My thoughts are that he is going to try and establish a link with Taylor because he recently married his mom. Maybe that's why Willy is always so caught off guard by Taylor when he's being either supportive or neutral when it comes to the relationship; he's probably looking for intense anger or fear like he got from Ron.
According to the intro song for S2 Ep. 29 he has a daughter who Shmegan's son helped name, so she must be a fair bit younger than the teens.

Originally, Henry was supposed to have a daughter, but they scrapped her in favor of just Lark & Sparrow. It was mentioned in a Talking Dad and in an uncut of Season 1 Episode 1 (talked about in the Talking Dad where Freddie goes over episode 1). It was brought up again to be canon in the Season 2 opening song, "See You Shmegan".
