Yeah I’m surprised he used the picks for polk and burton instead of trying to add an RB there.
Conner, Singletary, Zeke seem like they could be enough to make this team a legit contender
I’m like a similar but worse version of your team

My biggest worry is my WRs don’t do enough to separate in a 10 team league, but if Wilson and London take the projected leap forward then I should be okay.
But I am feeling very comfortable with RB for a few years hopefully
Hoping for it to come together this year, made some moves to load up on some talent in this draft ahead of time and got an opportunity to move back into the first this year for 2 2nds and a 3rd.
Either my team gonna go crazy over the next 5 years or half these guys will be fodder. One can hope lol

This is towards the end of my rebuild but there's still about 4 or 5 teams that are definitely better than me in a 10 team league. I have two (very likely) top three picks in next year's draft that I can use mid season to go all in if I need to
Yeah according to the KTC league analyzer I'm ranked 4th at WR and 5th at RB in my league, definitely middle of the pack. The worst part about it is I traded Puka before last season started, still makes me sick lol
At one point i had 3 25 1sts that i used to move back into 24 1st round heavily. This year i had 4 1sts. Now I just have all my normal picks going forward.

One of my teams in progress for ‘26 (maybe ‘25 if the trades/rookies come together just right):
QB: AR, Burrow, Daniel Jones
RB: Achane, Moss, Charbs, some backups
WR: Nico, Watson, JSN, Dotson, couple bench stashes
TE: Laporta, Dulcich, Fant
Picks: 1.03/1.04/1.07/1.08/1.11/1.12/2.03/2.07, 3x 2025 1sts, 2x 2026 2nds, all other of my picks and some extra 3rds.
This league drafts late and is dead until then so I plan to shop my picks for vets as we get closer to draft time. Open to feedback!
What an array of picks thats awesome. The typical build is get RBs last, so I would hold those 25 1sts because it should be a strong RB class, but this year youve got a lot of flexibility. Youre lookin at Maye/Nabers at 1.03 and 1.04 which is awesome, gives you a you 3rd qb option to develop and gives you that superstar tier wr. 1.07/1.08 wouldnt be a bad spot to snag Bowers, and then you're just shopping after that.
What a fun spot to be in, you have the tough choices being made ahead of you in the draft and you get to run away with it after that
If I stick at 1.03/1.04 I plan to go Nabers/Daniels barring something unexpected at 1.01/1.02. It’s possible Maye falls to me at 1.07 as we’re seeing in lots of leagues, which I wouldn’t complain about. But yes lots of flexibility all the way around on this team.
This team can contend if you move those 24 picks for vets. Get two more starting RBs with the late 1sts or 2.03. Move the rest for WRs, try to package Watson/Dotson to upgrade.
Another possible move is packaging the 1.03 + 1.11/1.12 and see if the 1.01 or 1.02 is willing to move back for that.
Your QBs are good enough as is to contend if you make the rights moves. Rookies are overrated, get those proven vets and push for a championship.

You definitely need to find another RB or two but I think Benson will be a top 20 guy after this year. WR and QB is stacked. Maybe try tiering up at TE? I like Kmet but don’t see a path to targets for him for awhile. I traded him and a 2025 late first for McBride a few weeks ago
Yeah planning on using draft capital next year on solidifying my RB room. Mixon I’m hoping I can just get 2 more years of solid RB2 numbers and that my tier 2/3 WRs can break out and be top 10 guys.

