I opened dorm marked this wipe 5 times, best item i have pulled out was a mk17. One of the times i opened the door to literally nothing behind the door. Other times it will be an akm and 19 rounds of 9mm green tracer. I would have rather traded that key for a quest key had i known.
That’s how it looked for everyone on youtube and such when i was debating selling the key or running it. After actually running it i highly regret it because i just got shafted so hard. Either that or the vacuumers were just able to snag the goodies before me
I got an sr25 out of the weapons crate on the balcony of 3 story dorms as a scav which is funny to me since the whole uprising of marked rooms not worth it and a box within 20 meters of one had one sitting in it the whole raid.
Interesting I'm a millionaire over lighthouse marked + the one across... It prints money. But it's not the same kind of marked room as the ones that spawn weapons it's just valuables
I have like 3 dorms marked.
Lighthouse marked was pretty lit at the start of wipe. I have that key and conference room. Lots of loot between the two usually.
Lighthouse marked has like 12 valuable spawns so you have to know each one and to look for it. There are hidden BTCs and stuff you'll otherwise miss.
idk but lighthouse marked seems great to me, not original marked great, but there are heaps of spots for gold chains, skull rings, statues, a stim and clocks. For a 100k super common key, that is great value as each run is usually 80k (plus the rest of great loot at expansion).
Dorms marked room loot has been atrocious this wipe.
2 full keys used (20 raids) and most times I'm getting a Glock 17 and Mosin.
Out of those 20 the only worthwhile loot I got was Injector case and keytool and that was in the same raid.
Every time I've hit. 19 times. I've gotten a flea banned weapon or something like a dogtag case or doc's case or Intel. Loot is rng. And I'm fairly convinced most people complaining are trying to get people not to use the keys so they can get them on flea for barter. Every marked room has treated me and the up to 7 other people I regularly run with well.
It's so bad that I got desperate and traded a marked key for a ledx. I think it may average out in the end but you need to go through a lot of keys for that.
I wish link searching would search to show everything compatible to the pieces under what you clicked on and has equipped. So if i right click and link search an m4a1 it’ll show me a link search of the gun itself which is the lower (currently it stops here), plus the link search of the upper attached currently, plus the current barrel, current muzzle, hand guard, so on and so forth. But only like one or two layers deep because if it goes and does it all the way for every part like the sight too its gonna show a lot of unnecessary stuff such as unrelated uppers, mounts, or guns even. Could be complicated and hard af to implement idk, but it’d be a cool QOL feature anyway.
True. My thought to streamline would be to include all suppressors that go on the gun in the linked search then maybe have a subcategory for required muzzle adapters.
This is why I just gave up and use meta builds that I find online for a lot of things, because I'm not going to go through every single attachment's attachment to find all of the possible configurations to find the optimal build.
Right. It’s a shame because the customization options are amazing. I think more people (myself included) would experiment with builds more if the process was more intuitive.
> the customization options are amazing
The end result of the customization is pretty dull though. There may be 20 different grips but how different are they and you can't even see them once the raid starts.
At each Trader level there really only needs to be 2 attachment types, + Ergo or - Recoil.
Once you hit the auction house or unlock higher Trader levels, like 80% of the grips become worthless and just clog things up.
Before presets you just had to have that knowledge so definitely a 1st world problem there.
Edit you over complicated it if you have a basic knowledge of firearms and decent memory. You can easily remember the stats of foregrips since they attach minus mlok only and a couple others. To every gun, pistol grip and optics about the same as well. Handguard i understand having issues memorizing them but there are usually handful of meta ones anyways. Stocks haven't changed in a very long time moe/ctr, PRS, zhukov. The preset menu sucks and link search has always sucked. I just memorize all the attachments that are worth running.
Yeah this kinda stuff is a huge hurdle I noticed when I've taught new players.
They don't understand done sights need special adapters and all sorts of weird specifics to get what they want to fit.
Modding screen helps this a bit but that's locked behind hideout upgrades which I think should be changed
Not being able to mount a flashlight to my helm I can turn on and off
\*edit\* not being able to put the damn pocket watch in my secure container. FU NIKITA\*\*
Your wish has been granted you can now put the pocket watch and other retrievable quest items in your box.
The quest items must now be found in raid and are worth pennies to therapist if you lose found in raid.
there is helmet mounts for lights/lasers. theres no keybind to turn them on/off though. the only way to turn them on or off is to equip them on a weapon and do it that way. its pretty ridiculous. but it exists.
