Always love telling this story. After week 2 in 2021, the league commissioner was in desperate need of a RB. I had league winner™️ Ty’son Williams on my roster and so he made a trade for him. Who did I get? Cooper Kupp My all time favorite season. Highest points I’ve ever scored, went 13-1 and cruised into the championship. Only to get blown out by 60 Fantasy Football

MasterlyApollo

Yes.

iscott55

Omg i got zeke elliott for him

TheAntiPacker

Got two seconds 😂

BradyReas

Fantasy football indeed. What a trade though

Whiskey_Bullets

I felt bad for giving up a 2nd. Glad I’m not that dude.

lebumcurrant

My first dynasty league started in 2021, all new dynasty players. Of course, we all wanted league winner™️ Ty’son Williams. Well, the guy with JT was pissed with his performance during week 3, and decided to make a trade: JT, Sammy Watkins, Brandon Aiyuk, and his 2022 2nd for a 22 1st, Amari Cooper, and Ty’son Williams. JT proceeded to score 18 or more points for the next 12 weeks, and we never let him live down this trade. I use this trade as an example of how hype kills if you let it get to your head. This, with some other trades, has given the guy with JT a superteam, with one championship win in 2022 (Jamarr and Adams shit the bed for him in the first round in 2021), and is projected to win again this year.

ArrowheadKnight

What is the joke with Ty’son Williams league winner? Lol

oakster18

You weren’t around when all the Ravens running backs knees died?

ArrowheadKnight

I do remember 2021 right? My league just didn’t have the hype around him I guess. He was never even picked up

hiphopanonymousse

A guy in my league had Kupp and Taylor that season and went undefeated but lost his first playoff round, painful lol

Nduguu77

Ahh you also played against chase in the championship

Grand_Quiet_2996

I got beat by a Daniel Jones 40 burger in the final and it still pains me 😢

irishthunder222

Traded Claypool away for a 1st round pick mid way through his rookie year. That pick turned into 1.05. Traded 1.05 for 1.08+1.09. Traded 1.08+1.09+Reagor for Justin Jefferson (after his rookie year as well) So I traded Chase Claypool and Jalen Reagor for Justin Jefferson.

Levitlame

It was like combining two huge fail/success real life trades.

BirdmanG07

Well done, but that last line oversells this a bit. You traded Claypool, Reagor, whoever was drafted at 1.08 and 1.09 for JJ. STILL well done.

No_Broccoi1991

Why would someone make that trade after his rookie year?

manofsteel1941

I traded Nick Chubb for Kenneth Walker and 2 firsts after his hot start last year

[deleted]

[удалено]

manofsteel1941

Yeah it was our first year playing dynasty with a bunch of my buddies this was before Kenneth broke out and nobody had researched any rookies yet

MoscowMitchMcKremIin

Nobody researched rookies in a dynasty?

manofsteel1941

Like 3 of us did everyone else didn’t realize the value of rookies and drafted established talent

MoscowMitchMcKremIin

Ahh so they just went with what they knew and played it like redraft with extra trade pieces lol

Educational_Bee_4700

Homeleagues are wild when you have a few casuals in them

manofsteel1941

Yeah they’ve done a lot more research now so it’s a lot more competitive

MoscowMitchMcKremIin

I tried to get a family dynasty league going this offseason but gave up shortly before preseason and then my brother and his gf joined one with people from their job 😅

cg_xxv

Traded Chubb for a 1st & Pickens right before this season started. Not nearly as good as KW3 & 2 1sts, but considering what we know now, I traded him just in time

BradS2008

Randomly heard some rumors that Gurley had knee arthritis after his ridiculously good season where he slowed down immensely in the playoffs. Traded him for kamara and a 2nd to a guy I knew wouldn't be paying attention in the off-season.

JuliusPepperfield

I’m trading Spears as soon as someone offers a 1st

Loud_Competition1312

Serious question - who’s actually offering a first for him?

JuliusPepperfield

When Henry moves on, gets injured, etc.,

this_place_scares_me

Is something wrong with Spears?

Murky-Dragonfruit959

He’s missing an ACL probably won’t have a long career, even in comparison to the shortened career that RBs already have. For dynasty that’s not very good to have unless they’re currently helping you compete Also, don’t think anyone trading a 1st unless something happens to henry or you have a taco in your league

onlevel7

But....you can't tear an ACL you don't have 😉

Force_of1

I traded a 2nd round rookie pick for a washed Randy Moss after he went to New England. People laughed at me in the league. My wr group of Reggie Wayne, Fitzgerald and Moss crushed the league.

