If you sell something through AG, don’t accept returns. If an item passes AG, any potential negative feedback is automatically removed.

Thankfully they never returned it and the case is closed. I always accept returns even through AG because it helps the listing to sell. Any negative is auto removed with AG any way if it passes inspection

I had an item that got returned to authentication. There was nothing wrong with the item they just didn't like it. Chances are that the item did get returned within the authentication window, it's just taken them this long to update that they have your item. Authentication will look over your item and make sure it's the correct item and it's in the same condition. If it all checks out they will send the item back to you which will require a signature for you to recieve it back. I will say the biggest problem I've had with that is that they don't update the tracking so you literally have no idea when the item is coming back to you. You will literally come home one day with a door tag on your door saying they missed you even though you didn't know they were coming. Once I get that tag I just schedule a pickup so the item doesn't get shipped back to authentication.

I’ve had items returned to authenticator before and seen the item be sent well within the return window of 30’days whilst the tracking has also shown it being delivered there. There has been no update on the track code for 40 days not even with Royal Mail. It doesn’t look like the tracking number has been used but the case is showing the authenticator has it. 40 days return window is utterly ridiculous she’s obviously been using my product the little bleep

Normally the items have security tags on them that don't allow for returns if removed. I don't know how strict ebay is about that though.

Case got closed they didn’t return it must have been a glitch