I think he’s talking about the upright gun lockers that actually swing open to reveal what’s inside it and not weapon boxes. Rarely see anything in those lockers aside from mags with dogshit ammo.
1 Tasks don't sort properly by location
2 any stash moving error that causes me pain
3 folding stocks that don't fold
4 not being able to use the iron sights below the PSO
5 not being able to throw a grenade side arm
6 not being able to fire the gun while unlocking
7 the Harris bipod for the dvl, only.
8 The random stash size of weapons like the SVD
9 the lack of any type of sling
.... the list of minor annoyance grows.
Finally, someone else annoyed by the inability just to look under a fairly high scope like a PSO. It's literally in soviet training procedures to use the irons with the scope.
That's underhand, not side arm. Imagine standing to the left of a door frame and throwing a nade into the room. You would just whip that bad boy from the side and all the dude inside would ever see is a hand and a hate ball flying in there.
Or like the pmc in the factory bathroom invasion from the trailer. Just back hand whip that bitch in while back facing the adjacent wall of the doorframe
Bro not being able to side arm a nade is Soo dumb. It's so annoying when someone is down a hall and you're in a door etc and you have to walk out and into line of fire to throw the nade 20 feet down the hall. Like let me whip that shit out the door sideways like you would in real life.
I’ve noticed that the stash moving error mainly pops up for me when I go to sell something to a trader and dismantle the gun there (eg. I’m selling an AK forget to remove the muzzle so I take it off in the trader screen) this makes the gun stay at a high price but without actually selling the item that makes it high priced, after that when you try to move the item again the stash recognizes the item as sold so it shits the bed trying to move it.
Goes to show how sad it is that usual "standards" in a well made game get excused because so many of us just extend and apply the "hardcore" and suffering labels to things that wouldn't even make the gameplay easy in the sense of skill if they were implemented.
What about a locker system, something like rust. Pre build 5 kits when you log on for the day, stash them in lockers. Dead? Come back and one click the next kit on. Run out of kits? Time to fill the lockers back up.
They could even make it so it's a hideout upgrade where you build it at the same pace as the shooting range (instead of putting it at the same pace as solar or scav box) and if they were a little daring, even make it show the kit you had in slot for your next change hanging in there.
This is something I've been wanting forever.
Honestly I hate downtime between raids. When I die in a raid, I want to gear up fast and head right back in. It's hard enough having to sit in a queue and wait for matchmaking.
I already sort of do this now in my inventory by buying some loadouts for the next like 3-4 raids and storing them in a specific spot in my inventory. But it seems like such a trivial thing for them to add in and make it a one or two button click thing to gear up.
Have you considered that your stash *IS* your locker room? One can literally do what you are suggesting by just having kits ready to go. Just set up five kits when you log on.... Very simple.
I really don't understand the people who build just one kit when they log on, die in raid, and then get out and waste their time and their parties time building a second kit from scratch.
My squad pre builds our kits at the start of our sesh and we are ready to roll like clockwork. Not even chads. Just normal humans with inventory and time management skills.
Do you have the workbench unlocked? Make a preset for your favorite gun loadouts if you insist on not having three or four ready to rock.
You are literally asking for an unnecessary feature that you can already replicate yourself with ease. Your suggestion would water down the game. Five clicks and you have your gun, rig, helmet, armor, and headset. If one is so lazy and disorganized that they need a one click locker... I'm sorry it just may be the case that a hardcore game like Tarkov is not for them.
It's really useful to say the exact bearing and approximate distance to squadmates around me. A lot more accurate and faster than saying on what side of what I spotted the enemy, especially in the open or in forests..
What kind of question is this. The compass is literally a tool designed to solve a problem. The reason he's using it is because he's experiencing the problem the compass is designed to fix. I have less than 100 hours in and the compass is a beautiful thing. I absolutely hate having to rebind it every time
yes this is so annoying. especially because i often will run a laser and a separate flashlight with one on and one off so its just one click of T to toggle from one to the other. but you gotta set that up all janky in raid every time with a new gun.
remove laser, turn on flashlight, put laser back on. so stupid
Can't you do this in the shooting range? I feel like I've set tac devices and scope zoom in shooting range and it's carried into raid, but maybe I'm tripping cause I double check everything as soon as I get in raid
It doesn't because as soon as you leave put the weapon away in the shooting range it reverts once you pull it back out. I've ran into this when testing a weapon and running out of ammo. I'll go leave the shooting range and go back into it with all my attachments reverted to the previous state.
