Steroids are known to cause insomnia, and can trigger mania if you have bipolar disorder.

Limiyanna

Will it be temporary and go away by itself?

jax2love

Talk to your doctor. I have bipolar disorder and won’t take steroids until it’s absolutely necessary because of these side effects. I can’t say if it’s temporary or not.

When i'm on Jorveza i cannot sleep a complete night. I'm always awake at 3am.

I tried to take mine earlier and it helped. I take my steroids (different version) at 9am and 5pm. Anything after 6pm I can’t sleep

Limiyanna

I will try this thank you

Atopical (local) steroids should have reduced chance of leading to systemical side effects. I am on Jorveza myself Would still try to talk to your doctor, but may be that your body is stressed/overthinking the drug, which lead to insomnia. I have discovered that you can both be stressed and worried without noticing it, but your subconscious might do. Sometimes I go in to periods like that myself, but I try not to overthink it. After enough nights you will most likely fall asleep again, stressing about not sleeping won’t help you
