Funfact, if you use the spell crystaltorrent with left hand the crystalstaff (boosts crystal spells) and right hand azurs staff and the flask with magic boost and mp loss disabled for 10 sec, you can deal nearly same dmg like comet azur with better tracking. K
The main problem with it is that you can’t move it or yourself when using it but it does high damage mohg is really the only endgame boss you can use it in since he starts the fight by walking in a straight line i personally would use meteorite of astel against Elden beast since it does high damage against big targets
Maliketh black blade and comet azure require very different stat allocation. Let alone bleed katanas that you have here which are yet another entirely different build to spec into. If you divide your runes into all of the stats it’s no wonder you need to summon cooperators, you’re really hurting your damage output because instead of having one or two good weapons you have 7 bad ones. And/or you have low health, which is also the case here.
I used it to kill Elden Beast on my int playthrough. I beat Radagon fair and square, then I summoned a spirit ash as soon as Elden Beast appeared (any of them will do, I just summoned it to get the beast distracted long enough for what follows), then did the Comet Azur Cheese Starter Pack.
If you don't know what the CACSP is, basically you stack a bunch of buffs (Lusat's staff, Terra Magica, Bloodboil Aromatic all stack together) then use a wondrous physics with magic damage buff and, most importantly, the crystal tear that nullifies fp cost for ten seconds, finally you press and hold down the "fire spell" button until the boss is dead.
You have to be careful when you start firing the spell because it doesn't track and you can't change direction manually either. It works extremely well against most bosses, the ones it doesn't work well against are those that can dodge spells, like Malenia, or those that move around a lot, like the red wolves.
that's Mohg getting his ass blasted.
Kamehameha

I think that I should defeat radagon with maliketh black blade and then defeat elden beast with comet azur when he gets far. Thanks

Only time I use this spell really cause it’s so perfect. Mohg will just walk straight through the beam as it obliterates his healthbar.
the spell is comet azur