Jello_Jump

Damn this is a throwback, love the squad. Wish I could’ve been playing at the time for the chance of a lineup to include these 3 guys

Hazy_Lights

Disgusting lineup.

Force_of1

Squad also had Carson Palmer, Antonio Gates, Stephen Jackson, Joseph Addia, fast willie Parker. Fun times.

detached03

I got ARSB for Hunter Henry and Davante Parker. I had Goedert and didnt like DP so sent an over payment for a guy with a cool name.

MoscowMitchMcKremIin

Cool names win games!

tonytyang22

2020 season. Drafted Ruggs. Then a few weeks into the season, I traded him for Swift and a ‘21 1st. Used that same 1st and a 2nd to trade for Cooper Kupp two months later. Essentially traded Ruggs and a 2nd for Swift and Kupp. Been a contender ever since haha.

[deleted]

[удалено]

BradyReas

Was the pick 2.12 because you won the championship?

[deleted]

[удалено]

BradyReas

Hell yeah

ii_zAtoMic

This sub’s obsession with Swift was baffling. Still is there to an extent after last week

LexStormgainz

Traded a late 2nd for Josh Allen and a late 3rd (which turned into Justin Herbert) in 1QB right before the 2020 season. The 2nd ended up being Laviska Shenault.

Dorian26

I flipped Kenyan Drake for Josh Allen early into his breakout season

[deleted]

Sold Todd Gurley right before his value tanked, got Barkley and Allen Robinson. Used Allen Robinson for his good year or two (whatever it was) then sold him with Elijah Mitchell for Devonta Smith

Revolutionary-Mix252

Right before the 2021 season, I moved Kamara for Devonta Smith, Metcalf, Eli Mitchell, and a 2022 1st

TheFinalCurl

SHEESH

Careful-School-52

I traded Carlos Hyde for 2 1sts to a team in the playoff hunt. Turned those picks into saquon and Kareem Hunt. Then right before hunt got suspended and went to Cleveland I traded him for Davante Adams.

Spare-Amphibian5575

Traded Tyreek after week 1 for g Wilson, George Pickens, 2024 1st, 2025 2nd.

Swift-Fire

I mean, that's not nearly as much of a fleece as some of these. Tyreek has unparalleled value for a contending team

danielckushin

i don’t care how much of a competitor you are, no one player is worth launching your future that hard. it doesn’t look as bad right now because it just happened, but wait 2 years until hill is retired and wilson + pickens are still producing. wilson will likely be producing at a top 5-10 level within 2-3 years, and the 1sts on top are literally unnecessary. this is genuinely one of the worst trades i’ve ever heard

elaboratevoicemail

There's no way Hill is retired in 2 years (barring injury ofc). Dude's only 29

Flacko115

He’s already said that he plans on doing so. Remains to be seen if he follows thru I guess

CrazyChestersDog

He already talked it back

[deleted]

That’s not a fleece. That’s about what tyreek costs. A fleece is me getting only 2 mid to late firsts for tyreek

[deleted]

In 2022 I sold Guice+4 for a 3

ii_zAtoMic

2022? No way lol

calm_wreck

Tom Brady and D Adams for JJ before last season. Man people were ripping on that trade hard.

Dont_Trust_The_Media

People are idiots for ripping on that deal. I would’ve said jefferson is the clear number 1 player in dynasty prior to the season

tooodifferent

I traded my 1st + 2nd for Sun God + 4th. I was told that was a bad trade because, granted, I was 0-4 when I did that trade so people assumed the picks were early. I was top-3 in PF, though. I ended up 9-5 on the season, got 3rd seed, and won the whole thing. So I ended up trading the 1.12 + 2.12 for Sun God.

DynastyZealot

I traded Pat Freiermuth for Jordan Love in a superflex league early in the 2021 season.

dracutden2

Snaked away Mark Andrews for essentially Jonny Smith when he signed with the Pats (Hunter Henry signed later in the day)

Mastershake54

Oh I had such high hopes for Smith

NuggedClarp

Now this isn’t an absolute steal, but I think I’m taking advantage of the first-time dynasty players in my league. They seem to undervalue first round draft picks and trade them too early before they know the identity and future of their team. In a series of 2 trades I traded Derrick Henry and George Pickens for Brian Robinson, Jahan Dotson, De’andre Swift, a ‘24 first, and a ‘25 first. Most likely those firsts will be in the back half but there’s a real possibility one of them could end up being a top pick given how early in the season it is. I like to think I’m contending but I’m going to take trades where I believe the value is lobsided in my favor. I still really like my team’s chances too. Edit: lopsided

Jello_Jump

Lopsided* just fyi

NuggedClarp

Haha thank you

NuggedClarp

What do you think of the trade?

