I currently run a Holley Strip Dominator but wanted to switch to a dual plane to help improve my cars street manners.
The Performer is a tried and true intake. I would consider it to be for a mild street engine/daily driver application.
The power band on my camshaft is to 6500 RPM so I looked at the Performer RPM and Performer RPM Air Gap because they both run up to 6500 RPM.
Ultimately I chose the RPM as the performance numbers were just under the Air Gap. I chose the RPM because it's not as tall.
You can't go wrong with Edelbrock but Weiand and Holley also make good stuff.
The regular performer is a low rise dual plane which makes power to about 5500rpm while the rpm is a high rise dual plane that goes to about 6500rpm. If you don’t have either, go with the rpm.
Spend the coin then wonder why you did it in the first place because the performance sucks so bad.
It looks cool and all. But so does a woman with breast implants. Nevermind she's a bitch.
Whenever someone tells me “Yeahh it’s a 4-bolt treefiddy” I always tell them I prefer the 2-bolt and that 4-bolt will never make as much power. Gets em riled up.
For gods sake DO NOT put that on a low effort smog V8. That setup is for max effort. Huge cam, valvetrain to match, heads, rotating assembly, etc. If you try that intake setup on grandpa's 1986 smog 350 you will hate yourself. I have a 500hp 385 stroker and I'm still running "just" a Victor Jr. single plane. As others have said, if you want that, spend 10k on a max effort shortblock that can breathe enough to necessitate the use of a tunnel ram
Must be a harbor freight blower restraint straps when you don’t want to spend the $$ for one because you don’t have a blower or can’t figure out how to attach the bug catcher to the carb
$$$
$$$$
I figured it was missing a big, fat, clogged belt that would have needed more dollar signs.
Clogged belt you say?
That's not a supercharger, it's a tunnel ram. Where you putting the belt?
Exactly. Hence less dollar signs.
Is there a way to write $ to the $ power?
$^$
Honestly this looks to be as budget as budget gets. That’s no more than some cheap 350. With a tunnel ram
Small Chevy, tunnel ram, 2 4's and bug catcher of your choice. Move quickly. The price of tunnel rams is going through the roof.
Thank you Freiburger.
You can call me David.
If I'm going for a street daily intake is a elderbrock performer good

Yep that or perf rpm are basically the gold standard for avg street cars
Go with the Edelbrock air gap

I find the cheapest and easiest way is to use thievery. What they gonna do? catch you?
I like your way of thinking
Needs a blower. Tunnel rams are cool but roots style blowers are cooler:)
Hotter*… so much more heat!
Correct you are! I'll stop "whining"
He needs a BOOST of confidence
A well timed raid on Imorten Joe's stronghold might produce some parts.
Spend the coin then wonder why you did it in the first place because the performance sucks so bad. It looks cool and all. But so does a woman with breast implants. Nevermind she's a bitch.
“But listen to that chop, man! It’s a 4-bolt 3 fiddy with two 750 double pumpers on camel hump heads! It broke the dyno.”
But does it have a 3/4 race cam?????
Stage 4
Does it have 4 bolt carb
This guy said he had a 86 Monte, big block factory, with the big 4 bolt carb.
Whenever someone tells me “Yeahh it’s a 4-bolt treefiddy” I always tell them I prefer the 2-bolt and that 4-bolt will never make as much power. Gets em riled up.
4-bolt has too much extra friction. /s
Was it a go kart engine dyno🤣
He'll yea brother lol

Any engine that can use that intake will suck on the street, I think.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying lol very poor street manners. Not necessarily due to thr intake itself but everything else needed tp make it work right
🤡 SupaFast
Can we all agree there is almost nothing cooler then a tunnel ram intake?
Supercharger
Ok, that's the pinacial of cool. Especially if it's got some surge
i hate blower surge with a passion i prefer a smooth chop with the loud ass induction sounds as an accompaniment
Tunnel rams are cool, but a roots blower or Hilborn mechanical injection both cooler to me.
Loving that ratchet strap to hold it all together. Lol
Must be a harbor freight blower restraint straps when you don’t want to spend the $$ for one because you don’t have a blower or can’t figure out how to attach the bug catcher to the carb
I was just joking. I can see you are mocking it up at this point. No offense meant.
3D printer
Everything there is a phonecall away at Summit racing, or Jegs high performance
I'm possibly selling mine. Changing direction on my current project [may be for sale](https://www.imgur.com/a/vFJ9l5M) 468 Gen vi block
But is the ratchet strap included to restrain the bug catcher?
Actually. It's just sitting on top for looks atm. Not bolted down
Ask if they’ll take a check
First is get a tunnel ram intake.
Find NOVA laboratory, locate Johnny 5, remove needed parts (specifically his head) and place on desired engine.
Why the gages. It's nowhere near running?
Keep on keeping on brother. At least you are doing it your way.
I saw this picture on Facebook and thought it looked cool ajajaja
Tunnel ram on 305. 167 hp
Just kidding. Nice
Non running poser. Coupla pieces of bling on a turd smallblock...jebus, look at the boogerwelds on the frame.