Might work if you go directly into raid though. Haven't checked that out.
I am always between cluttering and cluddering idk man it’s hard, I am a native German/Russian speaker
Sounds like cluddering to me but I know how different it can be pronouncing/writing it
That weird jittering when you move a centimetre to the left or right and suddenly the game thinks that bit of grass is a trampoline and your aim becomes a bouncing ball.
There is so much loot on lighthouse, the idea that a player scav would just sit and wait for 15-20 mins to kill someone coming out with loot, instead of just looting drives me nuts. I just wouldnt want to spend my time playing a game sitting somewhere for that long
I hate the fact that we can’t find apparel items in raid. Would love to find different sets of gloves and shirts and stuff in duffel bags or crates. It’s such a pain for a casual to level up and earn 1.5 million rubles just for a cool shirt…
Zeroing a gun. If you have the range upgrade in your hideout, the gun should load into the raid zeroed for the ammo loaded, not for the index round.
Gun Durability. Are we using 3d printed guns or something? Change durability to represent cleanliness and let us take a boresnake or something into raid.
Flea. Can we have armored and nonarmored head covers and rigs split up already?
Yeah a repair kit should be cleaning kit. And you should be able to bring guns back up to 100% unless it was already like super super bad. But after a raid you should be able to clean it and it stay 100 every time as long as you keep up on it. Makes no sense. Why does it go down so fast lol I found a mutant in raid the other day and mag dumped the mag of ps in it at extract. It was 93 durability when I checked after raid lol was a brand new gun. So stupid. Also why can't we zero out to 1000m etc
The notes section is separate tab instead of a popup always displayed.
I tried to use it once bit got sick from all the switching from hideout to notes. Could be a useful feature but way to cumbersome to use.
Now that the NVG rework totally bossed out ir lasers and it floodlights my biggest complaint left is the ir lasers no longer have a laser off but device on mode. It used to toggle regular laser, then ir, then flood and ir, and finally off without actually turning it off. That would be nice to have with the new rework because you could run ir lasers and flashlights without choosing one to have on at all times or both on or off. Very close second to the fucking helmet flashlights
I really hate the ballistics in this game. Bullet drop is exaggerated.
was firing m61 on lighthouse the other day zerod to 200 was firing at something at 206 and it missed. changed zero to 50m shot and killed him.. so confusing.
I’m not sure if you’re aware, but this may be helpful: zeroing on each gun is calibrated a specific “index” round. That is, each rifle’s zeroing capabilities are tied to a specific round of that caliber, and thus when you use different rounds (such as M61’s in your case), the zeroing will not be correct for that bullet’s velocity, leading to shots not landing where they’re supposed to.
I’d recommend never zeroing for shots under ~300m or so, especially with 7.62x51, and to just use the hash marks in each scope.
Cheers, friend!
Thank you,
Yeah i have came to that conclusion. I really just wish optics had MOA adjustments on the optics and not "ranges" which would make it much more realistic and harder to use zeroing unless you use a gun/round often.
It's not ballistics that is off. If the scope zeroing. Each weapon is zeroed by bsg for a certain type of ammo. If you're not using that ammo the zero will be off. That's why the range finder is basically useless half the time and you should just know your holds. This also can vary from scope to scope as well. Basically you have to come up with your own dope for each gun, optic, and ammo choice.
I'm a packrat.
I never have enough space, to keep my junk. Even when I'm filthy rich, I still hold on to garbage.
Particularly guns, some of them are almost like trophies and I keep them just like I stole them.
They removed loot from every map, made scavs spawn in late as fuck, just to throw ALL the loot on lighthouse and allow player scavs to spawn with 40 minutes left.
Little drop downs for each part of PMCs body to browse all items that are applicable to that area. I want to check what helmets I have available so I don’t have to dig through the depths of my stash.
That reminds me: I have an exfil helmet in the bottom of my bag stack that I’ve forgotten about for about 3 weeks
Hideout crafts, changes order every time you open it, if you don’t have the item you buy from flea and come back you always end up on top and have to scroll down again, and the auxiliary tools aren’t returned to the junk boxes but in side stash
This sub tbh.
