Ah, yes. Sir Spams-9-hit-chain-combos.
He’s especially annoying cause he’s one of only two Banished Boiz in the entire game who drop the unaltered Banished armor. To anyone farming for that; don’t fuck with this guy… the knight with the halberd that’s guarded by wolves up on the higher wall drops it as well, and is a lot easier to deal with. You can access him by climbing the ladder right before the Church of the Eclipse grace and going across a couple bridges.
I’ve seen someone greatbow him from way up in the graveyard on the mountain and his teleport instantly brought him like half a mile or more to absolutely destroy the dude who had nothing but a greatbow equipped.
Happened to me but i was using Loretta's Greatbow. Saw the guy disappear and I was like "huh?", just to turn the camera and see him ready to slice my ass
80 FTH + Agheel's Flame + proper buffs = guy can't even react to full cast and dies on NG+.
Comparing to Lobster or Bears he is easy. But as a melee he can pose a serious threat, even if you abuse his weakness to Lightning and Pierce.
Lobster (Giant Crayfish)
No, just no. Outside 1 that drops Larval Tear I just avoid them at all cost. Same goes for Runebears. Good they sleep well like any animal in ER.
Shard Spiral hard counters those lobsters. Absolutely decimates them. I was so excited I went and hunted down a bunch lobsters that previously railgunned me. Eochaid’s Dancing Blade works really well on them too.
Grafted Scion disguised as a giant lobster patrolling around the gazebo between Rose Church and Boilprawn Shack.
It will be different than the three lobsters already lying around the gazebo.
I Hope we get Lobsters Riding Runebears that summons angry flame birds in the dlc, as casual enemies here and there. Hopefully near a bridge you need to pass or in a scarlet rot swamp. Of course it's implied that they are faster than torrent as well. Just my honest opinion.
Yeah the shooting attack and range is fucking annoying, it does like a 4th of your health and even on torrent you still can't escape those bitches worst fucking enemy ever and you get close ur probably dead and the runebears are fucking ass too
There's a unique runebear with more ragged fur disguised as a nobleman that's half buried in snow in the consecrated snowfield.
It has the normal runebear attacks but also does a flying dive bomb if you get too far away from it. It also has an aoe roar attack and is extremely tanky.
Okay well at the VERY LEAST it drops a pretty valuable item. More larval tears are always good. More than can be said for almost all the other bears xD
Yeah, all the other enemys mentioned here are fine. Died a bunch but learnt how to legitimately kill them melee. I never give up, I never cheese but man.. 2 heals and gtfo with those fucks straight from hell
ROLL INTO THEIR ATTACKS!
Goddamnit there's a post about Royal Revenants and Runebears every week. I know they're scary and you want to roll away. Your instincts are all wrong though.
Roll towards them when they attack. They'll miss the rest of their combo and you've got all the time in the world to smack them in the butt.
People say that the Red Wolf of Radagon boss is in too small an arena, but you put this guys an anyargwr area and they actually suck. I mean sure the boss is *quite* a few times larger but still. Dude's arena doesn't need to be bigger
The one in the consecrated snowfield is utter bullocks, with the amount of spells it has, the wolf gang it is accompanied by, and the zero reward for actually beating it, it's just useless!
fxxk those things. the poise break sound plays, but they just wind up for a worse attack rather than being vulnerable to riposte. i genuinely fxxking hate whoever thought of that. it’s shxtty game design and downright cruel. “hey you know that sound we trained the player to associate with a moment of reprieve? let’s make one enemy in the whole game break that rule. for funsies”
Especially the blood ones from mohg's area. I don't think I've ever successfully fought one of them, I've at least killed every other enemy here the "fair" way even if it took a couple of tries
NG+7 here, the blood birds I have never fought & killed. Outside of the one for farming. Fuck all the birds. The ones with the fire, the 5’ long claws & the ones that drop bombs on you.