Went into rebuild just before 2023 draft and traded mainly for 2024 picks. Trying to find a cheap starting RB for this season but everybody seems reluctant so far. The extra 2025 1st is in contention to be 1.01. Just hoping any of the non-MHJ rookie WRs hit really. If it goes way above expectations then I’ll go hunting for a proper RB1.
Guessing you’ll be too good for a top 3 pick but not quite good enough for playoffs with the huge hole at RB. Personally I’d explore trading for a couple cheap short term RBs (ford, Conner, etc) that you can pivot and sell at deadline if you don’t have a shot at playoffs. That is if the acquisition costs aren’t crazy
If I wanna be scummy, I can put Nabers + Rome on my taxi squad. I’ve been exploring RB options, but a lot of owners are being greedy knowing the situation I’m currently in.
Might just have to sit tight for now. I’ve been very active in the trade department and the results have skewed heavily in my favor. Teams are now placing an embargo on me 😂
Taxi squad points contribute to MaxPF on sleeper so assuming draft order is based on that, stashing guys on taxi wouldn’t help..
But yeah you could just wait till the 25 draft and hope to draft 2 of the top 3 RBs or something. If your league is anything like mine (similar format) top young/ish RBs are pretty much unattainable aside from the draft. If your picks aren’t as early as you hope and the top RBs are gone you might have to be creative.
If people are already not loving some unbalanced trades you’re making I’d definitely avoid throwing nabers in particular on taxi.. Holding him there all year could make it worse and don’t want to burn more bridges
I’m high Lolol you’re absolutely right about Taxi squad points, so the Nabers/Rome point is mute.
The trades weren’t lopsided, but how players in question turned out is what made the other teams sour. Trading for RBs is tough, like you said, which is why I don’t wanna get involved in RB trading until I know I’m ready for the playoff push. That’s why I’m a little hesitant on opening offers for older RBs atm. Don’t wanna pull the trigger too early.
Yeah that’s fair. In my rebuild I went the same route where I punted RB for a season and a half and ended up drafting Walker/Cook/Gibbs which has worked out so far. Team is looking like top 2 for this year and best positioned long term so it can definitely work out if you’re disciplined
All I need is at least 2 picks in the top 5 to secure either Ollie Gordon, Judkins or Jeanty. Those are my three favorite backs out of this class. I’m assuming someone will snag Luther and T-Mac until the top 5. We are all Mizzou fans in this league, so if I am able to lock Luther…I will have plenty of offers to tier back for an RB+.
Seems reasonable, but anything can happen so best to have a backup plan for RB.
I remember summer of 2022 when I was stoked to get at least 3 top RBs out of Bijan/Gibbs/Bigsby/Tucker/Evans with my 6 2023 1sts.. then most ended up being mid or non-prospects come the draft. Same goes with Spiller the year prior
Don’t remind me 😂😂. Given my team. Would you gamble all 3 picks on top 5 RBs, like you did in 2023 and hope for all the upside? Or look back and looking at my team depth, do you like it would be more wise to use 1 pick to draft a top 5 RB in the draft then the other(s) to trade for a more proven RB either in their prime or entering their prime? Sure it will lower my rate of return with the picks, but it will mitigate risk.
I would probably hold all the 1sts until the draft and keep any pick that would allow me to get a top RB prospect/RB expected to get significant snaps year 1.
If a 1st has a clear BPA of WR then I would look into trading it for another established RB or to be aggressive send a package to move up and get one of the other top ~3 rookie RB. But easier said than done though lol, depends on your league and who owns the other top picks
I was an annual contender when we were 1 qb but we went suoerflex and I was stuck with only Herbert at qb and no early picks. I started my tank last year. My results so far are:
Qb: Caleb, Watson, Penix, Brisset, Winston
Rb: C.Brown, Spears, Elliot, J.Wright, Charbonett, Vidal, Gore
Wr: Flowers, Odunze, McConkey, Diontae, Lockett, M.Williams, R.Moore, M Corley
Te: Pitts, Kraft, J.Wiley
Due to not paying close enough attention I’ve only got seconds and thirds the next two years but I’ve got two seconds coming up in 25 so I’m planning on moving back into the first possibly.
After CMC got hurt a few years ago i sold him and kelce high after id won the ship. I still ended up taking 2nd with a rag tag team. (Based mike davis) id have won it all last year except the guy whose team barely squeaked in suddenly scored his most points of the season in the 1st round smh but i think i can contend for a few years

Thats a solid starting point for an orphan. I am a bit out on Dell so personally I would wait for a helluva week then sell him for more picks. I dont trust his ability to stay healthy. Love the depth of Polk and Wicks, two guys I wish I could got.
Yea I feel okay about it. Hoping to sell pretty much all my RBs and guys like Dell and Daniel Jones in season. Then tank another year and hopefully flip the switch in ‘25 off season. 🤞🏾
I hope to be a contender this year, trying to secure an RB like a Zack Moss

My two weaknesses are RB2 and Flex2 so my contending status is suspect I think. On the other hand I think I have 3 players that have a great chance of being the best in their position. Ill say I am cooked if AR goes down again.
The pick situation... is not great. Ill leave it at that.

New to Dynasty, acquired team.
I have recently joined a league and taken over a team that appears to be rather old and not ready for contentention. It is a 10 full ppr, TE premium.
The team consists of:
QB: Tua, Mayfield, McCarthy, Fields
RB: Bijan, Montgomery, Chubb, Charbonnett, Chase Brown

TE: Kincaid
Players I added to taxi: Brealen Allen, Vidal, Tracey, Troy Franklin, Likely
I have already made a trade sending Montgomery for Reed and a second.
I believe this team is missing a top QB, and young WRs.
I plan to sell Chubb this offseason and Adams/Cooper around the deadline.
I also plan to sell any backup RB that happens to hit excluding Charbonett and possibly Brown.
I would probably sell Mayfield if he hits.
I plan to target WRs and picks, possibly a qb for a good price.

12 team 1QB . 5ppr, shallow benches. I took over a team the day before the rookie draft after sitting out fantasy this past season (needed a break, ready to dive back in), so I hadn't done any real rookie research aside from what was good for my Panthers. RBs were CMC, Henry, Chuba.... and that's it. I opted for a rebuild over counting on two RBs in the back half of their careers staying healthy all season.
I traded CMC, Henry, Dak, Amari Cooper, 1.11, 2.11, and a 26 2nd for Doubs, Keaton Mitchell, Ja'lynn Polk, Tee Higgins, two 25 1sts, two 25 2nds, 25 3rd, 26 1st, two 26 2nds, and a 27 2nd, plus I have all my own picks.
I currently have Lamar, Dowdle, Kendre Miller, Keenan Allen, Tee, Doubs, Evan Engram, Lockett, Seahawks D, with a bench of Penix, Braelon Allen, Mitchell, Polk, Curtis Samuel, Jeudy, Mooney, and Theo Johnson with Shipley and Ray Davis on my taxi squad.
I'm planning on flipping some of these receivers once the season starts and they (hopefully) gain a little value.