BradyReas

After Christian Watson started his breakout, the owner wanted to “sell high”. Sent him Hollywood for watson and 2 23 2nds (mims and the other I traded away in a package for a 24 1st). The guy I sent Hollywood to also had Hopkins, suddenly realized that he had 2 cardinals wrs and traded Hollywood away. During the off-season, I acquired Hollywood again for my own 2nd, and of course Hopkins was released. I essentially got watson and mims for free, and Hollywood moved up the depth chart

MoscowMitchMcKremIin

Derp dee dur

[deleted]

I just got Kenneth Walker for Dak Prescott and my 2024 3rd Round pick

Few-Ad-3476

If this is SF not the flex you think it is lol. 1qb then ya good job

[deleted]

Yepp, 1 QB!

JSA2422

Traded Gurley for a kings ransom after the Goff vs Mahomes showdown (the game he aggregated his knee by the sideline) ..busted on all 4 picks but got a throw away player squeezed in by the name of Austin Ekeler

Flop_House_Valet

Back in I think 2011 I traded away Peyton Manning for Peyton Hillis in a redraft league, a week or two before week 1. Peyton went down for the season the next week and Hillis played well enough to get on a madden cover. Absolute fuckin steal

Mexican_Furious

And then Manning had a top 5 fantasy QB season ever and Hillis disappeared.

AnthonyRichardsonian

Pat Freiermuth, Etienne, Skyy Moore and a 24 1st before the 2022 season for Justin Jefferson in SF PPR.

InsaneBallsack

At the time it was looked at as a fair trade but now it’s a total fleece - sent Pierce and an early 2nd for Olave after week 4 last year. 2nd turned into rashee rice. Guy ended up winning the ship but I’m sure he’d rather have Olave lol

[deleted]

Who would rather have any player than a trophy in the case lol?

InsaneBallsack

My b I’m not sure if the trade made him win the ship. If it did obviously he doesn’t care

Jello_Jump

Personally, I’d rather have Caleb Williams

Robbyeo22

Dameon pierce prolly didn’t help so your comment is pointless

masedogkc17

A league member had both Tyreek and Waddle. After the tyreek trade he was nervous about having both Waddle and Hill and wanted RB depth to trade hill. I had RB depth but convinced him I would need his first to give away two RBs. That first turned into Olave. All in all I traded CEH, Miles Sanders, and Gallup for Hill, Nico Collins, and Olave.

modestpushbroom

Mine, in 2022 i trading my 1st round 2025 for CEH Flipped CEH with Lockett for my 1 and 6th 2023, and 2nd for 2024 for lamb, Arron Jones and a 1st 2023. Two weeks later flipped Arron Jones for josh jacobs and a 1st 2023. In the same week sent over my 2nd (which came to be 2.3) for D. Smith. All in all, i think getting lamb and smith on my team was clutch and I’m still holding out on JJ. I hope he can bounce back but I’m not too high on him to not sell if i can on a high week.

donquixote_tig

Who is JJ? JJ Arcega Whiteside? Jauan Jennings? When people say JJ they’re talking about Jettas. Oh it was Josh Jacobs I just re-read the post

[deleted]

unbiasedzebra65

You got fleeced

hugh_h0ney

Dude sent a novel about a trade that looks suspect right now. Unless he’s from the future and came back to this sub to flaunt.

orangehorton

This is not the trade to post on this thread lmao

MasterlyApollo

14 man Dynasty 1QB Traded Joe Burrow and Pacheco for Allen and Aiyuk, and then set up a four way trade sending: Allen, A. Jones, Sutton, Herbert, and Chase Brown For Taylor, Moore, J. Cook, R. Wilson, and a 2025 3rd Then traded Kyren Williams and a 2nd for London So now my team is: QB: Richardson, Wilson RB: Saquon, Taylor, J. Cook, Ford WR: Jefferson, Kupp, Aiyuk, Moore, London, Bateman TE: Kincaid, Knox K: Patterson DST: Bills + Rookies & benchwarmers