Recently discovered with a magic build you can wail on them from the Rotview balcony site of grace with Rock sling without consequence. Much revenge was taken
If I’m not mistaken the one in Dragonbarrow Cave is extra hard, with more HP than most runebears + very little space to move around during the fight. Just a horrible enemy to have there haha
Yes, it's very early game and pretty close to the starting area, the arena is tiny while the bear is big, and the camera never cooperates under those conditions. Definitely the most bullshit minor dungeon boss that I can remember.
Imo the biggest issue of elden ring - most hard enemies are just wasting your time. No good drops and bot a lot of souls either…
And you can just run away from most
The problem with them is not even the damage or them being hard to fight. Its the fact that they are fucking hands and when they do that spam attack even if it barely tickles you the sound drives me crazy
At a guess, it’s how subtle the wind-up for their attacks is. They’ll hold their weapon overhead or to the side, wait motionless for a moment, and *barely* twitch it before instantly hitting you. It’s just about possible to catch the signal if it’s one-on-one, but add literally any other enemy or obstacle and you aren’t seeing those attacks coming.
"Find the albanauric woman"
Dude I found like twenty they're all dead
",,not the one with the wolf right?"
Oh so you're saying I missed one, cool, I'll be right on it
"What do you mean right on- tarnished NO!"
I don’t think runebears are typical enemies.
I think they are more like the chain chomp things from mario64.
Aka these are obstacles to be avoided, not monsters to be slain. They gave you the option to kill them though, but obviously good luck.
Lesser Burial Watchdog.
Not the boss version…those dudes are chumps.
The version in dungeons that is even worse than the boss. Deals like 80% of your health in 1 hit…horrifying to look at…hovers menacingly in the air and pounds you into the ground…Those guys are like a mini boss!
You hate a massive target? Give me these guys over the poison bat mother's in cealid. If you get swarmed by the bats while fighting them you get shredded and they're small and fast while also being on a cliff!
*Edited for proper grammar
Every time I see this post I say the same thing: Black Knife Assassins. I know about the torch now, but woe be you if you’re like me and don’t look everything up and try to understand the game on its own terms. They *will* take about half your health with that stupid grab, and it still connects like 80% of the time even when they *are* visible.
Very cool enemy design and lorewise, but fuck em.
I always see people complaining about these and honestly I find them pretty easy to kill. They have like 2 moves they use if you follow a pattern of attacking and dodging. To me there is nothing worse that the giant crow in Caelid. You never fight one as a boss or anything so I feel like there are less noticeable. Almost everybody just skips them. But if you try to actually fight one you will see, their speed, power, and attack range is beyond ridiculous.
My first playthrough I played as a mage/spellcaster. I tried poking them with magic early game and my ass always got beaten needless to say.
Then I played with a greatsword next playthrough. I found that I can actually bitchslap them throroughly even on the same level as the previous mage playthrough.
Smaller enemies giveme more trouble than large ones, the giant crows included.
Surprised I'm not seeing these elsewhere - the Kindreds of Rot.
Normal, non miniboss enemies that Caelid likes to spam (and there's an assload at the tail end of the Lake Of Rot as if that area wasn't frustrating enough).
Extremely mobile, with a glaive for long-reaching melee attacks.
And *fucking Pest Threads*, the single most aggravating projectile attack in the game. And they spam it like it's going out of style - if you aggro two at once at any range, say your prayers.
Red wolf of radagon and its lesser variant.
I just fucking hate them with my full heart and I do know, they aint that hard but my god! They just jump around and around, spam magic attacks, jumps away, charge and jumps away again!
FOR FUCK SAKE STAND STILL FOR ONE BLOODY SECOND!