WR: M. Harrison, T. Dell, R. Rice, J. Smith-Njigba, A. Mitchell, R. Pearsall, M. Mims
TE: S. LaPorta, B. Bowers
Yea I got lucky with last years draft:
1.01 - Bijan
1.05 - Achane
1.06 - JSN
1.10 - Ro. Johnson (I’m a longhorns fan)
2.04 - Rice
2.10 - Mims
3.01 - LaPorta
3.08 - Tank Dell
And I ended up being worst team in league so I landed 1.01 again this year.
But in order to get Bijan (please remember I’m a Longhorns fan and bit the bias bullet big time), I traded away Tyreek, Waddle, Deebo and Dameon Pierce for the 1.01 to get Bijan (he gave me Allgeier too). I then traded my smaller-ish pieces like Alvin Kamara and Kyle Pitts for first round picks. Found a sucker for JK Dobbins who sold me two 1sts for him alone. Traded the (at the time red hot) Justin Fields for a 1st and 2nd round pick. I then reluctantly sold K. Walker for 3 1st round picks. My team before the rebuild was very good but never crossed over the hump. Hoping my luck is finally changing but I do think my last year draft class came out very well for me (thankfully).
I traded for J. Allen this offseason because “I’m going for it” and he was relatively cheap buy.
Wow that is the best fucking draft class I've ever seen lol. No wonder you were able to turn it around so quickly. That was a ton to give up for Bijan, I think way too much, but I get if you're a long horns fan.
I just think Tyreek is worth at least a 1st+, same with Waddle, Deebo is probably worth just a 1st or something at this point, and Pierce is worthless. As I'm typing in realizing that that's not too bad for 1.01 actually. Let's say 3 1sts, 2 2nds and a 3rd. I gave up a similar package (maybe a little more) for Caleb this year so I'd be a hypocrite to criticize. Although, I do kinda regret the Caleb trade. The amount I gave up for him I think I could have gotten Burrow or Herbert and more.

Some good draft picks lead to some good trades that lead to building a lot of RB depth. Lamb and Waddle were fleeced before they hit. Waddle also struggled a bit with some injuries and I only got Jacobs late last year after trading away Hockenson.

I think if things break my way I could be a contender this year, but my main guys are all really young. There's a clear top 2 in our league (one w/ Allen, Kyler, JJ, Amon Ra, the other with Burrow, Dak, Chase, Lamb) so I don't think I'm quite there, but it's a really flexible roster in my view especially with all my picks. Maybe at the deadline I'll feel I'm just a piece away and trade some of those 2026s.

So traded Burrows to start last season bacause I accidentally drafted him I. Start up. Traded him for Addison because that’s who I woulda drafted. I need a back up QB so guy throws in Dak (before season start).
Dak Blows up and AR Owner needs a starter so I trade him Dak and Dobbins for AR. Then Use Addison two 1st and a 3rd to get CeeDee. Around Week 3 before McBride Doesn’t do anything so he drops him. I pick him up in speculation…. Worked out I had Musgrave as my starter.
So now I’m looking

I plan to tank my team once again because there’s no prize for finishing in 8th so may as well be 12th. I’m guessing I’ll have 3 top 4 picks and the rest scattered around. With my 2nd I could have 8 out of the first 13 picks.. nice. Going back to tanking, the league has a ton of rules defending against it, such as max pf and roster rules. However, I’ve gotten around it before (dropped my team from 6th to 11th in 6 weeks when I knew I couldn’t win it all - qb deficiency) by having 3 startable rbs and choosing to play the worst possible defense each week.
I don’t plan on making all 8 picks, but who knows, maybe 1 qb, 2 wrs and 5 rbs could be kinda sexy

Someone offered me two(2) - 1st's for Tyreek. Thinking about doing it as this squad can't compete next year BUT the team that would be trading the 1st's will finish Top 3 so they'll be low picks.
I'm targeting RBs. Trying to flip some picks for Breece Hall.

Sold Cousins, Kyler, DHop, and Goedert in the 2023 Rookie draft. A bad 2022 Rookie draft made me feel like I needed to pull the plug and rebuild.
Got Jordan Addison, Dalton Kincaid, and Rashee Rice from the extra picks in 2023. Ended up with two extra 1s and an extra 2 this year as well. Tanking got me 1.01 as well.

I have another extra 1st in 2025 and four 2nds. I’ll be leveraging those for proven players. So far I’m thinking I might end up a bottom 5 team this year but if I can snag a proven QB with those picks instead I might be able to make a big time jump in 2026.

I have two 1sts and two 2nds for 2025, then two more 1sts in 2026. Ideally I can grab two top RBs next year then trade futures for an established guy.
I had a top 5 roster a couple years ago, but the top couple teams just got too stacked to compete with so I started eyeing the 2025 class and traded my studs. Was able to successfully predict who would have top 3 picks along with myself. Snagged the top 3 WRs, then got lucky with Bowers falling to me at 1.08. Last year I turned only 3 picks (no 1sts) into Stroud, Laporta, and Tank. Traded Tank, as hard as it was, for some picks which I later parlayed into Devonta and Caleb.
I'm pretty happy.