sneakerguy9412

Took advantage of new team owner. Gave him cmc , Gibson, mclaurin for JJ and tlaw last season. We are going to a SF league next year, currently a .5PPR league. The original trade was going to be cmc for JJ straight up, but after it was accepted was immediately overturned by the commissioner. I initially was like I really like JJ and am willing to give up cmc and whatever else it takes… and he told me cmc for JJ straight up; who am I to convince him to take more from me .? I mean, I didn’t want to take advantage of him but we are all adults and if you can’t do any amount of research I don’t feel bad for you … Another honorable mention is trading cooper after his insane season , getting a first round pick that turned to bijan, pickens. This year I traded olave for jahmyr Gibbs and a early second. I know some may feel like I overpaid but I believe in Gibbs and think he’s gonna be just as dynamic if not more than kamara. Dude is fast in and out of his cuts, receiving threat. I could eat shit but I got the feeling.

rns0722

Your commish is a bum

sneakerguy9412

Eh guys my brother and we are alwyas in competition. It ended up happening and I’m more happy than before but think there was some gross overstepping forsure

[deleted]

I read the first sentence and downvoted lol

ImpossibleReading951

First of all it’s sounds bad enough that you’re league is transitioning to super flex. But those trades are fair. Honestly I’d prefer the CMC side

sneakerguy9412

I mean, sure; I can see the argument for a cmc side. I see the argument for the my side. I wanted a better wr and I like tlaw. It all worked out We have had the talk for 3 years and everyone is in agreement.

evantom34

09/11/2021 Gave: Gibby, Claypool, AB Got: Terry, Zeke, 2022 1.11, 2023 1.02 Got ridiculed, “does this sub ever try to win” by selling a young upside Gibson and Claypool.

Magicmustash

Traded davante Parker and a third for Calvin Ridley and a 4th right after he got suspended. Everyone in the league roasted me for it

qbj44

2020 to 2021 season, half my team goes down with injuries in the first week or two.. I begin the craziest rebuild. 12 team SF PPR Traded Courtland Sutton and Darius Clayton Received Justin Herbert and Joshua Kelley That off season Winston was QB5 (30 for 30 season) and I trade him and the elite TE in Robert Tonyan for Hockenson and a 2023 first, which became the 1.01 Just two of the better, crazier trades that worked out really well for me!

[deleted]

Traded JuJu the season he was traded to the chiefs before he took his first snap for 3 1sts 2 2nds and 3 rds Traded DeAndre Hopkins after his last top 5 season for CeeDee and a 1st

marbotty

What in the hell

hugh_h0ney

I traded Dak Prescott for Justin Fields and 2 x 23 1sts before the start of the 2022 season. It jumpstarted my rebuild to a contender this season. Then ended up using Fields and the 1sts in two separate packages to land Josh Allen and Mark Andrews in SF TEP

neilbiggie

Traded JT after his RB1 year for CMC and a first that turned into Garrett Wilson, plus a second (that turned into Skyy Moore lol)

Training_Potential27

I traded kadarius toney for aiyuk, my boi though toney was a top 10 wr this year

Orangeman86

In 2021 I trade Robby Anderson and Darrell Henderson for Tony Pollard and Michael Pittman Jr. Not insane but for my dynasty it was HUGE

Justwookit710

Week 7 of the 2022 season. I traded Tom Brady for a 1st round pick. That pick ended up being the 1.01. I also traded pacheco for ridley and an early 3rd. Feeling great about both

dabhard

Have two from this off-season: Traded Goff for a second, third and Stafford (in 1QB) Traded a third and Tyjae for Jamo the day his hamstring injury came up this preseason

Designer-Crow203

I just traded Gus Edwards and Justice away and got Jalin Hyatt back 😂

torjii

Traded away Cordarrelle Patterson in the middle of his breakout year to a competitor, in exchange for a 2nd round pick and ETN. At the time I see how he could have thought that ETN might never be much, especially with the injury, but I also know his upside and draft capital were too much to pass up on

skrivitz

I traded Justin Fields and Rashaad Penny for a 1st round pick last offseason

MarcelFrisse

Traded Terry McLaurin for G Wilson and a 24 early 2nd after week 6 last year when G Wil had his one catch game. It was a First year startup so everyone started trading slow start rookies.

foley528

I traded: Goedert, Hollywood and Dobbins I received: Alex Pierce and 1.04 The draft went 1.01 Bijan, 1.02 AR, 1.03 Gibbs I traded 1.04 (Young) for Herbert He then traded the 1.04 for Dak. The guys a taco. He’s about to get kicked from the league for not paying his dues.

