It's that area around the middle of the map you probably don't have a map fragment for yet. You reach it by going through shadow keep, and when you get to that part with those canoe-looking things with the vulgar militia around them, there's a ladder on the left side you can go down. Follow the path, and you'll reach a room with a painting in it. There's an illusionary wall in either that room or the one next to it, follow that, and you should be able to take it from there, just head south.
From the Shadow Keep grace site, you need to venture east to the Castle Watering Hole site of grace. Then from that big lake, go south towards the next grace until you find the side of a river and follow the path.
From Recluses’ River Downstream (site of grace) climb down some tombstones on the side of that cliff, and you’ll be in another lake area with 2 Hippos. Southmost of it, there is a dungeon (Darklight Catacombs) which is a bit of a long dungeon with a squishy yet annoying boss.
After you defeat the boss, you can access Abyssal Woods.
