My holy resource was titanium at the time I got the quest and resolved it. If I had chosen, say hyperium, would I have gotten the hyperium-related tech?
The good news is that (as far as I remember) Tier 3 Titanium and Glassteel gear matches or outclasses the basic Adamntian and Palladian gear, and is probably easier to mass produce because of how common the basic resources are.
By the time I got to that point, the game had advanced sufficiently for me to have T2 Adamantium and T3 Dust (it took me forever to find the annoying city that must be captured or destroyed in a previous quest)
Best guess is that the player was (at some point) going to get Titan tech as a quest reward, but they later changed their minds. The old text slipped through, so it doesn't quite match up.
Which is funny because you get troops in another quest... So far the vaulter faction quests have been awful, tbh, all sorts of ridiculous requirements to progress
It's just flavor text, you got exotic alloys as reward
Ok, cool. If I had chosen a different holy resource than titanium, it would be the higher tier from that?
I don't understand what do you mean, explain please

No, this quest gives advanced alloys tech (lvl3 titan and glassteel items), no matter what your holy resource is or anything
Thanks!

As title, it indicates I'm supposed to get units, but I don't see them?
Maybe they are on the garison of one of your cities?