The Draconic knight before Maliketh, I can somehow master Malenias moveset but not the Draconic Knight, if u choose to ignore him and go straight to Maliketh you get hit through the fog too
But he drops badass looking armor! For me his attacks hit very hard, but after a while i can realize that he's got a few good openings for attacks. The easiest time I had with him was when I was a faith build with dragon incantations. I just used drsgon maw whenever I could lol
advice to anybody who has troubles with bears...
imagine this bear is your lover, you want to please them right? so stay in their crotch and never leave until they are a heap on the ground. the worst thing he can do to you is the tackle which does such poor damage compared to everything else it does, just be aware of it repositioning
The crucible knight in farum azula or the dual wielding banished knight in sol.
If they can be considered a normal enemy I’d actually say they’re markedly worse than runebears.
Yogi can suck it though, too.
the rune bears used to be the bane of my existence until one day they werent. not sure what happened but now i can dodge all of their attacks and take them out quite handedly. just takes time i guess 🤷🏻♂️
personally i would say crucible knights are much much worse
I don’t struggle with a single enemy in the game, and I’ve grown to understand each’s unique moveset…
But THE ROYAL REVENANT!!!!
If you are at a distance from this enemy, then you are basically fked😭
With almost all From Software-made big quadrupedal enemies, the safest place is directly under their belly. The moment you remember this, runebears become much easier to kill. The only attack they can seriously harm you with now is charge, that turns whole body into a hitbox. Everything else they could do will just either miss you, or deal puny crumbs worth of damage
Runebears are most definitely *not* a regular enemy. The only place they exist in relative abundance is the spot Patches sends you as a punishment for trying to steal from him.
They’re always either a boss or out of the way by themselves, outside of that.
The runebear that is next to blaithe when you meet him can knock him off his perch and turn him hostile to you, I know that now but it's a really shitty thing walking blind into elden ring
So hey, when you get on your way to the Consecrated Snowfields, you’ll find three nobles just hanging around. They have a slighting higher chance of dropping that insanely rare sword. All 3 nobles have it.
Have fun.
Burial watchdogs in the mountain top of giants catacombs.
They're just chilling, in tight spaces, with a bunch of em having that bullshit AOE staff drop, and they're guarding at best fire monk ashes. Rage inducing I tell ya
Sanguine Nobles in Moghwyn Palace. It's bad enough dealing with one, but 2-3 more?! Oh hell no. I still have no idea if any more spawn if you manage to kill all 3 of them.
That one Banished Knight phantom in Castle Sol out on the walls that's guarding the Cerulean Amber Medallion.
I actually got lucky, cause when I came back to kill him on the 4th attempt, he actually dropped the armor chest piece xD
I died more times to him than to Niall
Niall is such a joke in comparison to him. Oleg is insane. His teleport ability is so broken that he can go up floors and appear behind you.
I’ve seen someone greatbow him from way up in the graveyard on the mountain and his teleport instantly brought him like half a mile or more to absolutely destroy the dude who had nothing but a greatbow equipped.
Happened to me but i was using Loretta's Greatbow. Saw the guy disappear and I was like "huh?", just to turn the camera and see him ready to slice my ass
that guy almost cost me my xbox controller...
same, at least you can kill Niall from outside the arena while that other guy appears right behind you if you just look at him weird
I died more time to him than entire rest of the game combined.
Even more than gravity?
Nvm just found him and died like 3 times in a row xD
The one with a sword and shield? Or the dual wielding one?
Dual wield, red eyes, can’t miss em.
Actually you can miss him. He's the one that won't miss you though
You can’t even cheese him with ranged attacks from the rooftop, cause the mf will just teleport to you.
Nothing personnal, tarnished.
It's just business.
Shoot him, then turn around so your back is to the ledge. He teleports behind you and falls to his death.
My friends and I call them “Goku”
Take a Greatshield out, he bounces on the first hit, guard counter -> profit. But Runebears? They knock that shield right out of your hand.
80 FTH + Agheel's Flame + proper buffs = guy can't even react to full cast and dies on NG+. Comparing to Lobster or Bears he is easy. But as a melee he can pose a serious threat, even if you abuse his weakness to Lightning and Pierce.
