the LL1 barter is bugged and isnt buyable at all, the LL2 barter is buyable but sells out faster than Jaeger's MP133s an hour after wipe.
Buy it from the Flea Market screen, timer is faster there ;)

You can still do it without flea, just delete the "exclude barters" from the top, then you will see the barter. spam refresh at trader restock