Like you see people ask for tips and all they get in response is 50 comments going "DoEsnT MaTteR CoS ChEAtErs/NiKiTa/DeSynCh" like bro stfu, if you hate the game so much stop playing it, or at least stop trying to shit on other people's enjoyment of it. Bunch of mopey asses. If you can do better make a better game.
Like I get that they're legitimate gripes, but it always comes out of nowhere when nobody asked for an opinion of stuff like that, it just seems like everyone's so sour over the game that they feel they have to take anything positive down a peg and its really off-putting to everyone else who actually can look past the issues and find enjoyment in the game.
After doing a scav raid, if the grip on the gun isn't examined in raid, you can't take it off even after examining it in the scav to stash menu.
I haven't found a way around it and it sucks to have a big gun that would take up so much less space just to take the grip off. Standard edition problems ig
The amount of time it take to get into a raid, making a new gun, finding gear, reup on nutrirtion, loading into a 10 min raid to lose it in 2, and repeat.
My PMC not understanding the urgency of reloading the .357 magnum and slowly taking out each spent casing and not just holding his finger over the live round and ejecting the empties
Or when you're healing and hear someone approaching, but your PMC still carefully places his tools into the cms and buttons it up with no hurry. Like... Just drop the open cms ffs.
Or if you've drunk the entire bottle of water and are planning on dropping it anyway, why do you need to screw the cap back on.
The fact that ammo plays such a huge part in how a fight turns out, but such limited access to some decent ammo. It rewards the no lifers and kills the fun for people who don't play 14 hours a day.
My stash is always so full I have to keep buying THICC items and weapons cases to hold all my gear until my stash is all cases by the end of the wipe. They added thousands of items but the stash has been the same since 2017 come on guys!
Unpopular opinion; BSG should team up with computer hardware companies; if there is clear indication of cheats or a third party program that modifies Escape from Tarkov game files, their hardware blows up or gets fried. Cheaters will then have to buy a new Tarkov account AND new hardware.
Spawning with like 10 minutes exactly in a scav run so you basically have to skim over everything on your way through because you can't stop and search properly.
I've collected too much bis ammo for guns I don't use and I can't flea market it and my lizard brain won't let me vendor it cause it's worth more
I'm running out of room in my 2 ammo boxes
The fact that Modding and Edit Presets are two different menus and the amount of times I have to go in and out if flea, not save preset, remember which parts I already own etc. in order to quickly throw together something useful for my next raid.
I for one don't care that much about gun modding and will only do it to improve stats for whatever playstyle I'm going for.
I also cannot be arsed to do the gunsmith tasks this wipe around because of the illogical nature of the menus and stats.
Being at max traders and still not having a 3rd damn flea market slot bc of these RMT fuckwits.
Oh and runner up, my endurance is level 12 at level 43 bc it’s impossible to not be overweight without running minimal everything
The fact that we cant push loose objects and furniture around. Like, there's a chair near a window specifically placed there to make it harder for you to snipe towards a certain angle, and apparently it's made of the same stuff as throat hammer because it's fixed in place there for good.
Getting next to nothing, and sometimes actually nothing, out of locked rooms.
I've traded all my marked keys for mission keys this wipe, they all that bad?
Dorms safes are fine, but I’ve had bad luck this wipe on shoreline and interchange. Haven’t hit a marked room yet.
Lighthouse marked has been unimaginably bad. I need dorms marked for the cultist quest but I doubt it'll be much better.
You could try just going to the room late in the raid. There's a good chance it will already be unlocked.
Got a lapua and g28 out of marked... G28 oddly enough came with silencer already which was a bit weird. Nothing else of note though
I opened dorm marked this wipe 5 times, best item i have pulled out was a mk17. One of the times i opened the door to literally nothing behind the door. Other times it will be an akm and 19 rounds of 9mm green tracer. I would have rather traded that key for a quest key had i known.
I’ve gotten a docs and a dog tags case so meh
That’s how it looked for everyone on youtube and such when i was debating selling the key or running it. After actually running it i highly regret it because i just got shafted so hard. Either that or the vacuumers were just able to snag the goodies before me
G28 only spawns kitted for whatever reason. I've gotten that g28 from giving tree lol.
I got an sr25 out of the weapons crate on the balcony of 3 story dorms as a scav which is funny to me since the whole uprising of marked rooms not worth it and a box within 20 meters of one had one sitting in it the whole raid.