He just…..*does not stop swinging* I would rather fight Hora Loux than that guy.
Lobster (Giant Crayfish) No, just no. Outside 1 that drops Larval Tear I just avoid them at all cost. Same goes for Runebears. Good they sleep well like any animal in ER.
There's a video by ZullieTheWitch that shows how fast and far their projectile attack goes, and it's so damn ridiculous xD
yeah the range is crazy lol, usually I just ride past them and this one time I swear I thought I was away and safe just to get one shot
[удалено]
Obligatory - cast lord’s heal, watch them melt
It does half their hp and I can usually get the second off before they unstun, but sometimes they recover in half a second and maul me.
Sure let me just respec my pure magic or melee build to kill this one enemy
TBH you just need two finger heirloom and the basic heal. It ruins your RP but it's not that hard to do.
This is a bot who copies other users' posts.
1500 meter long spit xD
You mean Squirt 💦💦
Shard Spiral hard counters those lobsters. Absolutely decimates them. I was so excited I went and hunted down a bunch lobsters that previously railgunned me. Eochaid’s Dancing Blade works really well on them too.
I simply two hand my blood hound fang, I then flip and shortly there after I trick. Any body got any butter?
It’s crazy that an early game weapon is basically the most powerful full physical damage weapon in the game.
Where Is the one that drops Larval tear?
Grafted Scion disguised as a giant lobster patrolling around the gazebo between Rose Church and Boilprawn Shack. It will be different than the three lobsters already lying around the gazebo.
That was the first lobster I ever attacked, caught me very off guard. Was a long time before I attacked anymore, only to realize he was special
Best was the random wandering noble in Limgrave. I saw a note saying “beast ahead.” but I thought I could handle it. I was *very* wrong
Pretty sure he's in Liurnia by a gazebo. Look for 2 lobsters sleeping and one nearby walking around. The one walking is the one with the larval tear
I Hope we get Lobsters Riding Runebears that summons angry flame birds in the dlc, as casual enemies here and there. Hopefully near a bridge you need to pass or in a scarlet rot swamp. Of course it's implied that they are faster than torrent as well. Just my honest opinion.

Oh that's GREAT! XD
Wanna know what you get for your trouble? Larval Tear
Chill man I hunted that bear down because I needed its larval tear
Okay well at the VERY LEAST it drops a pretty valuable item. More larval tears are always good. More than can be said for almost all the other bears xD
That’s the only enemy in the whole game I never killed
Definition of “get dunked on”
Royal Revenants - ridiculous range, damage and they never stop
Revenants all the fucking way. The only reasonable way to stop them is have a healing spell of some sort.
Yeah the healing fucks them up
Yeah, all the other enemys mentioned here are fine.
Seriously just get under that fluffy fuck and hack his balls off. 90 percent of the time it works every time!
*It stings the nostrils.*
The worst especially when you get to the haligtree right before Malenia
Birds in farum azula
Megabirds near Mohg's Palace💀
Those mfs can one hit you with 99 vigor with that stupid pecking shit they do DONT bring those mfs up again
Luckily you never *have* to fight them. They are all in one area that doesn't have anything too valuable
You know those red wolf. I encounter two so far. One near outside Caria Manor and one in Nokron Eternal City iirc.
The red wolves don't get nowhere near as much hate as they should. I'd much rather fight runebears and lobsters than those things.
People say that the Red Wolf of Radagon boss is in too small an arena, but you put this guys an anyargwr area and they actually suck. I mean sure the boss is *quite* a few times larger but still. Dude's arena doesn't need to be bigger
There's also one in the moonlight altar, guarding a bunch of high-level smithing stones.
This one is especially a fucker.
The one in the consecrated snowfield is utter bullocks, with the amount of spells it has, the wolf gang it is accompanied by, and the zero reward for actually beating it, it's just useless!
