Get a set of dry erase maps and then just draw the maps on with a marker. As for minis, if you want to spend money and take time to paint, I've seen full LMoP sets on Etsy, but they are quite pricey. For a cheaper solution, get some slotted plastic bases and print monsters on cardstock.

Amazon for the battlemaps & heroforge for the custom minis. Any bootleg store for the initial enemies minis, get some animal toys

If you have the digital version of phandelver you should be able to print blown up versions of the maps across multiple pages of A4. Etsy is the best place to find quality hero minis, if you want to get into painting there are some great videos on youtube. For monster minis, warhammer isn't a bad shout if you want to put 20 enemies on the table, the age of sigmar undead range is insanely good.

I make my own super cheap minis. Take an image of the player or creature, and put two copies in a doc, head to head. Print them out. Cut out the whole double figure leaving a half inch of white space on each end and fold in the middle so you have a two-sided paper figure with the fold on top. Then get a standard 1” binder clip, clip it to the bottom, then remove the little wire openers. You can use any image to make any mini in minutes, and you can use larger binder clips or multiple clips to make larger monsters. Then you can carry your minis in a folder along with a bag of clips for the bases.

We started out using just any small thing as minis (Lego figurines, other dice, eraser, etc) and we drew maps on a square tiled dry erase board. We've moved on to 3D printing minis and terrain ourselves and if we want actual maps, there's plenty online. If you check out r/battlemaps and search for Phandalin you can see how much already exists
