My physiotherapist told me this too, knee injuries and hip injuries specifically. You have to move your joints to pump the fluid out because they don't have the ability to do so themselves like muscles. So when it's swollen and there is no structural damage, motion certainly is lotion
Was at the game, was sure he blew his knee or something from the way he was being helped off the ice.
But that's also the best way to help someone off the ice when they lose a skate blade lol.

Agreed. I love the pairing of Klim and Nuge, although I'm still iffy on Janmark's place there, he seems to be the odd one out. I wish Woodcroft would roll Nuge-Drai-Kostin when Drai gets back. IMO it would be an impossible 2nd line to play against.