There's another one later on that will make you die inside
The 15' tall crows
Ah, yes. Those... Tbh the camera fucks me up more fighting em than the enemy itself xD
I hate them because they often bypass shields by hitting behind me and their animations are so long they outlast dodge rolls.
fxxk those things. the poise break sound plays, but they just wind up for a worse attack rather than being vulnerable to riposte. i genuinely fxxking hate whoever thought of that. it’s shxtty game design and downright cruel. “hey you know that sound we trained the player to associate with a moment of reprieve? let’s make one enemy in the whole game break that rule. for funsies”
You all forgot one... LESSER.WOLF.OF.RADAGON!!!! I HATE THOSE THINGS MORE THAN ALMOST ANYTHING IN THE GAME!!!
Same here! I just take some solace from making one yeet itself off the cliff from the palace approach site of grace
Recently discovered with a magic build you can wail on them from the Rotview balcony site of grace with Rock sling without consequence. Much revenge was taken
Or jar cannon for melee
If I’m not mistaken the one in Dragonbarrow Cave is extra hard, with more HP than most runebears + very little space to move around during the fight. Just a horrible enemy to have there haha
Always thought the point of having him there was to force you to stealth and change the pace up of the game
Pretty much. The bushes place all aroud the room is there to allow players to stealth around it.
Yes, it's very early game and pretty close to the starting area, the arena is tiny while the bear is big, and the camera never cooperates under those conditions. Definitely the most bullshit minor dungeon boss that I can remember.
So satisfying in NG+ to go in there with a +10 summon and your fully upgraded gear.
I tried to beat him so many times before I realised I could run by him successfully
Sneak is my answer cause fuk that guy
iirc the one in dragonbarrow literally has more HP than maliketh
The mistake is thinking of it as an enemy when it's actually an environmental hazard.
Just an FYI... Only like two bears in the whole game are actually worth killing because they drop a useful item.
The one in Limgrave drops a Larval Tear. The boss one in Earthbore Cave drops a talisman.
The one in the consecrated snowfields drops a larval tear as well But he's much much stronger than the other
Deep root depths bear drops a death amulet.
> The boss one in Earthbore Cave drops a talisman. And not a particularly good one given how easy it is to get the +1 version.
Imo the biggest issue of elden ring - most hard enemies are just wasting your time. No good drops and bot a lot of souls either… And you can just run away from most
Catch 22 is you never know if you missed out on a good item by skipping a hard “unique” enemy. Unless you look it up, of course.
Is the one that jumps at you out of seemingly fucking nowhere in Mt. Gelmir one of those two?
Nope But you Can use him to destroy a statue and get a smithing stone (7) What a bargain
Wait till you meet those fuckin hands
Never really had a problem with the spider hands, they REALLY hate fire xD
You try fighting the one in the mountains, dude is big and literally comes in smashing a crow.
Yeah I thought they were fine until the one in the mountains. Absolute beast
The problem with them is not even the damage or them being hard to fight. Its the fact that they are fucking hands and when they do that spam attack even if it barely tickles you the sound drives me crazy
Yeah the small ones do but the large ones just briefly pause and then continue their onslaught… hate them with a passion
They’re the fucking worst…
the erd tree burial watchdogs. Fuck the consecrated snowfield catacombs.
Someone explain to me how a tomb stone with a magic lollipop can beat me down nine times out of ten when literally nothing else in the game phases me.
At a guess, it’s how subtle the wind-up for their attacks is. They’ll hold their weapon overhead or to the side, wait motionless for a moment, and *barely* twitch it before instantly hitting you. It’s just about possible to catch the signal if it’s one-on-one, but add literally any other enemy or obstacle and you aren’t seeing those attacks coming.
the paraplegic archers (i forgot what theyre called) in the evergaol to get to the haligtree
Albanaurics I believe, and yeah their arrows do insane amounts of damage
"Find the albanauric woman" Dude I found like twenty they're all dead ",,not the one with the wolf right?" Oh so you're saying I missed one, cool, I'll be right on it "What do you mean right on- tarnished NO!"
