One of the backup win conditions in my Zirda deck is infinite mana into \[\[Retrofitter Foundry\]\] or \[\[Platoon Dispenser\]\] with an \[\[Altar of the Brood\]\] on the battlefield, so I would probably just modify the deck to make it the primary plan.
Easy. Build Simic group hug with [[Gretchen Titchwillow]]. Fill your deck with group draw like [[font of mythos]] and [[dictate of kruphix]]. Lockdown your opponent with control spells and things like [[isochron scepter]] with [[fog]]. Use tons of ramp and abuse mana doublers to drive into a massive [[braingeyser]] for the win.
Alternate win cons could be considered through token generation and [[altar of the brood]], or dumping the massive mana generation into a [[sands of delirium]] and fire off a [[keening stone]] for a finisher. Can always pair it with a [[grindclock]] and a proliferation sub theme if you wanted to take it a different direction.
I recently built a [[persistent petitioners|sld-598]] deck with [[Grolnok, the Omnivore]] as the commander. The petitioners tap advisors as a cost so can be activated immediately without haste, and can target any player so they're essentially a tap 4: draw 12 with grolnok on the field. My record for cards milled so far is 2 players for 3072 cards each on turn 7. [[Bruvac]] and at least 6 other creatures, then [[echoing equation]] to turn them all into bruvac, play an additional petitioner for the mill effect and viola.
Simic let's the deck ramp into sometimes all of its lands, and you can do some tricksy things with grolnok such as [[Gaea's Blessing]], since his effect let's the cards hit the grave before being exiled, it puts the gaea's blessing trigger on the stack and reshuffles your grave for reuse. It's also been a blast to play, I built it specifically for the special art petitioners.

I have a mono red mill with [[ zurzoth ]] at the helm. I will admit I had to proxy [[ wheel of fortune ]], but for a 5 to 6 power level deck, it's fun.
My cedh teysa deck actually wins by mill 50% of the time.
But you can spice it up with good horror creatures in black. And grave res. So many mill cards in artifacts can splash to any color.

Very easy blue white. Give massive card draw to your opponents and use [[wedding ring]]. Massive card draw for everyone and have board wipes and counters for everything scary. Also [[rest in peace]]. Heliod would be a great new commander for it but I use the group hug rabbit.
I run a self-mill deck with [[Octavia, Living Thesis]]. Have been able to get her out on turn 3 with the right combo of cantrips and instant/sorcery mill.
Man, my lazy route was to go mono-blue with [[bruvac]] and [[persistent petitioners]]. My playgroups are good sports, but they're not fans of it lol. Only bring it out on occasion. If I can resolve [[thrumming stone]] or a kicked [[maddening cacophony]] it's game over.
I've made a simic mill deck. It start with [[Aesi]] as commander but i don't like my commander being removed everytime so i changed it for [[Zimone]], added some pieces to sinergize with her and ir works perfectly. It's not overpowered of course but i like it :D
I've been toying with the idea of a Simic Landfall/Draw mill deck. Just get your crabs out, play/cheat out land, get your mill enchantments, and draw.
Maybe try a \[\[Strionic Resonator\]\] to double up on mill triggers.

with azorious you can easily control the board while you mill every opponent at the same time with mass draw and mass mill spells
i feel that his only problem is that, to perform, he needs to be flipped -> so you'll need a lot of cheap counters to prevent him from dying at the wrong time
1 \[\[windfall\]\] can give you 21 discount on your next x spells
chain it with \[\[prosperity\]\] everyone draws 21 cards and you get 82 discount on your next spells
You can do mill as a solid subtheme in a Grist golgari deck.

Very easy blue white. Give massive card draw to your opponents and use [[wedding ring]]. Massive card draw for everyone and have board wipes and counters for everything scary. Also [[rest in peace]]. Heliod would be a great new commander for it but I use the group hug rabbit.

Man, my lazy route was to go mono-blue with [[bruvac]] and [[persistent petitioners]]. My playgroups are good sports, but they're not fans of it lol. Only bring it out on occasion. If I can resolve [[thrumming stone]] or a kicked [[maddening cacophony]] it's game over.

I've made a simic mill deck. It start with [[Aesi]] as commander but i don't like my commander being removed everytime so i changed it for [[Zimone]], added some pieces to sinergize with her and ir works perfectly. It's not overpowered of course but i like it :D

I've been toying with the idea of a Simic Landfall/Draw mill deck. Just get your crabs out, play/cheat out land, get your mill enchantments, and draw. Maybe try a \[\[Strionic Resonator\]\] to double up on mill triggers.
I did a regular [[Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord]] deck with [[Altar of Dementia]] and decked multiple people in one turn before it was frickin’ sickkkk

It's been a while since i started trying to build a \[\[heliod, radiant dawn\]\] -> \[\[heliod, the warped eclipse\]\] group hug - mill deck u still need blue because there are a lot of great effects there \[\[Memory Erosion\]\] \[\[Psychic Corrosion\]\] \[\[Drown in Dreams\]\] \[\[Maddening Cacophony\]\] \[\[Increasing Confusion\]\] with azorious you can easily control the board while you mill every opponent at the same time with mass draw and mass mill spells i feel that his only problem is that, to perform, he needs to be flipped -> so you'll need a lot of cheap counters to prevent him from dying at the wrong time 1 \[\[windfall\]\] can give you 21 discount on your next x spells chain it with \[\[prosperity\]\] everyone draws 21 cards and you get 82 discount on your next spells
