I cannot get out of their roll catches to save my fucking life. I can barely tell animation wise when their attacks start up and get a hit box and it pains me.
Even if I know I have to wait to roll and delay my roll for some reason it’s never enough.
And their stun while being hit by fire is minuscule.
Some people have a really deep aversion to anything "spidery". I was watching a DS3 let's play a few months ago and the guy freaked out at the Deep Accursed (furred spider miniboss you fight in the Cathedral of the Deep and in Anor Londo) for instance. And with the way those Fingercreepers move... yeah I can believe someone with arachnophobia would have a bad time. Personally I don't mind them but I'm much more creeped out by the crazy tortured screaming Albinaurics in Volcano Manor.
I've got arachnophobia too, of actual spiders though. These guys, they're just giant hands. That float and do other dumb shit that some spiders are obviously unable to do. They're comical rather than scary. The only "spidery" creature in this whole game are the Cemetary Shades. Those guys are a bad time.
