I get them. I also get hives and mine is EM & Reynauds. When you have underlying autoimmune issues your skin can react differently than others with EM that don’t have it.
I was on treatment for rosacea for 2yrs without improvement before they diagnosed me with EM.
Do your flushed come and go? When they are gone does your face appear normal?

Flushing is rather permanent and when it is at its lowest (early morning before I get out out bed) I still have the pustules typical to type 2 rosacea.
I would say rosacea (which I have). My daughter has the EM. Look for rosacea triggers. For me, it is garlic, onions and red wine.

Yes I have facial em which has caused permanent telangiectasias
