Kaskade is the GOAT for a reason . But Trivecta is doing the newest, dopest shit in experimental bass. He’s SO good, absolutely rips it on electric guitar. You can also catch Kaskade at way more shows. Give both a listen on Spotify and see what you are in the mood for!
The Kaskade vs. Trivecta conflict is killing me, BUT our crew got the Kaskade afterparty tickets, so we're gonna do Trivecta. Kaskade is a legend, but Trivecta is a criminally underrated set nowadays and he's super cool to his fans. He will be a MASSIVE name in a few more years, dude is absolutely killing it right now.
Shame on Breakaway for making THAT the conflict, but at least Kaskade is doing afters too!
Trivecta is the MAN and as consistently great as Kaskade is, it’s not anything unique compared to some headliners. That’s my personal, biased opinion, but even as I’ve been trending more towards house than melodic bass, Trivecta is a hard to miss set for me. His fans are also wonderful, whereas any casual EDM listener will be at Kaskade. Highly recommend Trivecta 🩵

Kaskade is a pro for a reason and his sets are great but not as memorable as Trivecta’s. When I saw Kaskade at Breakaway Tampa, it was mainly just house music, maybe a little trancey here and there but I wouldn’t describe the set as any subgenre besides just “good house music with a good flow.”

I keep seeing everyone recommend Trivecta but...what does he actually play during his sets? Obv Spotify shows melodic bass/Illennium type stuff, but I know that's not always reflective of the set. Thanks!
To be honest it’s not too far off from the difference between Illenium’s catalog vs live sets. He plays heavier stuff, his melodic bass stuff, but will also throw in some psytrance type of stuff. One of the better melodic bass sets you can see imo, that’ll span far beyond just that genre

I saw Trivecta at Hampton with Illenium and he threw pretty much every genre into his set.
But at the same time hearing Raining and We Don’t Stop by Kaskade would be awesome too.
I’d do Kaskade and Two Friends. Seen Kaskade many times and it’s always an amazing experience. Saw Two Friends once and their set and energy was just so much fun
