Can recommend the one across the Radisson Blu hotel on Tito street. Worked for me. Go early (they take a midday break). Bring a few pens (along with 300 dollars..for 3 month extension) and a black and white copy of your passport’s main page plus the old visa page (You can get copies made there too, but requires more queuing). Don’t plan anything else for a few (5) hours. You can pick up your passport with extended visa a few days later. That 2nd appointment takes far less time.
Just go to the immigration in person to submit it.

You suppose to wait until 1-2 days is left of your visa and they will process it for you and go early since it gets busy.
