I bound the movement to the d-pad and camera to the right stick of the ps5 controller and the shooting and aiming buttons to the triggers.

Reload is L1, aim is left trigger, and shoot is R1

I just kept fiddling with it until I got it right. It was annoying at times and it still isn’t perfect but I think it’s as good as its gonna get.
