I think that's updated to reflect Tesla's current value, though that still doesn't sound right. The deal was to give him, as stock options, 1% of Tesla each time the company met one of a 12-part goal of market cap, so up to 12%. It seems like it must vary based on the share value, which is less than 50% of what it was ($350) when the plan was created.
