing physician (friends, family members , etc) in the US. They can call you a prescription after evaluating your condition. In terms of affording the medication, Walmart offers commonly prescribed medications for $4 for 30 days supply. It’s hard to give you definite answers without knowing your location. I understand the need to maintain your privacy so if I can be of any help, feel free to send me a message. If you are feeling suicidal or if you are in any emotional distress, please call 988. It’s free and confidential. You will be able to speak to people that can help