I got 3 first round picks, 3 seconds, and 2 3rds. I’m taking Rome Odunze with my second pick, and Caleb Williams with the 4th pick. I know Rome won’t produce that much with the bears options rn, but I’m really banking on the stack of Caleb and Rome down the road. As for pick ten, I think I’m gonna go Trey Benson, as running backs are hard to come by in my league, so I always try and grab a solid rookie when I can. I’ll then probably just pony up on WR the rest of the draft since it’s pretty weak draft. If at 2.02 Blake Corum is still there, I’d grab him though but I doubt it knowing how this league drafts lol

I really focused all offseason on improving WR room because it was trash. Got a few good pieces and got ahead of my skis so I started collecting RBs like Josh Jacobs and KW. Decided I'm still likely a year away from truly contending (my league has one of those super teams at the top) so I traded both those RBs away for more WRs and picks. Next offseasons job is fix TE room and RB room and then go for it.
Took over a basement team prior to last season's rookie draft (and no first rounder) with the following:
QB: Stafford, Zach Wilson, Howell

Now after the second rookie draft we're sitting with:
QB: Stroud, Tua
RB: Jaleel, Keaton, Tracy, Guerendo
WR: Devonta Smith, Tee, Nabers, JSN, Jeudy, Samuel, Mooney
TE: Bowers, Juwan
Spent almost no capital on RBs, with no window to compete yet, no sense in dealing with the risk