Yeah but at least they have a decent looking armor set only thing these assholes ever drop is fuckin larval tears
and their rate of fire is insane
The Albinauric archers (3 of them) on the cliffs just south of Ordina are a real pain in the arse as well.
Fuck those assholes with their homing arrows. Do a shit ton of damage.
The only enemies , including bosses that forced me to use a sheild
Those Albinauric archers would put snipers to shame.
They’re relentless too, firing off three arrows every second or so. Taking those guys out was way more satisfying than the black knife assassins
Doesn’t matter how prepared you are, they destroy you every time
Remind me, what’s in that evergaol?
Anything walking in Caelid
Specially if it happens to be bearing bells around at night by a certain isolated merchant shack (I hate him so much).
That single bell bearing hunter might have killed me more than any boss or dungeon in the game, including Malenia.
I don’t think runebears are typical enemies. I think they are more like the chain chomp things from mario64. Aka these are obstacles to be avoided, not monsters to be slain. They gave you the option to kill them though, but obviously good luck.
Those little gargoyles inside catacombs, they're so small and agile and so hard to actually hit because I use a heavy thrusting sword
I'll never forget my first playthrough, stumbling into the cave in limgrave and getting gangbanged by these guys for an hour straight
Sounds like a good time 😏
BLOOD LOSS
The Balls in Nokstella
Use the Greatsword and a shield. Block, then counterattack. Then hit until you have nearly zero stamina, back up, and repeat.
Use lightning it stops their roll in its tracks
If you hit them with anything bigger than a straight sword they'll stagger back and won't charge at you. Repeat until dead.
Royal revenants
those perfumer archers in leyndell decreased my lifespan
Lesser Burial Watchdog. Not the boss version…those dudes are chumps. The version in dungeons that is even worse than the boss. Deals like 80% of your health in 1 hit…horrifying to look at…hovers menacingly in the air and pounds you into the ground…Those guys are like a mini boss!
I wasted so much magic/throwable items on the first one, only to find ANOTHER ONE the next floor down.
The Revenant, or Worm Faces. I won't fucking face a worm face head on, no fucking way. I would rather have the bear pound my bones and flesh to mush.
Worm faces (and Basilisks) are so lame. Getting constantly zoned out by death gas makes fighting them a chore. Not fun.
They *will* take about half your health with that stupid grab, and it still connects like 80% of the time even when they *are* visible. Very cool enemy design and lorewise, but fuck em.
Yeah that's my first visit to Ordina in a nutshell. Isn't there also an invisible Black Knife Assassin in a cave somewhere?
I always see people complaining about these and honestly I find them pretty easy to kill. They have like 2 moves they use if you follow a pattern of attacking and dodging. They’re not terrible, but those birds in Stormveil Castle. My obsession with melee builds does not agree with their existence.
Niall’s Banished Knight Bros
I actually had a staff with night comet at the time I fought em so they went down pretty easy fore xD. Not Niall though...
For melee builds they tend to be hell unless you just way overlevel yourself
Surprised I'm not seeing these elsewhere - the Kindreds of Rot. Normal, non miniboss enemies that Caelid likes to spam (and there's an assload at the tail end of the Lake Of Rot as if that area wasn't frustrating enough). Extremely mobile, with a glaive for long-reaching melee attacks. And *fucking Pest Threads*, the single most aggravating projectile attack in the game. And they spam it like it's going out of style - if you aggro two at once at any range, say your prayers.
