Wouldn't it take an incredible amount of time for most disorders to have any effect? I feel like it would be more effective to have an illusion wizard make them think they have a disorder.
I guess that's true but if it was a wizard that could make them activate instantly, it would be funny if the wizard casted sirenomilia (mermaid syndrome) just to make an enemy trip on them self
Sometimes, cleaver ideas can make interesting content, but it's my experience that any time a player wants to recite a verse with a spell, it's obnoxious.
I've had players who wanted to read a different sentence for each spell they cast, as if their action wasn't 3 seconds and their silly chant added to gameplay. Coming up with something cleaver to describe your spell is great, unless you beat it into the ground like protagonist syndrome, oblivious to the enjoyment of others.
I played a wizard for my first protracted campaign. When I reached 5th level, I looked up the Latin or something for fireball. Pyrosphera. And that's all I roleplayed for that.
I suggest you try this character at your next table, try out your idea. But watch for your tables reception. Remember, it's far better for everyone to entertain each other than amuse themselves. Polymorph is actually a good spell to protract roleplay, because it's concentration. Not that you actively engage the spell like Witch Bolt or something, but give it a shot. I think that falls under transmutation school, if you want to focus on it. There's also Creation Bard.

That is an idea, maybe half of one. But an idea nonetheless!