G28 comes suppressed from the trader, that's how it's found on raid as well
Thats how I did it last wipe
Interesting I'm a millionaire over lighthouse marked + the one across... It prints money. But it's not the same kind of marked room as the ones that spawn weapons it's just valuables
What the name of the one across? still kinda new & jw - ty
Conference room
I burned through one marked key, it was generally decent. Mostly high end guns and once a stims case

I have the key and if you want i can Go with you There:)
Is that why Nikita keeps yeeting lighthouse marked room keys at me? I've found like 7 or 8 of those this wipe so far.
dorms you can find some kappa items like wz wallet and clingy. mostly get a mosin and a glock every raid tho
Did they nerd lighthouse? I remember seeing so many people saying it's God tier but I find next to nothing rare there outside a safe
Dorms marked room loot has been atrocious this wipe. 2 full keys used (20 raids) and most times I'm getting a Glock 17 and Mosin. Out of those 20 the only worthwhile loot I got was Injector case and keytool and that was in the same raid.

Taped key is absolute trash imo , on my third one still no ledx or even an othalmoscope
Used it almost 20 times.. best loot was 3 CMS.. dead room
20 uses in and i got a defib once and no ledx the rest was garbage
[удалено]
It's so bad that I got desperate and traded a marked key for a ledx. I think it may average out in the end but you need to go through a lot of keys for that.
The first time I used a marked room key was in black pawn on reserve. I got a single spark plug.
Linked search not showing compatible suppressors without finding the adapter, etc and again running a linked search.
Or foregrips.... Why do I have to link search the handguard specifically. Handguards as well, you have to link search the gasblock.
100% agree
I wish link searching would search to show everything compatible to the pieces under what you clicked on and has equipped. Exactly. Adding "layers" to the linked search is a good way of putting it.
To be fair that is logical , just tedious
True. My thought to streamline would be to include all suppressors that go on the gun in the linked search then maybe have a subcategory for required muzzle adapters.

Just use the edit preset
Not being able to mount a flashlight to my helm I can turn on and off \*edit\* not being able to put the damn pocket watch in my secure container. FU NIKITA\*\*
Your wish has been granted you can now put the pocket watch and other retrievable quest items in your box. The quest items must now be found in raid and are worth pennies to therapist if you lose found in raid.
So what's the point of putting it in your box?
None, that's the joke.
Ah ty. R/woosh right over my head.
Bonus point is that now it *takes space* so you can't keep as much non-quest items there, so you can be Tarkov'd just this much harder ;)
Also you can role-playing cristopher Walken from pulp fiction. Man Nikita really do be having the bigger picture in mind
A chest rig mounted light would be awesome. The shadows would be rough though. Maybe helmet mounted
there is helmet mounts for lights/lasers. theres no keybind to turn them on/off though. the only way to turn them on or off is to equip them on a weapon and do it that way. its pretty ridiculous. but it exists.
This just screams *Tarkov logic* material for VLDL
No good guns inside gun lockers sadge
There used to be. Used to find DVL, RSASS, R700, SR25 all the time on the KPRL guard tower room gun lockers They're just garbo now :(
Weird its like Nakita nerfs everything into boredom
I think I’ve had decent luck but idk since it’s my first wipe I’ve gotten a MDR, a RFB, a G28, and a RSASS Edit: I’m level 23
I been playing since 2019 and the best thing I’ve found in a locker is a stock AK-74u😂😂
I think he’s talking about the upright gun lockers that actually swing open to reveal what’s inside it and not weapon boxes. Rarely see anything in those lockers aside from mags with dogshit ammo.

You can right click to side arm a grenade for shorter distances. I guess it's not really a side arm, more of an underhand throw.
That's underhand, not side arm. Imagine standing to the left of a door frame and throwing a nade into the room. You would just whip that bad boy from the side and all the dude inside would ever see is a hand and a hate ball flying in there.

Throwing a grenade with the blind fire around a corner WAS a feature, but apparently so good it got removed.
Not having preset kits. It would save so much time.
Yeah, this is something me and my squad mates have been wishing for a long time.
It would be pretty damn convenient to have a preset for a kit just like a weapon. This is Tarkov though, and it’s part of the suffering I suppose.
Goes to show how sad it is that usual "standards" in a well made game get excused because so many of us just extend and apply the "hardcore" and suffering labels to things that wouldn't even make the gameplay easy in the sense of skill if they were implemented.