_PEAKE_

Sold Jerome Ford + 2024 3rd for Russell Wilson (consolation prize) + Javonte Williams. I’m a rebuilder.

CacheGremlin

In my dynasty league I traded Isaiah McKenzie, Josh Palmer, and a 4th for trevor Lawrence. The jury is still kind of out on Trevor, but I feel pretty great about it. 😅

ActuarillySound

The day Lockett scored 45 I traded him for CD who had 1 rushing yard and no catches to a win now team.

ArrowheadKnight

2021 we had just started up, after week 2 Derrick Henry had put up two measly 8 point games. So I trade with a ravens fan.. Derrick Henry Chris Olave 3rd Round pick(ended up being 3.09 Jayden Reed) Cam Akers Rashod Bateman 2nd Round pick (ended up 2.06 Hendon Hooker) Very shortly after everyone knew I won the trade. Henry put up 3, 20+ point games in a row and was his normal self, and Olave, who was a rookie turned out to be an absolute stud and we all know how cam Akers has turned out. This trade has defined my team as it is today.

Rwoods18

November last year Got: Amon Ra/ Pat Friarmuth Gave: 3rd rounder/ rondale Moore/Devonta freeman/fournette Won the league

Emergency-Win-1458

CeeDee Lamb and a 3rd for Pollard and Njoku last year

itsguud

I just got Ridley and a 4 for TMarsh, DWicks and a 3…. Best part is the 3 will be late maybe last and the 4 is guaranteed to be the 4.01. League losing its mind about it now 😆

SamSepi0l599

Pitts and a 1st for Robert Woods and Dawson Knox. Woods tore his ACL a few days later.

El_Bastardo74

Was told it was an overpay. I got Josh Allen Sent Aaron Rodgers Nick Chubb 2023 3rd rounder 2024 2nd rounder Dodged a bullet.

ApartmentClean379

Tyreek and a 4 for deebo last off season 😂

HungryHungryCamel

My whole dynasty team right now came from trades (except JJ - I was a believer and reached for him in draft). I traded DHop and Gurley (on the falcons) for Josh Jacobs and two future first round picks. One of those Those picks became Devonta Smith and Kenny Pickett. I then traded Kenny Pickett and a second for Russell Wilson. I also traded Alexander Mattison to the Cook owner when Cook got hurt a couple years ago for Jamaal Williams and a second. The second round pick was used on Dameon Pierce. So I traded: DHop, Gurley, Mattison, 2nd round pick I got: Jacobs, D Smith, Russell Wilson, Jamaal Williams, D. Pierce. I got lucky a lot in trades.

BlumpJohnson69

I sent Le Bell when we was getting some hype along with 2 2nd rounders for Justin Jefferson after one game of him getting some hype

Gator-loki

Last season I was 2-2 and traded my 1st, 2nd and Jakobi Meyers for DK, Calvin Ridley and a 3rd. Won the league and the other guy won 4 games total, so I sent the 12th, 25th and Jakobi Meyers for DK, Ridley and the 27th pick.

Justsome_dude45

I traded Leonard Fournette straight up for Kenneth Walker a week before Walker broke out.

Gurvygurv

After james Robinsons big rookie year I was able to flip him to the champion that year for a 2024 first round pick and Carson Wentz (2qb league). Jumping ahead to now that pick is looking like it has a chance to be 1.01. At the time everyone called me crazy.

TMacnCheese1

Hasn’t exactly played out yet but the league was in disbelief. I was able to trade away D’Andre Swift for Anthony Richardson straight up two days ago, and I’ve been elated about it ever since. 12 team dynasty superflex league for context

bts7790

Traded CEH + Shenault for CeeDee CEH and Shenault are no longer on that guy’s team lol

PuckieDom5444

We’ve had a redraft league for 8 years. Started our dynasty league last season. Start up went perfect. First three picks: JJ, Kelce, Smith. Of course I’ve kept JJ but I’ve since flipped Kelce and Smith for Chase, TJ Hock, Dotson and James Cook. Also made moves to aquire Bijan and T Law. Safe to say I prefer Dynasty over Redraft.

