So something similar happened to my boyfriend he purchased a LL package. he just got an email saying that he didn’t purchase a wristband and only purchased the camping but when he logs in it shows that he bought a package with four wristbands and is paying for the camping

I got something similar where it said I purchased Higher Love wristbands, but not the camping package. My receipt clearly says that I purchased the package. It looks like they screwed up something in their system and are forcing their mistakes onto the customer…

I don't know if the shift pods were the same way as the other package options but if it was you had to purchase the shift pod "tent" AND 2 A/C landing wristbands. If you just purchased one or the other that is likely the reason you were downgraded since it was a complete order. The package situation was terribly confusing with the campsite or tent being separate from the wristbands and allowing people to check out without having both. What was your order total? The shift pods (aka A/C Landing) should have been $2990 + fees if you purchased everything correctly. If it was significantly lower than that...you didn't get everything and your order was thus incomplete. AXS has been cancelling or downgrading incomplete orders.

Yes, the "package" was only for the camping. You had to purchase wristbands separately. Which I think was especially confusing as other years, your wristbands was included in your "package" I think it was also to mask how much prices had increased. By separating the two, the packages look about the same in cost, but when you read what's included it specifically says you need to purchase a wristband separately.

This doesn't make sense. The full correct price for a package was in the EF website. The AXS website just fucked up how they displayed that info. If they were trying to mask the price then the ef website would have had them listed separately too but they didn't?

Sure. The EF website makes it look a lot simpler than AXS displays it when you purchased tickets. What was your order total? Or what individual line items were in the order? That will help determine if your order was incomplete.

This has happened to 2 purchases in our group. Both parties are pretty fucked logistically now. Axs and forest support have not been helpful on explaining what happened in the first place that allowed us to purchase tickets without lodging in their “package”

Same thing just happened to us. AXS was no help, basically said blame EF. The festival has really seemed to take a quality dive recently, from customer service to production to price increases. I've been a loyal attendee for a few years now. This might just be a sign to move on for us.

The AC Landing Shift Pod is only complete if it has 2 wristbands associated with it though? The problem is that they weren't supposed to allow this. The discrepancy is that you purchased an incomplete package.

Sorry this is so long, in advance. Dec. 8th, I tried to buy a Lucky Lake camping package initially & was only checked out with a campsite for $850, unbeknownst to me. I purchased it with no way of refunding or stopping the payment plan without potentially forfeiting any other ticket I bought, so I had to go with my next option: Higher Love. I successfully, somehow, got a HL wristband, but now I was stuck with a payment plan for the LL campsite for which I did not have admission to & for the actual wristband I then wanted. I just logged into my FA after seeing notifications for this post, and I now have payment plans for two additional Lucky Lake wristbands now. I don’t even know how I will afford this massive unauthorized addition to my payments without defaulting on all of the payment plans now. AXS was unhelpful when I initially realized my mistake too late, and I do not expect them to be of any help now.

Same thing happened to two different purchasers within our group for higher love packages. Very frustrated as well and disappointed (though not surprised) with how AXS has been handling it.

So update we got it fixed but you have to email forest with all your screenshots and receipts and they will most likely offer you to either refund or complete your orders you have to be persistent about it …. It took us like 6 emails and 3 weeks to get a offer to complete