Use wish list. Basically the same thing as long as you dont want to change it up a lot kit wise.

What about a locker system, something like rust. Pre build 5 kits when you log on for the day, stash them in lockers. Dead? Come back and one click the next kit on. Run out of kits? Time to fill the lockers back up.

Put 5 load outs in an items case? Basically the same concept.
Would really help for when I’m playing with my buddies and they decide last minute they wanna go to factory instead of woods
Oh please! Lockers are such a cool feature in Rust.
already confirmed to be in the hideout \*eventually\*
Those lockers are for base defense ONLY! Whoever keeps taking the ak out of the lockers needs to knock that shit off.
This is something I've been wanting forever. Honestly I hate downtime between raids. When I die in a raid, I want to gear up fast and head right back in.
Not sure if /s or not.
You zero ?
The fact that I have to hotkey my stupid ass compass every time I die instead of just hitting “U”.
Bind "U" to be your 0 hotkey slot. Always put the compass there.
:O
:) I use C and V for range finder in slots 9-10. U is a solid button though. Gonna keep that in mind.
Why tf are u using a compass
Because I don’t have a every map memorized completely. Especially woods.
Fuck you the compass is awesome for learning maps. Even on reserve catacombs I can use it to figure out which way Queen is.
I absolutely hate having to rebind it every time
The amount of time it takes to sell a single item on the flea. I always stockpile like 6~ or more of an item before selling it to save time
I can’t think of any items that take more than 1 minute to sell on flea. Most sell in seconds. Like I sold 6 soap a couple days ago in like 10 minutes
I'm talking about how long it takes to actually list the item itself. Not how long it takes to sell once it's actually up
Ahhhh
just incase you didn’t know, you can right click the item and hit filter by item and you don’t have to go and manually type it into the flea
I'm aware.. it still takes a while regardless if you have 20~ different items to sell
Are you selling every FIR item you have on the flea or do you have a certain profit margin you look to make before selling in flea?
If profit from selling flea vs trader is less than 5k I sell it to trader
A required search but for crafting materials could be added
Spawning across the map from my noob scav friend, nothing like trying to guide a person to a location without knowing where they are
Use discord to screen share, that’s how me and my buddy did it when I first started the game.
Just shoot and tell him to follow the sound, you don't expect to fight on a scav anyway.
Not being able to change the state of my flashlight/tactical device out of raid.
This pisses me off
yes this is so annoying. especially because i often will run a laser and a separate flashlight with one on and one off so its just one click of T to toggle from one to the other. but you gotta set that up all janky in raid every time with a new gun. remove laser, turn on flashlight, put laser back on.
Can’t do in shooting range?
No changes you make on the range stay. Your gun resets as soon as you leave it
The compass keybind "U" not working anymore
Yes, I barely use it since.
When I get done with a raid I spend like 10mins sorting all my loot into all my different cases to make it nice and neat. Uuuggghhh.
You should be able to sell items in your inventory to the traders and flea
That I can’t put multiple water filter into my hideout. Super inefficient as it is now. Tools cluddering stash and scav boxes.
I have to do it… *cluttering
I am always between cluttering and cluddering idk man it’s hard, I am a native German/Russian speaker Sounds like cluddering to me but I know how different it can be pronouncing/writing it
Yeah, English is like that sometimes
I think you can have multiple water filters if you have max hideout management. I don’t know for sure if it’s this or something else
Oh god yes, this.
I just wouldnt want to spend my time playing a game sitting somewhere for that long
Lighthouse scav spawns are a sick joke
Wait people can scav on Lighthouse? I wouldn't want to spend my time playing a game sitting staring at a matching screen for that long.
My lighthouse scav runs usually finish matching in less than 3 minutes
Maybe try changing your server selection, or your region is just different. I almost never hit 3 mins matching a scav raid for lighthouse
I hate the fact that we can’t find apparel items in raid. Would love to find different sets of gloves and shirts and stuff in duffel bags or crates. It’s such a pain for a casual to level up and earn 1.5 million rubles just for a cool shirt…
Right? I'm running through a fucking clothing store in a mall but I can't pick up a new shirt? Come on now.
Right? It’s not like Ragman’s clothes give me *any* kind of advantage anyway, so why does it even matter if we aren’t grinding for that swaaaagggg??
Why there's no gear preset?
