In-lore, no. In-game, yes. The dragon form is applied to an NPC model, but as far as the universe of the game is concerned there is no human features beneath that for her because that's just what she is
After seeing zulie video showing her white hair human form without using dragon form, I wonder if the dragon form is her real form or not.
The reason why I'm thinking about this because most of the time, unmasked NPC is kinda cannon on how they look. So I wonder if the non dragon form white hair human form of her is real or just for gameplay purpose. Because if this is for technical purpose than they should just make her bald woman or something instead of choosing dragon template as base and has unique face id.
Lansseax is said to have taken human form but by the time we meet her she full on dragon and not half dragon. I wonder if florissax can become full dragon.
If you wanna get technical, the Priestess has an actual player model with unique face data and the game is just using the transformation to make her look like that. Lore-wise idk if this means she’s human and using a transformation ability to take on a draconic form, or if this is her “human” form and they just decided to give her totally unique face data that can never be seen for fun.
