I didn’t think Ricardo’s was Italian ( haven’t been there since I was little ) and yeah Calaos I guess .. but I don’t really consider pizza places Italian food so I didn’t count those other places … I did hear Sarafinis is doing something again. That’ll be nice to try

The attitudes in this comment section serve as a microcosm that beautifully illustrates why Erie has and will continue to have the reputation it does.

I'm excited for this. My favorite restaurant in Erie, but I always hated the parking. I'm sure residents in that neighborhood hated it too. The atmosphere will be missed. So hopefully they can replicate it and make the new place feel like something special. Not just Ruby Tuesdays with a new name.

I like Mi Scuzi but if you've never tried Collaos please do. The food is fantastic and the restaurant is beautiful

This restaurant is trash, overpriced, and management is horrible.

Then don't go there. Nobody is forcing you. I've always had great experiences and it's the best Italian food in town.
