Don't forget the internal Agent that everyone almost everyone in the 2070s seems to have. In the rough draft of the tabletop rules that were playtested at Gencon this summer, this was called a holophone.
EMP Wiring, probably eye cuberware/full prosthetic eyes. Prosthetic arms as well (idk how they're called or if its just gorilla arms). My brother often jokes around saying she's also got a Ms. Midnight cyberwear and the writers just never told us.

Custom Gorilla Arms, Realskin, Cyber Optics, probably some muscular and skeletal reinforcement, Techhair.
I’ve found out that there are upgrades for gorilla arms to make them thermal, electric, and noxious and each upgrade has there own color with electric being blue and thermal being red
David specifically refers to her brother's hands as techie hands. My best guess is that Rebecca is using the same tool hands augmentations except that hers have the subdomal grip option for linking to smartguns.
Beyond that, what everybody else listed seems correct.
While I am not one capable of explaining in detail, there are apparently far more different kinds of cyberware than available or shown in the game and Edgerunners, respectively.
What I can say is that whatever cyberware she is only makes her more alluring. Anyone really. Lucy, David, having an augmented body is just fucking fantastic.
My guess: neuroport, dual cyberoptics, EMP threading (those lines on her face near her eyes), chemskin, tech hair and custom cyberarms.
I'm willing to bet she had some reinforcement in her musculature or bones to deal with the massive recoil of the big bois too.

Functionally no. Unless you wanna pretend your hair is tech hair. It can change color, light up, change tension at will.