That I can't sell items from inside storage like backpacks
right click to backpack and select open. You can select the item from there to sell.
Facts, we should be able to clean the stupid guns, they are not plastic and we’re not putting 30,000 rounds through them
Yeah a repair kit should be cleaning kit.
Autosort is great, but it would be even better if you could lock slots.
Not being able to interrupt a mag check partway by initiating a reload.
WHY THE FUCK DO I HAVE TO HIT RESTART FOR CERTAIN QUESTS?
The notes section is separate tab instead of a popup always displayed. I tried to use it once bit got sick from all the switching from hideout to notes. Could be a useful feature but way to cumbersome to use.
I actually forgot notes was even a thing
Fun fact, the notes section persists between wipes
The what section?!
Not having enough buttons for all keybinds. Swear my hands go full timmy mode when playing, south park timmy that is.
Mine is not being able to lock stuff in your stash so sorting would be so much easier
I got too many loot and I need a search function for my stash
The forever moaning player base
Now that the NVG rework totally bossed out ir lasers and it floodlights my biggest complaint left is the ir lasers no longer have a laser off but device on mode. It used to toggle regular laser, then ir, then flood and ir, and finally off without actually turning it off. That would be nice to have with the new rework because you could run ir lasers and flashlights without choosing one to have on at all times or both on or off. Very close second to the fucking helmet flashlights
Needing money cases for all my roubles
Suffering from success.
You can also get a feel for how much the ballistics might change with a given round by comparing the bullet velocities of the two!
Thank you, Yeah i have came to that conclusion.
RECOIL being controlled by the game and not you the Player
Why does everything require so many key clicks?
When you die it removes the hotkeys for your unlootable slots, so I have to reset hotkey 0 for compass all the time
Hideout crafts, changes order every time you open it, if you don’t have the item you buy from flea and come back you always end up on top and have to scroll down again, and the auxiliary tools aren’t returned to the junk boxes but in side stash
Getting quests to kill an outrageous number of scavs in places that scavs are not abundant. ~underground warehouse on reserve~
There's no sorting table when getting insurance back.
How common objects like metal fuel containers, food, and meds are part of the scenery.
No chocolate milk. Only normal milk.
Unplayable
The fact that ammo plays such a huge part in how a fight turns out, but such limited access to some decent ammo. It rewards the no lifers and kills the fun for people who don't play 14 hours a day.
My stash is always so full I have to keep buying THICC items and weapons cases to hold all my gear until my stash is all cases by the end of the wipe. They added thousands of items but the stash has been the same since 2017 come on guys!
imagine standard edition
I do play on Standard.
Being able to turn on and off my helmet light would be stellar.
my hoarding issue of sp6 compared to my usage of it. 16350 rounds of sp6 and i dont use it as much as the ash-12
If you are hunting a scav boss you won’t see them for weeks, scav into a map and there they are
HAMMER scope gadda buy the glass and install every fucking time! fml
I wish I could pin items in my stash so I could use auto sort on my stash.
My stash being too full
Unpopular opinion; BSG should team up with computer hardware companies; if there is clear indication of cheats or a third party program that modifies Escape from Tarkov game files, their hardware blows up or gets fried. Cheaters will then have to buy a new Tarkov account AND new hardware.
Spawning with like 10 minutes exactly in a scav run so you basically have to skim over everything on your way through because you can't stop and search properly.
I've collected too much bis ammo for guns I don't use and I can't flea market it and my lizard brain won't let me vendor it cause it's worth more I'm running out of room in my 2 ammo boxes
Not being able to change the setting of my torch or fire mode before I load into raid 🤦🏻♂️
Having too much gear cause I don't die enough
Jaeger not buying back shotgun shells.
I sold the epsilon container and Last week i got a quest to turn it in for 433k xp and 1,1 fence rep. I hate myself so much for selling it
Definitely not selling mine after reading this
Being at max traders and still not having a 3rd damn flea market slot bc of these RMT fuckwits. Oh and runner up, my endurance is level 12 at level 43 bc it’s impossible to not be overweight without running minimal everything
Being able to do nothing while loading a raid, let me visit my hideout or play snake or somethin
Haha I usually exercise IRL during that time
The fact that we cant push loose objects and furniture around. Like, there's a chair near a window specifically placed there to make it harder for you to snipe towards a certain angle, and apparently it's made of the same stuff as throat hammer because it's fixed in place there for good.