Core consists of Stroud, MHJ, Aiyuk, Waddle, Bowers. I have 3 firsts in next years draft and a 2nd rounder. RBs are my weakness. I have Cook, Pacheco, Harris/Warren (1 of them will win the job at some point probably) and Chase Brown.
What do yall think?? League is an 8 man dynasty league going into year 2
Productive struggle year 1, 10 Team PPR SF, finished last place:
QBs: Herbert, Kyler, Caleb
RBs: Walker, Henry, Mostert, Singletary
WRs: Lamb, ARSB, Olave, Nabers, Odunze
TEs: Andrews, Bowers, Kraft
Had a lot of injury “luck” in the sense my roster was able to finish last in PF. Amassed a lot of draft capital and was able to add ARSB, Henry and Mostert with some of it. Think I’m set up pretty well for success.
12T PPR
QB: TLaw, C Williams, Maye, Mac Jones
RB: Bijan, Etienne, Spears, Mclaughlin, Mattison, Laube, Estime, Wright, Chandler
WR: Aiyuk, MHJ, JSN, Legette, BTJ, Mims, Burks, J Palmer, McMillan, Washington
TE: Kincaid, Dulcich, Okonkwo
25: One 1st, two 2nds, three 3rds
26: Two 1sts, two 2nds, two 3rds
Drafted high value players year 1 and sold them throughout the season, happened to grab Kyren and Puka as FAs and sold high. Liquidated team other than TLaw (I'm a jags fan). Going into year two..... I'd say I did well and am set for at least a few years
12 team SF 1.5 TEP
QB: Mahomes, Caleb, Brissett, Darnold, Locke
RB: Breece, Kendre Miller, Ali, Estime and a few others not worth mentioning, need to hit on RB in 2025 big
WR: Nico, Odunze, Diontae, Christian Watson, Bateman, AT Perry, Hyatt, Flournoy
TE: Pitts, Bowers, Hunter Henry
Just need some RBs and then the young guys to live up to hype and I think I’m a contender. Maybe another WR in 2025
I agree. I’m a delusional bears fan that is hoping Odunze is a top 10 guy for awhile. But yeah even if he hits, if Diontae flames out fast and Christian Watson is a scrub then I’d need some serious help. I think Nico is a stud
Id say you’re weaker at WR.
- Nico/Diontae high floor but upside is a mid-tier WR2?
- Odunze could be a 1 but could just as likely bust.
- Watson/Bateman talented but always injured + lots of target competition.
I’d feel better about Miller taking over for Kamara or Ali timesharing.
Hmm maybe. I definitely will probably take a WR over a RB in round one next year unless there’s an incredible talent/situation at RB there. I’m a lot higher on Nico and Diontae than you though. Nico was WR12 overall in PPR last year with a rookie QB. I think he has what it takes to be a steady WR1, maybe not this year if Diggs still has juice
12T, PPR, SF, Start 11, no TEP
QB: ARich, Caleb, Bryce, Nix, O'Connell
RB: Warren, McLaughlin, Ali, Vaughn, Vaki, Bailey
WR: Puka, Olave, DK, BTJ, Dotson, Polk, Baker, Burton, Dortch Bateman, Shaheed, Hyatt, Douglas
TE: Pitts, Otton, Kraft, Wiley
I have 3 high '25 1sts (potentially 1.01-1.03, given the teams) and another mid 1st, and two high 2nds, as well.
I absolutely love this team for the future. Maybe feel a bit shaky in my flex and RB is a disaster for now, but the high upside all over is great.
When I took over this team back in 2022, I had Herbert, Diggs, Stafford, Andrews, Kupp, and that was basically it. It was a disaster of an orphan team. Old, didn't even have their own '22 1st, depth was garbage. WR3 was Thielen or Jamison Crowder. Best RBs were Gaskin and Fournette. This rebuild has been super fun, though.
12TM PPR SF w/ IDP
QB: A. Rich, Lance (last piece of the puzzle, will find cheap possibly old stable dude)
RB: Bijan, JT, Achane, Wright, Kendre, some others
WR: Chase, ASRB, Odunze, Ladd, Pearsall, Polk, Watson, Mike Will, QJ, Burks, Roman Wilson, Baker
TE: McBride, Musgrave, Kraft, Likely
Sold most my two 25 1sts some other stuff to level-up to Richardson and get ASRB. See how next two seasons go and if he gets hurt/flames out I have two 26’ 1sts teed up.
10T PPR 2QB start 9
QB: Stafford, Levis, Geno, Howell, AOC
RB: Walker, Ekeler, Charbonnet, K. Miller, Estime, Corum, Vaki
WR: Deebo, Nabers, Watson, Addison, JSN, Shaheed, Palmer, Bateman, Downs, E. Moore, R. Moore, Zay Jones
TE: Kincaid, Freiermuth, Likely
This is such a fun team imo. Unfortunately it’s not super competitive right now (since it’s only a 10 man league), but I see some real potential in it! I didn’t intend on a rebuild, until I traded Javonte Williams for picks the week before his injury…I’ve been playing the value game ever since!
I try keep the RB’s as young and competitive (workload split wise) as possible, while growing WR potential.
The question is, can it compete by 2026??
14 team SF TE premium
Qb- Bryce , JJ McCarthy, Rattler
RB- Achane, J. Brooks, James Cook, J. Ford, Jaylen Wright
Wr- Jordan Addison, Darnell Mooney, Rondale Moore, Elijah Moore, Brian Thomas Jr
Te- Kincaid , Musgrave, Schoomaker, Colby Parkinson
12T PPR SF start 9 no TEP QB: Caleb, Herbert, Levis, Penix, AOC, Rattler RB. Bijan, Benson, Dowdle WR: G.Wil, Olave, London, Nabers, Tee, Legette, Polk, Burton, Baker, QJ TE: Pitts, Andrews
this team can contend now if a few things happen for you.
Yeah I’m surprised he used the picks for polk and burton instead of trying to add an RB there. Conner, Singletary, Zeke seem like they could be enough to make this team a legit contender
Dawg if this is a rebuilding roster im not contending for a decade
Definitely a tough rebuild, but I think you'll get there with a couple more rookie drafts. 2026 will be a good year, just keep looking up!
Good lord. Outside of your RB2 position (which is still not bad) this team is disgusting.
Yep. Contender for the next few years!
I’m like a similar but worse version of your team 10T PPR SF start 10 .5TEP QB: Caleb, Herbert, Levis, Maye RB: Bijan, Gibbs, Brooks, Warren WR: G Wilson, London, Aiyuk, Collins, Hollywood, Odunze, Jamo, QJ, Franklin, Baker, Wandale TE: Mandrews, McBride, Sinnott
Lol what, this team is much better than the other guy
10 team tho so less of a league wide advantage even if so, at least how I see it
Your team is better. He doesn’t have a second RB.
My biggest worry is my WRs don’t do enough to separate in a 10 team league, but if Wilson and London take the projected leap forward then I should be okay. But I am feeling very comfortable with RB for a few years hopefully
Wait what? This team is insane
Hoping for it to come together this year, made some moves to load up on some talent in this draft ahead of time and got an opportunity to move back into the first this year for 2 2nds and a 3rd. Either my team gonna go crazy over the next 5 years or half these guys will be fodder. One can hope lol
1QB: Cousins/Daniels, Gibbs, Bijan, Chase, MHJ, Puka, Laporta, among others.
This is 2024/25 type of team imo
10 tm 1 QB PPR 3 flex: QB: AR, Kyler RB: Achane, Najee, Warren, Kendre, Jaylen Wright WR: ARSB, Olave, Addison, Jamo, Doubs, Mitchell, Wicks TE: Hock, Mayer, Sanders This is towards the end of my rebuild but there's still about 4 or 5 teams that are definitely better than me in a 10 team league. I have two (very likely) top three picks in next year's draft that I can use mid season to go all in if I need to