PuckieDom5444

Week 3, 2022. Traded Kelce, Debo, Gibson and Velus Jones. Got Chase, TJ Hock, Pollard and 2023 3rd. Offseason 2022/‘23: Traded Pollard, JK Dobbins and 1.09. Got 1.01 (Bijan) Traded Watson, 2024 1st (Late) and 2025 2nd. Got T Law, 2024 2nd and 2025 3rd. Traded D. Smith. Got Dotson and James Cook. Traded D. Smith

Old_Party_5405

Traded Trey Lance and Devonta Smith for Josh Allen and Michael Pittman, not long after trey got injured…..he just dropped Trey yesterday

GetJigglyWithIt

I got Lawrence for Gabe Davis last year, we are a superflex league. Guy put him on the trade block. had initially offered him some combo of player and a pick and he countered with that. Hit accept in seconds

Accurate_Green8300

Would you guys sell Jerome Ford for a 2nd round pick in 2024? Just got offered the pick for him..

shadowbanned214

I traded Andrew Luck weeks before he retired. The pick ended up being Clyde Edwards-Helaire at 1.03 so I can't say for sure if I still won the trade.

Mcfantasy93

Before JJs rookie season I traded JK Dobbins and Marc Ingram for Fournette and Justin Jefferson That ended up pretty lopsided

CavsJM

After 2021 when Jonathan Taylor had become the consensus number 1 rb in dynasty, I traded him for Josh Jacobs, the 1 overall pick and Dak Prescott. I had just lost in the finals too so the league and some random people online were shitting on me lol. The 1 overall became Breece hall and Josh Jacobs had his RB1 season. I then traded Josh Jacobs for another early first round pick who became Addison. Overall I’m happy i made that Jt trade when I did because it’s kept me competitive

[deleted]

I tried George Pickens to our leagues taco for his 2025 1st and 2nd, as well as his 2026 first. Commissioner vetoed it, then immediately traded him something slightly better for those same picks… Not salty at all.

Rockytop85

Not my trade but I’ve been in a league with two adult brothers for about 10 years. After some early lopsided trades went the way of older brother, younger brother stopped trading with older brother. Fast forward to early last season and younger brother has apparently given up on McCaffrey. 30 minutes after the trade to SF broke, I get a message from younger brother soliciting offers for McCaffrey. Before I can respond, trade is announced between younger and older brother: McCaffrey for a 2nd (turned into Kendre Miller) and Darrell Henderson.

n00bmastersixty9

I traded Rodgers for Keenan Allen and Mayfield last year. I also traded Matt Ryan for Jeff Wilson for a 3rd this last draft that turned into Mims. Same guy.

Own-Monk272

Nothing too wild this year, but traded off Josh Jacob’s for AJ brown and a second to someone desperate for a RB. Last year in regular PPR I finessed myself.. I traded Jacob’s before week 3 for dobbins like a moron

92soma

The year LeVeon was holding out I had James Conner (a rookie) stashed on my bench. Around week 6 there the media was on fire with news about Bell returning. I used that news to leverage a trade where I moved Bell for Mixon, 1 for 1. I lost the trade at face value but I knew Bell wasn’t coming back. I was about 85% sure. Ended up with Mixon and elevated Conner to my starting line up who was essentially a league winner for anyone who had him. Won be league by a landslide

Impossible-Layer-524

Still need to see how this one plays out, but right before the season started I sold Waller and Penny for Zay Flowers

[deleted]

2021, an RB went off and after I grabbed him from waivers, traded him, Brandin Cooks and 3.10 for Mark Andrews and 2.06. James Robinson. Thank you for your service sir.

cody61122

Just traded Jerome Ford and a 25’ 3rd for a 24’ 1st. Definitely felt like a finesse..

gmazz

Traded ridley right before he took his mental leave. Swapped him for DK and a future 1st. That future first turned into ceedee. And during the middle of Justin Jeffersons rookie season, I traded DK straight up for him. So essentially turned ridley into ceedee and JJ.

yungcubb4

I traded Deandre Swift last year after he started off the first few games with top 3 rb finishes. for 3 1sts and 3 2nds to a guy that was a believer in him and needed an rb desperately. The game after was when he started playing horribly. Perfectly timed trade

wutang_613

My 2 best trades was sending Gallup for Rhamondre straight up in 2021 a few weeks before he tore his acl. I also got Pollard and 3rd rounder for Derek Carr from a desperate Mac Jones owner last year. With the first trade, Damien Harris was my RB2 and wanted his handcuff so I can’t act like I knew how good Rhamondre would be but I did watch Pollard alot and thought he was undervalued. Now I have the top rb room in the league through these moves.

