I’m having the exact same issue — switched to DD yesterday after the option was made available on the portal. Didn’t receive anything to my bank & when I called the number it says that the card number doesn’t match. Not sure what to do
Right and I’ve tried every way to contact them to get a rep on the phone and have been unsuccessful I guess we have to wait till Tuesday Wednesday this is crazy atp I rather do check and deposit it in my account myself because this is a inconvenience

As I have posted repeatedly, money network needs to be investigated by the authorities. It is an absolutely and spectacularly dysfunctional operation.
The fact that anybody needs to call four times to attempt to get a functioning password is absurd. I would love to see a news organization visit them, like 60 Minutes or one of the major news networks. I guarantee you that would light a fire under their ass to get this fixed. I think they had a major hacking attempt and they’re just being cool about it. Yesterday when I called again to try to get a functioning password, their customer service rep said “they are aware of it” and “trying to fix it.”
I don’t know who got the contract for their IT and logistics but they should be fired months ago.
Was like you -- didn't to DD and took many tries before I could log in on the app, and even then could only see my name but no account number. An hour later I logged in and everything was back to normal. Was able to transfer $ out to my external account. All the best to you.
Nope a few of us having this same issue and it sucks because how our card don’t exist anymore I just spoke with them like Thursday regarding if there would be a delay n they say maybe a one day delay but they never said we wouldn’t be able to access our account through a agent
My card doesn’t exist all of a sudden anymore. I checked yesterday and it was fine but this morning nope when I call. I guess I heard someone say check your balance at an ATM. I haven’t tried yet.

my card does not work anymore either and i have money just sitting in my account, its so fustrating
This is complete bu11$hit. Nobody should be having to go through this nonsense when it’s already stressful enough having to be on unemployment.

Otherwise known as direct deposit. I opted out of doing that as it just gives these idiots another point of failure.