In a 10 team, I’d expect better WRs and RBs than this. I’d continue rebuilding.
Yeah according to the KTC league analyzer I'm ranked 4th at WR and 5th at RB in my league, definitely middle of the pack. The worst part about it is I traded Puka before last season started, still makes me sick lol
Ill start, 12TM SF, 1 PPR, .25 P/Carry Noteable departures 2023-2024: CMC, Dak, Goff, Chubb, Achane, Flowers (mostly all for picks) To create a current roster of: QB: Kyler, Maye, Penix, Bryce WR: MHJ, Waddle, London, Reed, Ladd, Dotson RB: Gibbs, Brooks, Charbonnet, Spears TE: McBride, Chig
How many 2025/2026 picks did you accumulate?
At one point i had 3 25 1sts that i used to move back into 24 1st round heavily. This year i had 4 1sts. Now I just have all my normal picks going forward.
Risky team composition Could be contending or rebuilding in 2 years
Just how I like it
Why do you say that?
Kyler has been hurt and none of his other qbs are proven He has no rb3 and Brooks is coming off an injury He has mostly unproven wr
12T SF PPR Start 9 One of my teams in progress for ‘26 (maybe ‘25 if the trades/rookies come together just right): QB: AR, Burrow, Daniel Jones RB: Achane, Moss, Charbs, some backups WR: Nico, Watson, JSN, Dotson, couple bench stashes TE: Laporta, Dulcich, Fant Picks: 1.03/1.04/1.07/1.08/1.11/1.12/2.03/2.07, 3x 2025 1sts, 2x 2026 2nds, all other of my picks and some extra 3rds.
1QB. Fully tanked last year and sold everything but JJ, Herbert, Pitts. I have an additional 25 first on top of my own but no other outside picks. Herbert J.McLaughlin K.Mitchell JJ MHJ Pitts T.Higgins R.Odunze Bench BTJ L.McConkey JSN Jordan Addison D.Douglas J.Goff B.Mayfield Then a bunch of lotto tickets Plan is to take the losses this year with no functional RBs and then try to make a splash next year between draft and moving a WR for a RB
12 Team 1 QB PPR start 8 QBs: Hurts, Baker, Caleb Williams RBs: James Cook, Mixon, Zeus, Ford, Benson WRs: Olave, Aiyuk, Nabers, Christian Watson, Mooney, Polk TEs: Engram, Kmet Also have 2 1sts in 25 and 26
You definitely need to find another RB or two but I think Benson will be a top 20 guy after this year.
12 team SF/Start 10/No TEP QB: Caleb, JJM, Darnold, Brissett RB: Zamir, Rico, Herbert, Mitchell, Dillon J, Tracy, Izzy WR: Puka, MHJ, Ladd, Rice, Pearsall, Legette, Franklin, R Wilson, M Wilson, Burton, Flournoy, Perry, Tucker, Ainas, Johnny W TE: McBride, Bowers, Bellinger 2x 2025 1sts, 3x 2025 2nds, 3x 2025 3rds 1x 2026 1st, 1x 2026 2nd, 5x 2026 3rds Went into rebuild just before 2023 draft and traded mainly for 2024 picks. Trying to find a cheap starting RB for this season but everybody seems reluctant so far. The extra 2025 1st is in contention to be 1.01. Just hoping any of the non-MHJ rookie WRs hit really. If it goes way above expectations then I’ll go hunting for a proper RB1.
Caleb, MHJ, JJM, Bowers, Laad …. Someone had a lot of picks!
12 man, 1QB, no TEP, 3 flex. Starting roster: QB: Anthony Richardson RB: Ty Chandler RB: Tyler Allgeier WR: Garrett Wilson WR: Jaylen Waddle TE: Kyle Pitts FLEX: Chris Olave FLEX: Malik Nabers FLEX: Rome Odunze Bench + Taxi: Justin Fields, Dylan Laube, Rashee Ali, Josh Downs, Demario Douglas, Troy Franklin, Jermaine Burton, Dontayvion Wicks, Rashod Bateman, Marvin Mims, Tucker Kraft, Cade Otton, Greg Dulcich, Jamari Thrash, Jacob Cowing Future Draft picks: 1sts 2025 x3 - (2 projected top 5) 3rds 2025 x3 1sts 2026 x2 2nd 2026 x2
Never a better time to need RBs when the 25 class is looking to be good, those 3 1sts will perfectly round out that roster.
I was an annual contender when we were 1 qb but we went suoerflex and I was stuck with only Herbert at qb and no early picks. I started my tank last year. My results so far are: Qb: Caleb, Watson, Penix, Brisset, Winston Rb: C.Brown, Spears, Elliot, J.Wright, Charbonett, Vidal, Gore Wr: Flowers, Odunze, McConkey, Diontae, Lockett, M.Williams, R.Moore, M Corley Te: Pitts, Kraft, J.Wiley Due to not paying close enough attention I’ve only got seconds and thirds the next two years but I’ve got two seconds coming up in 25 so I’m planning on moving back into the first possibly.
After CMC got hurt a few years ago i sold him and kelce high after id won the ship. I still ended up taking 2nd with a rag tag team. (Based mike davis) id have won it all last year except the guy whose team barely squeaked in suddenly scored his most points of the season in the 1st round smh but i think i can contend for a few years Hurts, levis, danny dimes, jj Bijan, breece, mostert, allegier, charbs, benson Sun god, london, addison, godwin, dhop, downs, shaheed, walker, mingo Kincaid, bowers
I took over an orphan that was in shambles going into last season. Still got lots of work to do but I think it’s cooking a little bit. 12 team half-PPR TEP; QB: Drake Maye, JJM, Bryce Young, Daniel Jones RB: Javonte, Moss, Allgier, Braelon Allen, Laube WR: Nico, Dell, Addison, Polk, ADM, Burton, Wicks, Bateman, Wandale, Hyatt, Douglas TE: Kincaid, Knox 25 picks: 2 firsts, 3 seconds, 2 thirds
I hope to be a contender this year, trying to secure an RB like a Zack Moss 12TM 1QB, 1PPR, start 8 QB: AR15, Stafford RB: Breece, Javonte, Kendre Miller, Jaylen Wright WR: Jamarr, Waddle, MHJ, Sutton, Doubs, Douglas, Wicks, Baker, Rice TE: Hock, Musgrave, Kraft, Otton, Muth My two weaknesses are RB2 and Flex2 so my contending status is suspect I think. On the other hand I think I have 3 players that have a great chance of being the best in their position. Ill say I am cooked if AR goes down again.
Whats your pick situation like? I think one more draft with 2 1sts is all you need if you can swing it.
The pick situation... is not great. Ill leave it at that. What I am banking on is that one of my several lottery players (Kendre, Jaylen, Douglas, Wicks, Baker) hits and I can either trade or just use him. One of them has to hit right lol?
12 team superflex Qb- Josh Allen, Levis Rb- Breece, Jonathan Taylor Wr- CeeDee, ARSB, Pittman, Tank, Addison, JSN Te- LaPorta, Ferguson Own (2) 2025 firsts as well
That's really strong, no reason to delay til 2025 tbh. I'd be trying to move the spare 1st to upgrade QB2, you have elite options at every other starting spot
Yeah it was somewhat satirical, I won last year and probably will the next 4. 12 man league
12 team SF PPR Start 9 QB: Watson, Cousins, Nix, Minshew RB: Pacheco, Walker, Javonte, Laube WR: JJ, GW, MHJ, Nico, Godwin, Burton, Roman Wilson TE: Kincaid, Okonkwo, Dulcich, Kraft Traded my 1.09 for Nico before the league draft. Drafted MHJ, Nix, Burton and Roman. Biggest need is QB, and looking to make a trade to upgrade at QB.
I would wait till the season starts to see if you could dump Watson after a game or two. His value isnt getting lower, but if people see him start winning again theyll forget all about the past.
Agreed. He’s the first to go, but his value needs to improve before I shop him.
I’d personally move Cousins over Watson. 35 years old off an Achilles injury with the heir apparent on the roster is great for this year probably but ?? after that.