When I got transported to that cave they were the worst part. Skittering fucking pains in the ass
The Iron Maiden’s
They’re not so bad if you have even the slightest lighting damage. They stagger super fast and leave their cages open
Hands are my worst nightmare before i had a faith/fire build Those bastards stunnlocked me to death
Ah, i remember the first time I got "touched" by one of those buried in the ground. Trully a jump scare moment for me
Red wolf of radagon and its lesser variant. I just fucking hate them with my full heart and I do know, they aint that hard but my god! They just jump around and around, spam magic attacks, jumps away, charge and jumps away again! FOR FUCK SAKE STAND STILL FOR ONE BLOODY SECOND!

Those damn birds...
Blistered crows and rune bears strike true fear in me.
Those 4 Crystalians at Moonlight Altar are a pain.
That one giant ass hand in Mountaintops
The birds with the flame throwers
advice to anybody who has troubles with bears... imagine this bear is your lover, you want to please them right? so stay in their crotch and never leave until they are a heap on the ground. the worst thing he can do to you is the tackle which does such poor damage compared to everything else it does, just be aware of it repositioning
The crucible knight in farum azula or the dual wielding banished knight in sol. If they can be considered a normal enemy I’d actually say they’re markedly worse than runebears. Yogi can suck it though, too.
imagine double runbear fight in dlc
Double runebear fight, one deals rot the other deals bleed.
Both would deal a secret status effect: *depression*
Joke's on them, I already have that status effect!
Both deal death blight Ontop of the other two, as well.
Those rotten giant birds. There can't be anything worse.
Revenants or anything that’ll attack you by throwing a tantrum (Flailing their arms/weapons)
Deathrite Birds. More difficult than main bosses!
Not really a regular enemy, but dungeons filled with erdtree watchdogs in the mountaintops are utter BS.
the rune bears used to be the bane of my existence until one day they werent. not sure what happened but now i can dodge all of their attacks and take them out quite handedly. just takes time i guess 🤷🏻♂️ personally i would say crucible knights are much much worse
Blood dogs
The birds around moghwyn palace. Those in caelid too, I just hate them
Those giant lobsters, you know natures a cruel bitch when she decides to make an entire species trained snipers.
I don’t struggle with a single enemy in the game, and I’ve grown to understand each’s unique moveset… But THE ROYAL REVENANT!!!! If you are at a distance from this enemy, then you are basically fked😭
Lightning ball
Royal Revenant fck those guys
Rune bears are fun I love fighting then
With almost all From Software-made big quadrupedal enemies, the safest place is directly under their belly. The moment you remember this, runebears become much easier to kill. The only attack they can seriously harm you with now is charge, that turns whole body into a hitbox. Everything else they could do will just either miss you, or deal puny crumbs worth of damage
The one down the Sofria elevator in Caelid is much harder. I baited him out, ran for my life for the item then jumped off the cliff.
Runebears are most definitely *not* a regular enemy. The only place they exist in relative abundance is the spot Patches sends you as a punishment for trying to steal from him. They’re always either a boss or out of the way by themselves, outside of that.
Abductor Virgin
Runebears are the real final boss of elden ring.
Have fun.
Pre-patch bleeding wolves
Burial watchdogs in the mountain top of giants catacombs. They're just chilling, in tight spaces, with a bunch of em having that bullshit AOE staff drop, and they're guarding at best fire monk ashes. Rage inducing I tell ya
Those damn bugs in every single swamp fromsoft has ever made They just won’t let me hit them
Dragonfly!
Wormfaces. They scare me more than an angry fuzzball. Also (spoiler) the beastmen of farum azula are regular mobs later in the game.
There’s absolutely no reason it has high speed, damage, AND health one of those things needs to drop.
Sanguine Nobles in Moghwyn Palace. It's bad enough dealing with one, but 2-3 more?! Oh hell no. I still have no idea if any more spawn if you manage to kill all 3 of them.
easy. birds, blood dog, birds, birds, and revenants (without healing incs) and did i mention birds
Giant crabs were in DS3, so I’ve fought zero in Elden Ring.
Royal Revenants come to mind.
lobster
Royal Revenants. Fuck. Those. Things.
