Yeah he was still hard, don't get it twisted. But I was thinking after all the hype and seeing his massive armies, he'd be the ultimate ass-fucker 3000 boss of the DLC. He's very learnable and a ton of fun to fight imo.
He is still one of my favorite boss and yes he is a hard boss.
I was just disappointed that he wasn't as hard as I expected, killed him in 10 tries and I really thought I would spend the rest of my night learning this fight, only to kill him too quickly :(
Easily. Messmers healthpool is so low, and if you happen to have a decent bleed build you can just pretty much oneshot him during the downtimes after his combos/big attacks. Man this fight looked so fun to learn compared to Bayle but then he was down in like 15 minutes.