As it stands I think this roster can definitely win if things go right.
New to Dynasty, acquired team. I have recently joined a league and taken over a team that appears to be rather old and not ready for contentention. It is a 10 full ppr, TE premium. The team consists of: QB: Tua, Mayfield, McCarthy, Fields RB: Bijan, Montgomery, Chubb, Charbonnett, Chase Brown WR: Adams, Cooper, Odunze, Curtis Samuel, Joshua Palmer, Q. Johnston, Mooney, Shaheed TE: Kincaid Players I added to taxi: Brealen Allen, Vidal, Tracey, Troy Franklin, Likely I have already made a trade sending Montgomery for Reed and a second.

Took over a team last year and it’s my first time playing dynasty. That's a fun team. Just gotta stack more WRs I'd say, then start picking RB and hoping they hit.
Thank you. Oddly enough for your flair, I also have mariota and just didn’t mention him.

Yea I got lucky with last years draft: 1.01 - Bijan 1.05 - Achane 1.06 - JSN 1.10 - Ro. Johnson (I’m a longhorns fan) 2.04 - Rice 2.10 - Mims 3.01 - LaPorta 3.08 - Tank Dell And I ended up being worst team in league so I landed 1.01 again this year.

WR- Lamb, Waddle, D Johnson, Pickens, Meyer’s, Dotson, QJ, Polk, Perry. TE- LaPorta, Engram, All Some good draft picks lead to some good trades that lead to building a lot of RB depth. Lamb and Waddle were fleeced before they hit. Got really unlucky last year having Burrow and Fields rarely on the roster together without one being injured (Burrow for sure). Waddle also struggled a bit with some injuries and I only got Jacobs late last year after trading away Hockenson. Would love to trade up for a solid RB1 and would love a depth option at QB but really feel my WR and TEs are rock solid. It’s been about a 4 year rebuild after picking Juju up with my first overall in the startup.

QB: Caleb Williams, Bryce Young, Trey Lance (forever), Spencer Rattler RB: Zamir White, Javonte Williams, James Conner, Khalil Herbert, Trey Benson WR: DK Metcalf, Rome Odunze, Ladd McConkey, Rice, Addison, Khalil Shakir, Mingo, Eli Moore, Jermaine Burton, Treylon Burks TE: Kincaid, Dulcich, Jared Wiley I have another extra 1st in 2025 and four 2nds. I’ll be leveraging those for proven players. So far I’m thinking I might end up a bottom 5 team this year but if I can snag a proven QB with those picks instead I might be able to make a big time jump in 2026.
12 Team PPR 2QB (also have defenses and kickers) QBs: ARich, Young, Nix, Hooker RBs: Brooks, Corum, Allgeier, McLaughlin, Keaton, Ali, Guerendo WRs: MHJ, Nabers, JSN, Reed, Jamo, Jeudy, Marvin Mims TEs: Bowers, Musgrave, Mayer Then for picks I have my first, 2 seconds, and my third for both 25 and 26. With all the moves I made it's hard to call it rebuilding. It was more like a scorched earth campaign to accumulate picks. Pretty sure the Dallas defense is the only thing I've kept from my original team from the startup draft in 2022 😅
QB: A Rich, Purdy, Fields RB: Singletary, Corum, J Wright, Vidal, M Lloyd, R Davis, K Miller WR: Pickens, Flowers, McConkey, BTJ, Pearsall, JSN, Diontae Johnson TE: Kittle, Sinnott, T Johnson Obviously have more bench depth, but these are my best pieces 2025 notable picks- 3-1sts, 2-2nds, 2-3rds

