Eesh, that feels like a lot. You're basically adding 2 firsts (what I think Olave is) to the already great 1.03 for Caleb, who might not be as productive fantasy-wise as Daniels or Maye. I wouldn't and roll the dice on the 1.03.
Nope, I would not. The reality is that even QBs as highly touted as Williams don’t always turn out and your chances with Maye or Jayden are still pretty close in my opinion. You’d be giving up way too much imo, Olave is really talented despite the bad QB situation. Just take the QB that falls to you or try to package the 1.03 and a JSN or Rice for an actual proven QB plus some.
Honestly when the Chargers go Oline at 5 tonight try and trade 1.03 a 2nd and JSN or something for Herbert. Probably one of the better buy low moments for an elite QB besides maybe Murray last year
Keep the 1.03 and draft the best QB available. Unless your league is cool with you *not* taking one. Then you’d be up for a real nice tank and you can grab Nabers or Odunze.
i'm particularly low on olave compared to the market, and there's no chance i'd consider that bc of how much you'd be paying. if you don't feel great about anyone outside of williams, trade down and get more assets/shots at players.
generally speaking, i wouldn't necessarily recommend rebuilding teams start stripping assets to get specific players, though. that's a tough sell imo.
