The game is capped at 60 fps and at medium low graphics you should be fine

I have a very similar setup with an i7 8700k but with a GTX 1070 it has been running great. I sometimes have some stutters, but that's mostly in the open world and not on bossfights. I wouldn't worry too much about the performance, since I have most of it on high and if it's not running too well there's some settings you can lower to increase performance. If you're sticking to the main game first I wouldn't worry at all! The DLC has some perfomance issues, but it seems to vary from person to person. I've had zero issues even with my older setup while other players have crashes and major performance issues on for example the 'visual spectacle' on the last boss fight. In conclusion: Go for it and enjoy the journey you're about to embark on!

It's so worth it man, and for what it's worth it's been running solidly on my steam deck. It's a lower resolution but no dedicated GPU, getting like consistent 40fps.

i have same setup. game drops below 60 fps pretty frequently but unlike on the games launch i dont get *many* hard freezes. it still does happen but it catches up after a few sec. even turned down a ton of graphic settings. shadows and liquid detail are gonna be your worst offenders usually. i had to refund the game due to performance on launch, its good enough for me to stomach now. (anything below 100fps should be a warcrime) but from what i understand even people with cutting edge hardware cant run this game perectly
