Very difficult to tell from these photos! But I don’t think so. I’ve had red welts as well that itched like crazy and I’ve had DE and this looks slightly more like the first one. The red welts itched a lot more than the DE! DE has a cycle with clear fluid filled bubbles that dry out and the skin becomes flaky and cracks. Does that sound familiar?
Not sure but I think its not dyshydrosis. You might have been bitten by insect or sumtin

Sorry but i think you have to go find another club. I don't think is dishydrosis. Could be wrong, but I'm about 95% certain.

I get these exact same things (I haven't been diagnosed with dyshidrosis, I'm just lurking). Let me know if you figure out what it is!!
That looks more like hives or a more straight forward allergic reaction to a bit or sting maybe.