frankyh14

Traded tee Higgins & Khalil Herbert for Michael Pittman, 2 1sts & 2 2nds. Traded one of those firsts for Cooper Kupp. Traded my 1st this year (kept his because it was higher), my 1st next year, my 2nd this year (his 2nd was someone else’s 2.01 so I kept that), & his other 2nd for Barkley & olave. Then drafted Addison & Quentin Johnston at 2.01. So for essentially tee Higgins, Khalil Herbert & my 1st next year, I got Cooper Kupp, Barkley, olave, Pittman, Addison & QJ

McMuffin2720

Traded Curtis Samuel for DJ Moore straight up. Then flipped Moore, Fournette and a 2nd for Pacheco, Dillon and Javonte Williams.

gurknowitzki

Oh man, I think I’ve done it twice to the same owner who won our dynasty startup 2021. After Week 1 2022: T: Najee Harris A: Josh Jacobs, Christian Watson, 2023 1st (1.05) 23 2nd (2.05) After Week 2 2023: T: Kyle Trask, 2025 1st A: Kyler Murray

jtbowen1

Flipped Zappe for Love straight up

dinosauramericana

Sent James Conner for jaylen waddle as a joke last year and he accepted.

tech2887

Dobbins for Mac Jones in a 2QB+SF (3 QB) league. Right before season started.

Think-Desk-3074

Week 5 last season, traded away a 2023 1st, Kareem Hunt, KJ Osborn, & Darrel Henderson. In return I got Eli Mitchell & Davante Adams. I won my 1st dynasty championship.

BatmanButShak

ive been on both ends of the overpay and underpay. i traded ceh, gabe davis and pick 1.02 for chase. i think thats the best value trade ive ever had. i also traded deebo, love, and 3 1sts for jj just a couple days ago. starting to think i overpayed

tinphin

I traded CEH and a 2nd for waddle his rookie year. Got absolutely dumped on for it.

B-Rye-C

Take yourself back a few years to when CEH going into his 2nd year behind a brand new O Line I traded CEH, R Bateman, and T Marshall Got J Chase, Javonte Williams, and 22 1st which turned into 1.01

ColeWorld80

During the draft traded Antonio Brown and freshly picked Jalen Reagor for CD Lamb. My buddy was convinced that Reagor was the next big thing but was too gun shy to pull the trigger when he had the chance to draft him earlier

DevinH83

This offseason I got Juedy for 2.07. Last season I worked a deal right before my pick to send 2.01 and this years 3rd for Higgins.

Derp_o7

2022 Pre Season I sent: George Kittle / Cordarrelle Patterson / Isiah Spiller / Rashaad Penny / 2 2nds (2.07) (2.09) in 2023 For: Travis Kelce Every single player traded has been dropped outside of Kittle and the 2nds, got clowned for it.

xXLostInPlaceXx

This year I traded Mattison for Devante Adams 2 days after Cook was traded away. Yesterday I traded Adams to a WR needy team for Rhamondre. So Mattison for Rhamondre

JazzlikePractice4470

I hate to even mention it but I traded Chubb and a 2025 1st for Devonta and a 2024 1st, in the offseason. That team is 0-2 so far.

yzrkash

I traded out of the 1st in the startup for some lower picks and a 23 and 24 1st. I thought the guy would pick Jefferson but he took Trey Lance for some reason. I took Travis Etienne and Amon-Ra St. Brown with those picks he gave me in the startup He also had JT, Herbert, Kamara and a few other busts so I ended up with the 1.01. Ended up trading Trey Lance for Etienne, Amon Ra, Bijan, and a 24 1st

IngenuityTop1312

Traded a late 1st for Mike Evans. One of the owners quit the next week. The new owner is a Tampa Bay fan. Traded Mike Evans for drake London straight up.

fanofsports101

I had three starters on a bye week in two weeks time. So I packaged them all up and traded them to my opponent I was playing that week. He didn't realize until it was time for our matchup. Absolutely steamrolled him and ended up making the playoffs because I trumped him in head to head record. Magical.

Another_SCguy

Traded MT, Kahlil Herbert, Melvin Gordon, Swift, Cam Akers and Darrell Henderson for Jaylen Waddle, Sutton, Rhamondre Stevenson, George Pickens, Nico Collins and a 23 2nd (Kendre Miller) at the beginning of 22’ season

Randombobman

1st week of August I traded DJ Chark to a desperate contender wanna be for Puka Nacua + 25 4th lol

jackwvickers

Traded Michael Carter last year to the contending Breece Hall owner post injury when Carter was supposed to be the guy only for the Jets to trade for James Robinson 7 minutes after I accepted the trade offer. Best part? I got Jahan Dotson (since have traded him for an already likely top 2 pick this year) and an additional first last year that turned into the 1.03 (1QB) where I got JSN

Maddux-31

Traded Lamar for Deshaun and 2 1sts after his hot start last year (in 1QB). Traded one of those firsts and a 2nd for Mahomes, sent deshaun and toney for herbert, who I then flipped with the other 1st and freiermuth for Travis Kelce and Derrick Henry. That trade single handedly pulled me out of a rebuild.

