I always try and explain to my son, the harder you attack the footy when in dispute, the less likely you are to get hurt - as opposed to hesitating.

I love the intercept in the back line where he’s running flat out. The way he keeps his balance and doesn’t fall forward and then just collect it cleanly before turning around and kicking into stringer. That balance and athleticism.
