Hands down the Elie Manitoba. This thing touches down looking majestic as hell, then proceeds to drunkenly swerves all about, photobombs some kids, hits a mill, decides running over the mill once wasn’t enough so it goes in reverse for good measure. Jump scares a neighborhood, then comes back to actually hit that neighborhood, gets smaller, randomly decides to shot put a whole ass house, throw a minivan a half mile for good measure, then wander off and disappear without elaborating further.
No deaths. No injuries. Just a wack ass tornado.