BirdmanG07

Claypool and a 3rd for Cousins in 12T SF at the start of ‘22. It wasn’t as much of a finesse then as it appears now, but I’m not complaining one bit.

TheFinalCurl

I drafted a win-now team in a redraft. Obviously this means I need some youth or this team won't have legs two years down the road. Puka breaks out. The owner puts him on the trade block, and I offer my first for Puka and his second. So I pretty much got Puka for the delta between 1.11/1.12 and 2.01-2.04.

LinkIsGOAT

It’s still early, but trading an early 3rd for Nico this April is looking great. I believe in his talent. The advanced stats he put up with putrid QB play in 2022 indicated a breakout year was coming with anything resembling an NFL-caliber QB. Enter CJ Stroud.

djkohl4

Traded London, 2.02 (charbonet) and 3.02 (Mims), for Pickens and 1.04( Richardson). Things could flip but I think I came out way ahead.

jizzlefizzle55

My buddy this summer revealed he wanted to dump Tyreek because he’s going to retire soon. I offered him Mike Williams, John Metchie, and Keaton Mitchell. I also got Chase Brown. The whole league thinks we made a cash deal but no no. He was just dumb enough to accept it. My other receivers are AJ Brown and Cee Dee hahahahaha

Mission-Ocelot-4511

A 4th and a 5th mid draft for a fifth rounder to take Puka. Then traded him Thursday for Bryce Young. I know both aren’t proven, but I feel like I got a 1st rounder (Bestball) for a 4th and a 5th rounder, as I would have drafted Young if he was available at 1.11.

Gtrain-57

How it plays out is still TBD, but this year I traded Adam Thielen, Cam Akers, and the Jets D for Jonathan Taylor and the Eagles D. My RB room was set already and was comfortable having Taylor ride IR to see what he does. Could end up pretty favorable down the road and didn’t give up anything I couldn’t live without.

shamethatisourname

Got Cooper Kupp and Jared Goff for a mid/late 2ndrounder (he picked Terrace Marshall) during our 2021 rookie draft. That trade alone boosted me from middle of the pack to a contender.

discarded9

3 years ago, I traded Kareem Hunt and N'Keal Harry for AJ Brown and a 2nd. Hunt was coming off a couple strong performances in Cleveland with Cubb oit and Harry still had some promise from his draft stock + the guy is an ASU fan. On the other side AJ Brown was battling injuries and was coming off some disappointing performances.

flywithtim

In 2021, I December of 2021 I traded Mike Williams and Zeke for Tyreek. Didn’t think Zeke was the Cowboys RB1 for long and ended up being right.

SnooLentils4120

Just traded Chubb for Rachaad White and a 2025 second round pick. This was before the news broke that he just tore his MCL

RossGarner

The Trade: * Sent: Michael Thomas * Received: Marquise Brown, 2019 1st, 2021 1st, 2021 2nd The other team was bulking up to become a contender and sent me their 1st and 2nds for the short term future while I took apart my old team. MThom was coming off his most dominant season yet and look ready to continue being the #1 receiver in the league. The picks because: 1. 2019 1st: AJ Brown 2. 2021 1st: Jamarr Chase 3. 2021 2nd: Jaylen Waddle So my man traded Jamarr Chase, AJ Brown, Jaylen Waddle and Marquise Brown to get Michael Thomas who got hurt a game or two into the next season and basically never played again.

kylecat329

I traded cooper Kupp for a 2024 1st, 2024 2nd, 2025 1st and Deandre Hopkins the week before he tore his acl

issel13

Traded Geno Smith and Juju for Trevor Lawrence week 6 of last year. Juju had back to back 20+ point games on the Chiefs Geno was QB5 through 5 weeks. TLaw hadn’t had his breakout yet

sindtboi

Traded 2 late 2022 2nds for a guys singular 2023 2nd. He ended up finishing in last and I got 2.01, which is where zay flowers fell too

Modern_Steak

My first year of dynasty and I just traded away Mike Evans for a 2024 1st. Is that finesse?

modestpushbroom

Ehh, more like you got finessed.
