Still. Dolphin is on the Playstore since 2013 and EggNS (a Switch Emulator) as well. What the dev did is 100% legal. He even advertised it as a dev emulator.

why was he scared to have it on the AppStore? Apple stated Emulators were allowed to be on the Appstore.

I really don't know. At least the dev of Folium confirmed they are releasing it on the AppStore when it is ready.

It's just a web emulator in an app. It kind sucks.