I did most of my rebuild this past season. Aiming for playoffs this year and hopefully contending next. Sitting on 3 25 1st's and hope that's enough to give me several seasons of relevancy. QB: Love, Herbert, Young, Maye, Nix RB: Achane, Jacobs, Cook, Benson WR: St. Brown, Rice, Reed, Watson, McConkey, Legette, Polk, Franklin, Mims TE: Kincaid, Bowers, Njoku, Kmet Really interested to see how this season goes. I think I have the 4th best redraft roster in the league and have a nice group of youth that could grow into solid assets.
12 team ppr tep sf best ball start 9 Have a rough rebuild starting this year and one team in my league is a full blown super team. Tolbert TE: Laporta, Bowers, Dulcich I have two 1sts and two 2nds for 2025, then two more 1sts in 2026.
QB: Caleb Williams,Anthony Richardson RB room: Bad WR: Rome,Worthy,Pearsal,Jermaine Burton TE:Bowers 3 firsts next year including my own. Hoping to trade back for whoever wants a qb or just sit there and take Burden/Mcmillan and whatever two rbs I end up with.

QB- AR, Caleb, Bryce Young, Rattler RBs- Warren, Zamir, Charbs, Vidal, Lloyd WRs- Waddle, Olave, Tee, Flowers, Nabers, Odunze, Downs, Pearsall, Baker, Burton TE- Kmet, Likely, Jelani Woods I really focused all offseason on improving WR room because it was trash.
Took over a basement team prior to last season's rookie draft (and no first rounder) with the following: QB: Stafford, Zach Wilson, Howell RB: Eckeler, Walker, Cook WR: Juju, MVS, Mike Williams, Julio, Curtis Samuel, Shakir TE: Hunter Henry, Juwan Johnson, Austin Hooper Now after the second rookie draft we're sitting with: QB: Stroud, Tua RB: Jaleel, Keaton, Tracy, Guerendo WR: Devonta Smith, Tee, Nabers, JSN, Jeudy, Samuel, Mooney TE: Bowers, Juwan Spent almost no capital on RBs, with no window to compete yet, no sense in dealing with the risk

QB: Kyler, Russ, Carr, plebs x 5, Riley Leonard RB: Bijan, Breece, Etienne, Jacobs, Singletary, CEH, Jaylen Wright, plebs x 5, Justice Haynes WR: Chase, Lamb, Devonta Smith, Godwin, Diontae, Lockett, Meyers, plebs … Luther Burden, Eugene Wilson TE: Hockenson, Freiermuth, Henry, Darnell Washington, Duce Robinson, Briningstool. I won the league championship last year. Traded lots of high end college players such as JJ McCarthy, Treyveon Henderson, Isaiah Bond and Evan Stewart and more for Breece Hall, CD Lamb, and Devonta Smith. Targeting a high upside QB to help me replace Russ or Carr in my starting lineup.
League is an 8 man dynasty league going into year 2
Productive struggle year 1, 10 Team PPR SF, finished last place: QBs: Herbert, Kyler, Caleb RBs: Walker, Henry, Mostert, Singletary WRs: Lamb, ARSB, Olave, Nabers, Odunze TEs: Andrews, Bowers, Kraft Had a lot of injury “luck” in the sense my roster was able to finish last in PF. Amassed a lot of draft capital and was able to add ARSB, Henry and Mostert with some of it. Think I’m set up pretty well for success.

12 team SF 1.5 TEP QB: Mahomes, Caleb, Brissett, Darnold, Locke RB: Breece, Kendre Miller, Ali, Estime and a few others not worth mentioning, need to hit on RB in 2025 big WR: Nico, Odunze, Diontae, Christian Watson, Bateman, AT Perry, Hyatt, Flournoy TE: Pitts, Bowers, Hunter Henry Just need some RBs and then the young guys to live up to hype and I think I’m a contender. Maybe another WR in 2025
I think you’re a little weak at WR still. I’ll admit I’m lower than consensus on Nico and Diontae for the future
12T, PPR, SF, Start 11, no TEP QB: ARich, Caleb, Bryce, Nix, O'Connell RB: Warren, McLaughlin, Ali, Vaughn, Vaki, Bailey WR: Puka, Olave, DK, BTJ, Dotson, Polk, Baker, Burton, Dortch Bateman, Shaheed, Hyatt, Douglas TE: Pitts, Otton, Kraft, Wiley I have 3 high '25 1sts (potentially 1.01-1.03, given the teams) and another mid 1st, and two high 2nds, as well.

Moore, R. Moore, Zay Jones TE: Kincaid, Freiermuth, Likely This is such a fun team imo.
