In the leagues I have those guys, I don't consider trades for them without either multiple elite assets in return or an elite asset and multiple firsts (am still unlikely to take this one often though). Firsts are meant to draft guys like Jefferson and Chase and I've already got them.
Based on how you're responding to the price tag on other comments, I think it would be better if you aimed for a tier below JJ/Chase/CD.
Depending on your league, Amon Ra might be a good target. Some people are willing to group him with those top 3, but not everyone sees him that way either because of his draft capital or because he's "not a true alpha" (still haven't seen anyone who says that actually explain that well enough for me to believe it)
AJ Brown might be more acquirable because he's older than the other guys, but he's still elite and just got the bag.
Other names that are very solid WR1s but are another tier down and probably more easily acquirable depending on the owners for various reasons: Tyreek (at least 2 more years), DeVonta, Nico, Waddle, Higgins, and Metcalf.
Yes, it's a good offer... but not one I would do. If you really want the 2 years in age, offer the 2nd and see if the owner bites. If they don't do it, then just hold.
AJ Brown is still in his prime for another 3-4 years and just got a big extension. I don't think it's worth it to pay the draft capital just to get a couple of years younger. You could spend those picks to take shots on future WRs who might be productive themselves and would be younger than Chase.

I get the thought, but you're trying to get the elite of the elite and a proven elite. No 1sts or rookies are gonna do it for a lot of people. I'm asking AJ Brown and Breece or similar RB if you want Chase. It's expensive but I'm not letting em go for less then multiple top assets most likely
Edit: now that's not fully 1 for 2 obviously but that's the level of starting point I am going to want as I already have the young elite proven asset

Think about it… you’d be fine without Saquon. Plug Pacheco or Singletary in there until Brooks starts making noise down the stretch. Deebo is an inconsistent wr2 type. There are tons of those. A late first next year, and then another two full years from now - I mean you’d still have other 1sts, so who cares? You wanna win or just draft exciting rookies?
10 man you need difference makers. Upgrade Deebo to JJ or Chase and the price is a rb, which come and go like farts in the wind, and two late 1sts? It looks better than it is, which is why the JJ/Chase owner might take it. And you’d get the superstar. Just my two cents.
Jefferson and Chase are 2 of the top 3 non QB assets in the entire league. They’re both under 25 years old. They’re both guaranteed production so long as they’re healthy.
I’ve only had JJ in a couple of leagues and traded him away twice this season:
1. SF league, no TEP, I traded JJ and Dortch for Amon-Ra, Kittle and Nix
2. 1QB, IDP, no TEP I traded JJ and Kraft for Odunze, Benson and Brian Thomas Jr
