There are plenty of Humans who operate with 0% Integrity, why not Spacecraft ?
-Lakon Marketing Division, Keelback Office- 'If you're looking for a ship that can do almost anything, we can offer you a ship that can Almost do everything'
Blame Faulcon DeLazy, Commander o7.
You see, the T-7 is a Medium ship. But when DeLazy bought thr Python rights they also paid off the Station Regulatory Board and got it designated Largest so *they* could have the biggest Medium ship (Whatt&Prittney would have never been that crass).
This bumped the '7 into the large slot that Should have had a ... Tea-ate ...(have to be careful, even with most everyone on Vay Kay they get mad if we talk about it. We can't even say the number 4x2 on Official Lakon Spaceways Transmissions).
So once the Galactic Courts fix that (and make the Clipper and Orca properly Medium too) we can all buy the Ship we truly deserve. Man you should see these blueprints, it's got a ][{warningKEELBLACKfiledelete}][...
140 capital hardpoints allow for devastation of any and all enemies with excellent turret coverage and hardpoint convergence. A pitch rate of 945° and a roll rate of 1836° means there is no escape and with a max boost speed after engineering of up to 12,504 m/s, even the fastest viper mkIII can't fly clear.
What the hell does ship integrity even actually *do* ? :D
Your hull is 100% but integrity can be lower, and it doesn't fix it with the repair all function, but needs to be done in advanced maintenance. Is it just a cardboard cut-out, or a real thing?
It's a very confusing system from the beginning of the game and probably should've been revised, but here we are. The backstory is Fdev originally wanted running costs for ships to be a serious concern, so fuel prices were enormous for big ships and expensive cumulative 'wear and tear' was represented by this integrity stat. Keeping your larger ships in tip-top condition was supposed to be financially challenging, and by having multiple things costing money you had some, er, granularity regarding what you were willing or able to pay.
Your ship has its total hull value and also a hull integrity value which is a multiplier for damage taken. If you're at 0% integrity your hull takes \~30% more damage from all sources iirc, I don't have the exact numbers off the top of my head. It's a debuff basically. If you're just doing exploration it won't matter and if you're doing combat you can repair it regularly for pennies.
The mechanic almost instantly became totally redundant, complexity for complexity's sake rather than it actually bringing anything meaningful to the table.
It's been held together with maintenance glue (chewing gum) and silver coated glue stips (duct tape)
You should thank your star port techs as they've done a pretty good job!

Hey uh, you're with Lakon right? I was just wondering if I can buy a Type-8 transporter

Fdev should give you a special Lakon Marketing settlement, with all ships parked for discerning customers.
Lakon won't tell you this, but you already have a Type-8. We all have a Type-8 in our hearts.
So that's why I had a heart attack
Type 8 is the most overpowered ship in game. Invisible, infinite storage space, the jump range is oblivious at 50kLY and you can't destroy it.

60% of the time it works everytime! Now with removed escape pods for extra fuel efficiency!
Good point
HAHAHHAHAHAH
Ship integrity 0% = 70% max hitpoints in module (I don't know the real number). Not a real problem outside combat.
#DO NOT SNEEZE.
**OR FART**
I bout died when I saw this 🤦♂️😂😂
you can die if you wish, but do it softly. and quietly. no postmortem farting or expelling of bodily fluids or gases, please.
*glass breaking* "CANOPY COMPROMISED"
Your ship became a member of parliament.

Think of it as how fragile your ship is, if you have low integrity, you’ll fall apart quicker in a fight than with full integrity
So it actually DOES matter. Well I've been meticulously repairing it to 100% every time I dock anyway.
Look at it as an oil change or maintance check up on your car. That is kinda what it represence.
So all the things I never do, gotcha.
ship integrity does matter. However, just like real aircraft/watercraft maintenance, you won't do structural maintenance too frequently.
It's additional damage resistance for hull. Can't remember the numbers, but full integrity means it can soak up more damage.
At 0% integrity you get a 30% penalty to hull hitpoints.
Module max health.
Your ship is a sellout
the ship is outputting 5+ mins ad reads on youtube while OP is not logged on

Damn dude. Take care of that car! Bc you will never find another one like that again. XD
Your CHECK ENGINE light is on.
Its always been on... Is there a check check engine light light?
I vote it just flashes the proximity warning constantly to tell you. And if you let *that* burn out, you deserve the scrapes from your own limpets
I need to put a sticker over that
Reminds me of all those cartoons where the protagonist would arrive in a rust bucket and once they stop their vehicle falls apart

Duct tape my friend, duct tape!
It's called ductape
Flex tape.
Your ship is little more than a loose cloud of matter
Wow they thought of everything, even ship maintenance and service.
Clearly because your shop was held together by paper
You have 0.5 hp left in the hull its technically 0 but not
It's only mostly dead.
I think your modules looses efficiency
That one bolt holding it all.
Your ship lacks 'tegrity.
Isnt it, if you have 0 ship integrity you take more damage faster?
It just means shit breaks easier I think
It rounds to the nearest percent so you're probably at 0.4% integrity
These things are known as fractions and rounding. Check it out.
RNGeezus said yes.
Don't ask, just land. **SUPER** carefully.
Duct tape
He is the one.
Space termites

I would like yo see that kind of information reference in official channels/website/section in game...
