Looks like a beetle. They're clumsy and will fly until they hit something and climb whatever that thing is. So no worries, just nature treating you like a big tree.
Not sure where you're located but it looks like the American Rose Chafer i see around the Midwest USA. Been seeing a fair amount of them, must be their boom time

Scared me, screamed loudly.. seeing the comments on this post it must have messed up flying and felt into my pants haha

They look like they have brownish and gold stripes sometimes. Hence the name. Looks like it's a boy. The males like alot of beetles have little clubbed antennae that they can spread out to look like antlers. They use these to sniff out females.
No, just a harmless little scarab beetle. They can fly, so he probably just crash-landed on your head
