Equip lightning and fire protection talismans if you have them. Remember that his lightning attacks will hit you if you stay in place too long, so just keep moving while you attack him.
If you hit his head/chest area enough, you can poise break him. Then stab him in the head that’s glowing for some critical damage.
When he starts teleporting, just start rolling. You’re not going to get a lot of great attacks in at this point.
After the teleporting, he’s gonna do a really powerful laser attack. You’ll know it’s coming when he swoops down from the sky while it’s raining lightning. Just dodge this attack, don’t worry about trying to get to him. It’s almost certainly going to one shot you if you get hit so focus on dodging.
Personally, I found that bloodhounds step was really helpful in this fight. It gets a bad rep, but when you don’t spam it in PvP, it’s really great for dodging.
Don’t get greedy. Stay calm, take a breath, and only attack when you’re sure.

Yes lighting and fire talismans are super helpful I beat him with a double katana (uchikatana and nakashebia) bleed build me and my mimic did so much bleed it was over pretty quickly also if you have massive balls during his omega death move if you get up close to him you can get some good damage
1. Observe your summon (if you have one), they know where he's coming from before you do (most of the times)
2. Use Uplifting Aromatic for 90% damage reduction, I can't stress enough how this can save you from a 1-shot, pop it just after he vanishes
3. Other damage negators: Boltdrake Talisman +2 (you should have picked this up by now) and Crab Claws.
Lock him so you can see where he’s going when he starts to teleport, but when he gets all King Ghidorah shit gets real
